It’s the fourth fragrance from this brand I own. I see it as half good, half regular. It opens with an acidic incense, nutmeg, and myrrh—very exciting. After ten minutes, it settles and balances, but that doesn’t convince me: that initial density becomes too light. It behaves like PDM’s Nisean. It’s fairly linear, sticking to a soft bubble of incense, myrrh, oakmoss, and a creamy, salty base. It’s quite good but doesn’t grab attention. On my skin, it lasts eight hours, though by the fourth hour, you have to lean in to smell it. I lean towards a masculine vibe, suitable for semi-formal or formal occasions. Versatile for all seasons except extreme heat. I love it; it’s serious, it just lacked some steroids. Scent: 8.5/10 Sillage: 7/10 Projection: 6.5/10 Longevity: 6.5/10

I got it during a niche promotion: spend a certain amount and you get to choose a 35ml of Masque Milano. I wanted Russian Tea, which I loved, but the next day they told me it was unavailable and only let me pick from a few I didn’t know. I went with Mandala because the notes said it had incense, something I didn’t have in my collection. What a mistake! I’ve been using it for two weeks and it’s a weird blend that never quite fits. It starts soapy with a spicy kick (angelica and nutmeg?), then moves to spicy (cloves and cinnamon) and ends with a blast of ambergris. Over time, it just leaves behind an acid note with weak memories of what came before. Where is the incense? It’s buried at the bottom, drowned out by everything else. It lacks cohesion and balance; it’s a total failure. I don’t recommend it; it’s a shame. Age: 40+, 90% male/10% female. Winter, outings. Scent: 1/10. Longevity: 8h. Sillage: 6/10. Projection: 7/10. Jonybra
A signature fragrance, for daytime wear with at least casual attire. It’s incense-forward without being overpowering, featuring a very subtle sweet touch from myrrh and a hint of creaminess from sandalwood. There’s something else dancing along that I can’t quite identify, but it’s well-blended.
