  Of course, it has a hint of those designer aquatic and marine scents like Versace Eau Fraiche, Eternity Aqua, or YSL Electric. It’s a pleasure to wear on your body in the morning; it makes you grateful to be healthy and alive another day, especially in these pandemic times.

  I bought it as a budget alternative to Polo Blue, but it’s not that similar. When it dries down, it reminds me a bit of Polo, but it fades way too fast, which I didn’t like. A friend tried it and said it smells ‘very matronly,’ like something for an older person. Performance is average; if you’re looking for something closer to Polo with better projection and freshness, go for Calvin Klein’s Eternity Aqua instead.

  It’s about 80% similar to Polo Blue EDP, but while that one smells fresher, more marine and fruity, this has a green, spicy kick from cardamom, geranium, and moss. It’s a great alternative: at first they don’t smell alike—Polo lasts longer and projects better—but Tommy Bahama’s price makes it worth it.
