So far, the most realistic pistachio I’ve tried. It’s very close to the Library Of Fragrance frozen pistachio but with superior niche quality. The blend is very rounded, dominated by pistachio and a warm vanilla base. It’s cozy and inviting. My only gripe is the price; 50 ml runs about €185, I think they could have included more volume. Still, it’s worth every euro for how well it’s made.
I was dying to try this because those notes made my mouth water. It’s divine, gourmand, mature, and sensual—very nutty, with a special touch of nuts and lots of honey. As it dries, ambergris and several woods emerge. The performance is exquisite; last night I retrieved my sweater from the night before and it smelled like it was freshly worn. It has great projection and longevity, is unisex, and is more original than the Sugar Addict from the same house. If you like Navitus’s Baklava Royale, you’ll love this; it’s stronger and longer-lasting. It doesn’t resemble Sphinx’s Creme de Pistache, so you can have both. It’s fascinating and makes me want to buy a refill.
