Descripción

Love in White by Creed is an oriental floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2005, this composition was created by Olivier Creed and Erwin Creed. The top notes feature the freshness of orange peel; the heart unfolds a harmony of magnolia, narcissus, rice, Italian jasmine, iris, and Bulgarian rose; while the base rests on ambergris, sandalwood, and vanilla.

  • It’s quite good: it’s intense, daytime, and almost morning-appropriate. The most standout notes are jasmine, narcissus, and magnolia. That beautiful white bottle looks like a wedding dress or an alabaster statue. It’s a gentle and very feminine fragrance, built for women; it’s not for men. For me, perfumes with jasmine, narcissus, or magnolia never seem appropriate for them.

  • Damn, that guy is awesome; no wonder it’s by Michelle Obama. Super refined and eternally elegant. In my humble opinion, one of the best I’ve ever tried. I save a tiny bit for special occasions. I use the oil, and watch out—it doesn’t last anywhere near as long as the spray.

  • What a wonderful perfume; no wonder Michelle Obama wears it. Super refined, eternally elegant. In my opinion, one of the best I’ve ever owned. It lasts a bit on me, so I save it reluctantly for special occasions. I use the oil and it doesn’t last even close to as long.

  • I bought it blind at a convenient price and trusted the reviews… ohhh, a delicious and delicate floral scent. I left very happy and no one wiped my smile away. I got in the car; it was cold and traffic was terrible. Suddenly I smelled that floor cleaner scent so many describe; for me it was a mix of orange peel, rice, and floral amber. So many nausea-inducing moments! Trapped in the car with windows open waiting for it to pass… a great tragedy. Up until now, my blind purchases had been right, so what could be worse? Smelling of flowers I don’t like or cheap incense. I never imagined this fixation… horror, haha. It was tragicomic. I could have lost the money, but my daughter loved it. Tastes are written in the stars, so she’s wearing it while I wait for the air to clear or light a cigarette to stop smelling like cleaner. For me, it’s impossible to wear, although it has good longevity on clothes and projects onto hugs. Its sillage is moderate.

  • I bought it blind at a convenient price, and based on the reviews, I thought it couldn’t be that bad… I opened it and ohhh, delicious floral scent. I left the store very happy; no one could wipe the smile off my face. I got in the car; it was late, cold, and traffic was horrible. I started smelling what many describe as floor cleaner; to me, it was a mix of orange peel, rice, and amber, with no flowers and no nausea. Trapped in the car trying not to freeze with the windows open, waiting for it to fade… great tragedy. So far, my blind buys had been hits; what was the worst? Smelling like flowers I hate, old stuff, or cheap incense. I never imagined this fixation… horror, haha, it was tragicomedy. I could have survived losing the money or selling it cheap, but… my daughter loved it so much, and tastes aren’t written in stone, so she’s wearing it while I wait for it to air out or smoke a cigarette to stop smelling like cleaner, haha. Everyone has their preferences; for me, it’s impossible to wear. For those who like it, it has good longevity, sticks to clothes, and if you hug someone, the scent transfers; it’s good for those who enjoy its notes. Luckily, its trail is moderate; after a few minutes, you need to get close to smell it.

  • I confess I had to wait an hour before I could give an objective opinion on this beautiful yet complex fragrance. It opens with a sharp, bitter, and astringent citrus note. The orange is so realistic I felt juice stuck to my nose, mixed with narcissus and green stem. Ugh, it was too much! After that hour, the intensity drops and the rose timidly appears with jasmine and rice powder. These notes last at least 5 hours with wild projection. That’s where the magic happens: a sweet trail of roses with citrus sparks and vanilla. Up close it remains citrusy, but its magic lies in the distant trail, which is acidic and floral. It’s for those who want to step out of their comfort zone.

  • I was curious to try one of the brand’s most famous scents. Although florals aren’t usually my thing, I have to admit it’s really good. It opens intense with bitter orange; on my skin it doesn’t smell sweet but has a subtle floral touch. Then it becomes very floral with a sweet hint from the rice, though I don’t detect rose. As it dries down, it smells heavily of sandalwood, turning woody with a faint vanilla note that goes unnoticed. It’s very feminine, with low longevity and sillage.

  • I was curious because it’s one of the brand’s most famous ones, and although florals usually aren’t my thing, I have to confess it’s very good. It opens intense with bitter orange; on my skin, it doesn’t feel sweet, just spiced with some floral stems. Then it becomes very floral with a sweet touch from the rice. I don’t detect the rose. In the dry-down, it smells heavily of sandalwood, becoming woody with a subtle vanilla touch that goes unnoticed. I feel it’s very feminine and lacks good longevity and projection.

Love in White was my first choice for my wedding; I bought it blind thinking it was the ideal… mistake. The citrus opening turns tremendously floral until it gives me a headache. I tried giving it another chance but got the same result, so I decided not to use it on such a special day and put it away in the closet. It’s not a bad perfume; on the contrary, it usually feels refined; it just didn’t work for me, or maybe I had expectations too high.

Love in White was my first choice for the wedding; I bought it blindly thinking it was perfect… big mistake. The citrus opening turns intensely floral until it gives me a headache. I tried wearing it again, but the result was the same, so I decided not to use it on such a special day and left it in the drawer. It’s not a bad perfume—in fact, it feels refined—but it just didn’t work for me, or my expectations were way too high.

At that price point, I could have bought three or four perfumes I actually loved that smelled great and were pleasant to wear. This Creed White is an aroma not everyone can pull off; it’s overwhelming and suffocating. I can’t justify paying so much for something I don’t enjoy, no matter how hard I tried to like it. I had high hopes it would be perfect for a wedding, what a silly mistake! It doesn’t leave that lasting impression. It’s way too expensive and just not worth it.

  • At that price, I bought 3 or 4 that I truly love and smell great with an aroma I can tolerate. This Creed White is a scent not everyone can wear; it’s cloying and suffocating. I can’t stand paying such a high price for a perfume I don’t like, no matter how hard I try to like it. I had the illusion that it would be ideal for a bride on her wedding day, what a silly illusion, since it doesn’t have anything of those perfumes that leave a lasting mark. It’s an incredibly expensive scent, and the big thing is… I don’t understand its high price.

  • Honestly, I was disappointed. It reminded me of DKNY by Donna Karan. The price is way too high for a perfume that’s nothing special, though taste is subjective.

  • ceciiliapaz

I love it: it’s sweet and soft, not cloying at all. On my skin, it lasts over 8 hours, which is fantastic compared to the usual 4. The only downside is the price—it’s ridiculously expensive! I only use it for super special occasions so it doesn’t run out. It smells exactly like Zara’s Ultra Juicy, but the price difference is astronomical. I probably won’t buy it again.

  • ceciiliapaz

I love it; it smells sweet and soft at the same time, nothing cloying. On my skin, it lasts more than 8 hours, which is fantastic because most only last 4 on me. The only bad thing is the price; it’s ridiculously expensive. I use it for super special occasions so I don’t run out, haha. It smells just like Zara Ultra Juicy on me, of course, but the price difference is astronomical, so I don’t think I’d buy it again.

  • It doesn’t smell luxurious; it feels like a basic Elisabeth Arden scent. The orange peel note stands out the most, giving off a very masculine vibe, like hotel soap. I wouldn’t buy it.

  • Naluapilar

It seems like a true beauty. Delicate and versatile. A citrus opening with beautiful flowers, a soft dry down (maybe the rice) that doesn’t take away freshness but adds elegance; it’s very light, I don’t like powdery notes. The base notes nuance and sustain. It seems very original. The only downside is that it’s very expensive. I’d also like it to last longer, but I think considering its notes, it’s doing very well. For me, it’s a 10 (and if it smells like an expensive perfume, being fresh and citrusy, it manages to be very elegant).

It’s a true beauty. Delicate and versatile. It opens with citrus and gorgeous flowers, a soft musk (maybe the rice) that doesn’t take away freshness, just adds elegance (I can’t stand musky notes, but here it’s subtle and perfect). The base notes add nuance and sustain the scent. Very original. The only downside is the price. I wish it lasted longer, but considering its notes, it’s doing great. For me, it’s a 10/10; it smells like an expensive, fresh, and citrusy fragrance, and it manages to be very elegant.

  • I’m having a hard time writing a review because I can’t find words to define this miracle, but I can say it’s one of my loves. To me, it’s a creamy dessert, not excessively sweet, like rice pudding with orange zest. It radiates peace; it’s endearing yet alive thanks to the citrus notes. It’s super original; I’ve never smelled anything like it and I’ve tried many fragrances. Here I take off my hat to Creed.

  • I fell in love with it from the very first moment. It has a unique and perfect scent. Simply a jewel in perfumery. Thanks Creed for creating this work of art.

  • Ojos Claros

Yeah, neither yes nor no. The opening was nice, orange peel, good. In dry down, it smells like the rice that gives it cleanliness, just like the flowers and the feminine touch. However, on my skin, it smells strong and loses the previous nuances. I guess this perfume is very personal.

This one might be polarizing, but it’s never boring. Love in White looks fresh and light at first glance, but it has weight and depth. It changes radically depending on the day, always evolving and feeling very ‘alive.’ It’s a bouquet of crystal-clear white flowers surrounded by soap bubbles and green leaves, with well-blended citrus notes resting on sandalwood and a rice powder. Magnolia, narcissus, and rose stand out. It’s full of creativity and surprises; I love its perfect imperfection, that crazy dissonance that, when it borders on nonsense, snaps back into harmony. It doesn’t stick to gray tones; it fluctuates between black and white at the speed of light. It has class, innate in Creed. One of my favorites for hot days. Lasts about 6 to 7 hours with a good trail.

This might be polarizing, but it’s never boring. Love in White looks fresh and light at first glance, but it has weight and depth. It presents different changes every time you wear it; it always evolves and feels very ‘alive’. It’s a bouquet of crystal-clear, clean white flowers surrounded by soap bubbles and green leaves, with well-blended citrus notes resting on sandalwood and a rice powder. The standout flowers are magnolia, narcissus, and rose. To me, it’s packed with creativity and surprises; I love its perfect imperfection, that discordance that brushes against harmony. It doesn’t stick to gray tones; it fluctuates between black and white at the speed of light, with a lot of class, innate to Creed. One of my favorites for special occasions on hot days; longevity on my skin is 6 to 7 hours, always with a great trail.

  • whisper_of_love

The same thing happens to me as @Ojos Claros; it just doesn’t quite click with me. The moment you put it on, as indicated, it’s orange peel, but that’s the note that stays there forever, and I don’t notice it evolving or giving me other nuances.

  • whisper_of_love

I feel the same as @Ojos Claros; it just doesn’t quite work for me. As soon as I put it on, it smells like orange peel as advertised, but that note stays forever, and I don’t notice it evolving or revealing other nuances.

  • Honestly, it smells like luxury soap to me. It’s classic and subtle, but it’s not much and doesn’t justify the price.

  • I’m obsessed with Love in White; it’s a fantastic combination that creates a soft, beautiful floral fragrance that makes a delicate impression. It has good sillage and longevity; on my skin, it stays impeccable for hours. Ideal for mild days and any occasion. Unlike other florals that get heavy in the heat, this stays fresh. I bought it in 2016, and as of 2025, it’s still impeccable.

  • Woman in Love

Lovely, white floral with a fresh touch that feels luxurious on hot days. Perfect with a white shirt or a totally romantic look. Longevity and sillage are moderate, but they work great.

Love in White isn’t just a perfume; it’s a statement of class. Every spray says the wearer doesn’t settle for the ordinary but seeks excellence. It smells like a woman who knows her perfumery, where quality is evident in subtlety. The citrus freshness blends with a powdery, seductive floral heart, while the woody vanilla base adds depth. It’s a fragrance that smells like heaven, an aura that leaves a mark. It inspires respect and admiration; its trail is subtle yet firm, like an invisible veil. I recommend ladies apply it to their hair: as they walk, it releases softly and doesn’t fade. It’s no coincidence that royalty and celebrities wear it; it conveys power and understated luxury. It’s for a refined, elegant woman rich in spirit. The wearer seems touched by the divine, a symbol of purity. It’s not just a scent; it’s an emotional experience that turns every woman into the protagonist. As a man, I say it speaks louder than a thousand words: she is selective, and her presence is unforgettable.
