  • Spectacular to me and smells delicious; it’s my personal fragrance. The best part is that it’s not overused in Mexico City. I’ve received compliments from friends and colleagues. Works day and night, but I prefer it during the day because it’s fresh. Very long-lasting, about 8 hours.

  • Spectacular and delicious fragrance; it’s already my favorite in the collection. The best part is that it’s not overused in Mexico City like others. I’ve gotten compliments from friends and colleagues. Works day and night, though I prefer it during the day because it’s very fresh. Lasts a long time, up to 8 hours on skin.

Great scent, reminiscent of Dior Fahrenheit but with more depth. I think it’s perfect for winter thanks to its spicy notes. Totally recommended.

  • This Mercedes Benz fragrance is very pleasant, similar to others that blend violet or violet leaves with citrus, such as L’homme libre, Aqua Fahrenheit, or Ermenegildo Zegna Uomo. That might be its main drawback, especially for those seeking distinctive scents, but if that’s not the case, then it’s no problem since the scent is very good. From the moment of application, it’s citrusy with floral violet notes. The fragrance is aromatic and slightly spicy. In its dry-down, it becomes a bit powdery and soapy, reminding me of Infusion d’Homme by Prada. I see it as a versatile fragrance for any season, preferably for daytime use due to its fresh notes, though the spicy notes might allow for evening wear too. Its longevity is good; on me, it lasted 8 hours.

  • Very pleasant scent, but the performance on skin is extremely poor; it disappears in less than an hour. On clothes, however, it’s a completely different story, lasting surprisingly long—over 10 hours. This behavior has left me bewildered and confused.

I bought this blind for $25 at a discount store since the price seemed reasonable for a 120ml bottle, and I’ve always wanted to own a Mercedes Benz scent. As soon as I opened the box and smelled it, it became my summer favorite. The aroma is incredibly fresh, not acidic, with a slight citrus touch that I adored. I consider it sumptuously elegant—not your typical casual wear for jeans or shorts, but rather for semi-formal office settings or formal events where it adds real personality. On my skin type, which is unfortunately a bit oily and highly alkaline, this beast is incredible in terms of projection and longevity. It’s gotten me the most compliments and works versatilely day or night in any season, though I recommend it most for spring or summer when its potential really shines. In my case, every time I sweat, this fragrance projects even more. Without a doubt, the best purchase I’ve made in years. A perfect 10/10.

  • I discovered this fragrance through a decant gifted with another purchase, and honestly, I loved it. It’s fresh yet very elegant; the violet and citrus notes make it soft and perfect for the office or formal settings. I highly recommend it for spring, summer, and even fall. I’d rate it a 9.

  • Soft yet deep, pleasant, refined, and elegant. I wear it with casual clothes and feel it elevates my look. It’s the scent of a man stepping out of a white Mercedes Benz in a blue blazer, white shirt without a tie, and socks without socks. That’s it, exactly that. I could sell this description to Maison Martin Margiela Replica so they could recreate that moment. Regardless, I really like it. The floral and pepper notes stand out most, sitting on a base of patchouli, vetiver, and citrus—all blended beautifully. It’s a true all-rounder with full versatility, suitable for any occasion, though it shines best in semi-formal or formal settings: day or evening weddings, job interviews anytime, ceremonies, churches, etc., because it projects elegance. It works well in enclosed spaces like offices, as well as for dates and meetings. I see it as a mature fragrance, escaping the sphere of men under 25-26. Buy blind? 95% chance you’ll like it. Gift it? 95% chance, obviously.

  • Previous reviews already praise it enough—I fully agree. Excellent quality, especially considering the moderate price. Confirmed 8+ hours of wear; the scent is delicious and versatile, perfect for everything from formal events to the office or even the gym. When I first got it, I loved the smell without realizing it was similar to Dior’s Fahrenheit, but after wearing it, the connection became obvious. I must confess my tumultuous relationship with Fahrenheit from the 90s: I adored its floral note but hated the suffocating gasoline-like aroma. I always wanted a version that kept the freshness but removed the heaviness. I never repurchased Fahrenheit, but after trying Mercedes Benz, my wishes came true, even 30 years later.

  • Incredible scent! It lasts 3-4 hours with a rich sillage. A very acceptable fragrance, especially if you like Fahrenheit; it’s a great option even without being a top-tier brand. Ten sprays easily last all day. Buy blind!

  • Super elegant and high quality. The bottle is very beautiful and feels heavy. Reminds me of Burberry Touch, perhaps a bit more citrusy. Great quality and versatility, totally recommended.

  • Blind buy, spectacular. This smells like elegance, class, and sophistication. It’s summery, though I think it can be worn all year in the office. Citrus, wood, a hint of nutmeg, a real delight.

  • I’ve been wanting to review this for a while and I agree with the previous ones: it’s excellent, affordable, and unknown to the masses—a real plus now that everything is flooded with Sauvage, ADG Profumo, Invictus, etc. For those of us who want to be original without spending on niche fragrances and avoid smelling the same as others at the office or parties (something that happened to me with Dolce Gabbana The One due to the hype), this is an excellent proposal for those who like woody and spicy scents. The opening is citrusy, with an addictive tangerine, sweet and enveloping, like freshly squeezed juice; that sensation made me fall in love. After a while, the pepper and nutmeg appear, soft, not spicy or extravagant, but sublime and delicate, thanks to the violet. After 4 hours, it stays on the skin and you notice the strength of the cedar, like fresh sawdust in a sawmill, that smell of freshly cut wood. I give it an 8 for projection and sillage (moderate), a 9 for originality, and a price that’s absurdly accessible. Ideal for semi-formal situations, office wear day or night, and you’ll surely receive compliments like I did.

  • A fragrance for a sophisticated, kind, and cordial gentleman, elegant. It has similarities to Fahrenheit but is lighter and more wearable, without the leather note. Curiously, the olfactory composition recalls that classic by 85%, though its violet and citrus make it enveloping and remove the gasoil aftertaste. It’s for daily use, especially at the office. It carries a touch of maturity and class. Tiens!

  • Soft, discreet, elegant, and basically violet (floral, astringent, effervescent). It has the Fahrenheit idea but without being annoying, without that gasoil smell everyone complains about. It’s super pleasant, formal, well-executed, balanced, masculine, and an interesting experience for the office. Its spicy heart adds interesting nuances, vetiver gives it a touch of maturity, and it closes with a discreet woody base. If you’re looking for something fresh, sophisticated, elegant, and discreet, this is one of the best options.

  • Starts with a distinguished tangerine, violets, and the kick of spices… a lovely dry-down with violet and woods. It has a notable resemblance to the creator’s Fahrenheit, whether you like it or not, it’s a very good perfume in terms of performance.

  • Soft, discreet, and elegant; basically it’s violet (floral, astringent, effervescent) with the idea of Fahrenheit but without being overwhelming or having that fuel smell people often mention. It’s super pleasant, formal, and balanced—an interesting experience for the office. It has a spicy heart with interesting nuances and a vetiver that adds maturity, finishing with a subtle woody base. If you’re looking for something fresh, sophisticated, and elegant, this is one of the best options.

  • It’s like a Fahrenheit for spring and summer: starts with a fresh citrus punch, and as it dries down, the powdery, elegant violet takes over. It’s an overlooked and undervalued fragrance, a work by a great perfumer. I would buy it again, only wishing it came in 120ml so it would last much longer. Performance is also acceptable.

  • It’s like a Fahrenheit for spring and summer: starts with a fresh citrus burst and dries down to dominate violet, powdery, and elegant. It’s an overlooked gem by a great perfumer. I would definitely buy it again, though the 120ml bottle will last a while; the performance is acceptable.

With spring and its evening breeze comes the time to switch wardrobes and perfumes. Mercedes-Benz for Men is surprising, one of the most interesting I’ve tried. It has a traditional aroma that goes with everything, but its fresh and captivating blend combines citrus, musk, and wood with an enveloping floral heart. From the first moment, something fine yet complete delights. It’s citrusy with bergamot and lemon, but a fruity, natural tangerine takes the spotlight, very flavorful. It soon transforms, staying fresh but warm, woody with spicy hints. It’s very comfortable, elegant, and classically modern, suitable for all days and occasions. Initial projection is good; after three hours, it stays close to the skin, and by five or six hours, you need to reapply. The price is competitive for this level, so don’t worry if you’re on a tight budget; this Mercedes flirts with your wallet while transmitting rare elegance and charm in its range. Go get the bottle.

I’ve been wearing this for a year and absolutely love it. Unlike others, I see it as better for autumn and winter, like the fresh version of my collection. To compare, it’s my go-to Versace Pour Homme for winter. It fits that vibe perfectly.

  • Manuelito96

I was gifted a sample of Mercedes Select and loved it so much I bought it blind for the low price. It’s great for ages 25-30. The trail doesn’t last the claimed 6 hours; the opening is green, almost tangerine with a bitter touch. Then it becomes linear, and at the end of its life, it shines with a subtle, elegant talc and violet scent that’s very skin-like. If you have a collection and are looking for something cheap for sporty or daily wear, include it. But if you want to stand out, this isn’t your option.

  • saulrojas89158

Starts with a powerful lime note, yielding to violet, nutmeg, and cedar, though the violet really takes the lead. It’s elegant among citrus scents, perfect for a daily office setting without being intrusive. Maybe better suited for autumn rather than winter. Projects for about 2 hours, lasts 6, and stands out in its category.
