Descripción
Centaurus by Creed is a spicy oriental fragrance for men and women. This creation, launched in 2024, unfolds a scent pyramid where the top notes combine cinnamon, tobacco, cardamom, and pink pepper. The heart of the composition reveals sandalwood, patchouli, heliotrope, geranium, and jasmine, while the base notes settle on bourbon vanilla, benzoin, balsam of Peru, tonka bean, and ambroxan.

At first, I thought it was just another commercial fragrance, but it has nothing to do with Spicebomb. It’s super sweet, ambered, and honeyed, with lots of cinnamon and an elegant touch. It leans more toward Grand Soir. I don’t detect tobacco, just cinnamon drowned in a thick syrup. Use it moderately on the neck; it’s strong and meant for special occasions, not for the office. Perfect for going out at night or a winter Sunday. Note: this morning, without even getting close, I could already smell waves of tobacco radiating from my arm after 20 hours.
I absolutely hate it; it smells like nothing but cinnamon.
Nothing to do with it; it smells like pure cinnamon, nothing else.
Reminds me of a blend between Aventus and Red Tobacco. Easy to wear and enjoyable. Note: I think Al Haramain Dubai Night follows the same line.
Creed Centaurus is a top-tier spiced oriental fragrance, dominated by exquisite tobacco that dances with cinnamon, vanilla, benzoin, tonka bean, and sandalwood. The result is a warm, sweet scent with atomic projection. Some might find it too much, but for me, it’s an absolute delight. As a tobacco addict, I know I’ll love it, and I think many others will too. Just a heads-up: test it before buying; although the price is controversial as it often is with this house, it’s worth it for the quality and performance.
I tested it alongside Delphinus. This isn’t even remotely unisex. This is a powerhouse men’s tobacco perfume in the 70s and 80s style. The best way to describe it is CK Obsession for women worked into a virile aspect; the tobacco is so raw it smells almost animalistic, like when you remove the soot and tar from a pipe. It’s very rich, excellent quality. As we say here, it’s a blast of a scent. I see it as not versatile and specific for winter, unless you live in Antarctica, Canada, Iceland, northern Europe, Greenland, or the mountains. I’m sticking with other Creeds like Aventus and Green Irish Tweed.
Cinnamon, lots of cinnamon, and woody notes. Totally unisex. Easy to like, but I can’t imagine anyone under 30 wearing this.
I realize that the people reviewing this gem are kids with little olfactory experience… let’s clarify, kids in their 20s and 30s… this isn’t for you. It’s pure gold for gentlemen in their 40s like us. You guys are into Invictus, Millionaires, and all those trendy unisex lines—sweet and vanilla-scented… this perfume embodies strength, masculinity, character, seriousness, and above all, personality.
Honestly, I didn’t like it. I tested it at a perfumery and at first it smelled like the worst mosquito repellent ever, a horrible odor. It wasn’t until two hours later that I caught a good scent of slightly sweet cinnamon. But if I have to wait two hours for it to smell good, I’d rather not buy it.

Didn’t like it, honestly. This isn’t niche, it’s not worth the price. It’s a Mancera Red Tobacco with cough syrup added. If you like it, I respect your taste, but it’s not for Centaurus or Crimson.
