  • I tried it a few days ago, and to be honest, this is just a subjective take from a single test. It really smells like laundry detergent or freshly ironed clothes. I don’t think I’d enjoy smelling like that; it feels more like an ambient scent than a personal fragrance. For me, it’s a pass as a perfume. It would be great for sheets, but it’s way too expensive for that use.

  • It comes out clean and crisp, but the real magic happens 15 minutes after applying it to the skin. If you’re obsessed with aquatic aromas like I am, you’ll absolutely love this. But be warned: you need to test it and wear it before buying.

At first, it smells like church incense, but then that tone drops away, leaving occasional bursts throughout the day.

To me, it smells like Babycat without the leather and with the vanilla dialed back by 85%. Try a 5ml sample before buying, because you might fall in love for all the wrong reasons. It’s a super amber scent made with coumarin and vanilla—something FK clearly loves, which I also notice in other fragrances like Le Male and Amyris Homme Extrait (they really shine when dry). The aldehydes are brutal at first but settle down over time without vanishing completely. It’s super versatile with a rich trail, especially around the 15-minute mark. It lasts over 10 hours, and anyone who gets close will notice. The downside is it falls into the category of designer fragrances loaded with coumarin, which is pretty common.

  • It opens with very prominent aldehydes that subtly blend with frankincense. It’s a hard-to-define scent, evoking a sense of cleanliness and soap (too much) that gradually fades without disappearing. It’s not for everyone or every occasion—it’s more for personal enjoyment. I absolutely love it, but I wouldn’t recommend buying it blindly, especially given the price.

  • It unleashes aldehydes at full force, blending seamlessly with frankincense; it’s an impossible-to-classify scent. It gives that soap and extreme cleanliness vibe that fades over time but never fully disappears. It’s not for everyone or every occasion—it’s more for personal enjoyment. I absolutely love it, but I wouldn’t recommend buying it blindly (and let’s be honest, the price doesn’t help).
