  • Smells 95% like Green Irish Tweed but costs ten times less. Green and talc-like notes accompany the entire development. Perfect for mild or rainy days. Full review on my YouTube channel ‘MOY OLAF’. Give it a hug!

  • WOW WOW WOW. The day I put my nose to the bottle of Creed Green Irish Tweed, I knew I had found the best inspiration, the most real, leaving behind two decades of Cool Water and its approach. This beauty had to be reviewed on my YouTube channel ‘Moy Olaf Fragancias’ because it deserves to be known by all lovers of this deeply green fragrance current. I leave you this small legacy hoping to make many happy. A hug.

  • It’s a fragrance inspired by Green Irish Tweed. Does it achieve it? The opening notes abundant iris, verbena, and violet leaves, achieving a talc-like and semi-fresh greenness, more so floral. GIT, on the other hand, presents a greenness proper to its name, fresh from paths with morning dew, with almost no iris (2014 formula). In projection, L’Aventure Knight wins from the start and throughout its development. Already in the heart phase, the lower-quality ingredients become more evident, where one can appreciate ambroxan and sandalwood with a bit of iris still, giving a talc-like creaminess, which is only sandalwood and ambergris in GIT. Towards the base of both, the ‘ambergris’ is noticeable only, the signature of Creed. In terms of longevity, GIT hovers around 6-8 hours, LA Knight lasts 10-11. In summary, it’s a better clone than Tres Nuit. Talc-like. Good performance. The differences are evident to the nose. But it’s pleasant. Any complaints? My race gets to me too much, invading my personal space a bit. Substitute for GIT? Not at all. But if you treat it as a standalone fragrance, it stands on its own.

  • It’s inspired by Green Irish Tweed; does it succeed? The opening has abundant iris, verbena, and violet leaves, with a green, talc-like, and floral touch. GIT has a fresh path green with dew, without so much iris. In projection, L’Aventure Knight wins from the start. In the dry-down, lower-quality ingredients like ambroxan and sandalwood become noticeable, giving a creamy, talc-like feel, while GIT uses pure sandalwood and ambroxan. At the base, only the ambroxan remains, Creed’s signature. Longevity: GIT lasts 6 to 8 hours, L’Aventure Knight 10 to 11. It’s a better clone than Tres Nuit, talc-like with good performance. The differences are obvious to the nose, but it’s pleasant. My projection invades my personal space a bit. Is it a GIT substitute? Not at all, but as a standalone fragrance, it stands on its own.

  • Does it smell like Green Irish Tweed? It’s not identical; the similarity is percentage-based. For me, GIT is more elegant with superior notes; its ambroxan gives an excellent transparent marine scent. Does L’Aventure Knight outperform GIT in longevity and projection? Yes, by a lot. It lasts 8 hours with 2 to 3 hours of projection. Does it resemble Cool Water? Yes, but it’s much better than current versions and smells less chemical. It’s timeless and suitable for all age ranges.

  • Does it resemble Green Irish Tweed? No, it doesn’t use identical notes, so its resemblance ends up being only partially similar. For me, GIT is more elegant and has higher-quality notes (the ambroxan in GIT is of top quality and gives a very good transparent marine aroma). Does L’Aventure Knight surpass GIT in longevity and projection? By far, I’d say. The longevity of the scent in L’Aventure Knight is 8 hours, and its projection is very good for 2 to 3 hours. Does it resemble Cool Water? Yes, but to my nose, L’Aventure Knight is much better than Cool Water, especially when compared to current versions. Al Haramain L’Aventure Knight doesn’t smell as chemical. It’s timeless and suitable for all age ranges.

If this is trying to smell like Green Irish Tweed, then I’d prefer not to smell Green Irish Tweed. It smells green, cheap, like a high school dressing room; it reminds me a lot of the classic Swiss Army. I bought a 6ml decant and preferred to empty it to use the decant for another perfume. At that level of disgust.

  • If this tries to smell like Green Irish Tweed, I’d rather not smell the original. It smells green, cheap, like a high school gym. It reminds me of the classic Swiss Army scent. I bought a 6ml decant and emptied it to use on another perfume; at this level of disgust, it’s useless.

  • I received a 10ml decant, but its scent has too much resemblance to those updated summer versions of Cool Water and is a bit talc-like in the dry down. Nothing more than discovering America; I’m not saying it’s bad, but I’m looking for something that isn’t so repetitive and overdone. It smells good, yes! For those who still use Cool Water. Good luck, just spend on the decant and not the 100ml bottle. Well, on to the next search.

I don’t have GIT and I don’t think I ever will; it’s obscene to me to pay $300 for a fragrance, but I’ve been told this is very similar. Well, I smelled it recently, and it’s so masculine, green, fresh, and energizing. I notice something salty, and it’s very long-lasting. Here where I live, I saw it recently for $29 and it seemed like an excellent option. I’ve had Cool Water and Udv Blue, and they’re different; I notice this KNIGHT is greener and less aquatic. Excellent.

  • The first time I smelled it, it hit me like a Cool Water blast: aquatic, mossy, green. I like both, but in L’Aventure Knight, unpleasant notes appear on my skin. Because of that wet, talc-like sensation, it smells like old wet rags. People don’t react well to it. It’s not bad; it depends on the skin, but it lacks the refreshing masculinity of Cool Water and the vintage elegance of GIT. I feel it’s undefined, mature, for ages 30 and up, ideal for the office.

  • The first time I smelled it, the aroma hit me like a slap in the face of Cool Water: I perceived it as aquatic, mossy, and green. I like CW (masculine, rugged) and Creed Green Irish Tweed (elegant, refined), each with its own differences, but I must say that in this L’Aventure Knight fragrance, there are other notes that aren’t pleasant on my skin. Perhaps due to the damp, talc-like sensation, I’d describe its scent as a slightly old damp cloth. The usual reaction from people around me when I wear this hasn’t been gratifying, at least in my experience. I’m not saying it’s a bad fragrance; I suppose it depends on how it performs on each person’s skin and the satisfaction it brings. So I perceive it as lacking the standout masculinity and refreshment of CW and the vintage masculine elegance of Creed Green Irish Tweed, therefore feeling somewhat undefined. Mature, for 30 and up, ideal for daily wear or the office.

My favorite Creed fragrance is Green Irish Tweed; out of everything I’ve tried from that house, that’s my only weakness. Given Creed’s exorbitant prices, I’ve looked for cheaper alternatives and tried many: Davidoff Cool Water, Armaf Tres Nuit, and Armaf Le Parfait. None really convinced me, mind you, I’m not saying they’re bad; I love Cool Water, but to be honest, they’re far from resembling GIT. That said, I tried this one from Al Haramain and was impressed: green opening, herbal-citrus, delicious, with a silky iris that creates a soapy sensation and incredible cleanliness. This one does resemble GIT quite a bit, though the difference in note quality is undeniable. In the dry down, it’s hard to tell them apart unless you have an expert nose. Lasts easily 8 hours, not a projection bomb, but has a short trail that lingers, elegant, fresh, clean, and gentlemanly. I recommend it if you’re looking for a Green Irish Tweed alternative.

Green Irish Tweed is my favorite Creed fragrance and my only weakness. Given the exorbitant price, I tried alternatives like Coolwater, Armaf Tres Nuit, and Le Parfait; none convinced me, though Coolwater is great, it’s far from GIT. This Al Haramain one hit me hard: green opening, herbal-citrus, rich, with silky iris giving a soapy feel and incredible cleanliness. It resembles GIT quite a bit, though the note quality differs. Once dry, an average nose can’t distinguish between the two. Lasts 8 hours; not a projection bomb but has a short, elegant, fresh, clean, and gentlemanly trail. I recommend it if you’re looking for a GIT alternative.

  • ZabdielWayland

Ugh, what a delight. Smells like talc and is very similar to GIT. Highly recommended for the price and because the packaging is gorgeous.

  • HarrisonTomFord

Disappointed. I have a thing for Ted Lapidus’s Black Soul Imperial, and this smells too much like it. I get that it has some Cool Water in it, but in my opinion, it doesn’t even come close to that classic or GIT. Basically, throwing a few euros down the drain at Notino.

  • From my point of view, it’s much better than Cool Water; obviously, it’s not as good as Creed GIT, but for the price paid, it’s more than acceptable. Here in Mexico, GIT costs $7,900 and Knight costs $1,000; I prefer this Knight for this price. The Creed ones do have better ingredient quality, but the performance doesn’t justify their price.

  • I’m not sure if I got a defective sample, because it smells like nothing less than lemon and plant bathroom cleaner. The talc-like touch makes it smell like a cleaning product, a scent no one should wear. It’s very synthetic and unfortunately lasts quite a while on the skin, sticking with that clean bathroom smell. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  • I don’t know if I received a defective sample, because the scent has nothing to do with perfume; it smells like lemon bathroom cleaner, plants, and the powderiness gives it a cleaning product vibe. It’s an aroma no one should wear, besides being very synthetic. Unfortunately, it lasts quite a bit on skin; the clean bathroom smell sticks to you. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  • Good perfume if we use the quality vs. price premise. It resembles CW and GIT quite a bit. It doesn’t drive me crazy, but for putting it on after a shower following a workout, it’s great. It’s masculine, versatile, and not something to buy blindly. Rating: 7.5/10.

  • luislaguelles

Very economical perfume, and its price is even better thanks to the box and bottle. But it smells too chemical and artificial, especially as time passes.

  • luislaguelles

It’s a very economical perfume and its cost fits well in its excellent case and bottle. But it’s too chemical, too artificial, especially as time passes.

  • Mixed feelings: it smells clean, but not as I expected; it smells like freshly washed clothes, in short, like laundry detergent. Although I love the smell of clean clothes, I don’t like smelling like that. For me, it’s a 3.5 out of 10.

  • Agustino12

When you buy a perfume, besides smelling good, you want it to feel rich. This isn’t rich; it’s a 6, just average. I have a 100ml bottle and I want to finish it so I never have to use it again. It’s an aroma a radical would wear.

  • Smells synthetic but pleasant for the heat. It doesn’t even reach the sole of Green Irish Tweed’s shoes, but for the price, it’s acceptable. Although I expected more given its reputation as a great clone. I prefer Armaf Le Parfait because it feels less synthetic and more humid. This Knight smells like Sprite with a powdery touch.

  • Nestorberetta

Soapy to no end, thanks to the iris. Don’t stop with the comments that it’s synthetic; it’s all a matter of taste, there are natural and synthetic paths. It’s clean, green, with lots of iris, making you feel fresh and wearable. Lasts more than 6 hours at night. Maybe you should try it, since iris isn’t for everyone.

  • I bought it blindly for a super discount. The opening was strange, nothing bad, but the evolution changed everything and I loved it. After researching, I saw it’s inspired by Green Irish Tweed by Creed. Now I want all the L’Aventure presentations.

  • It instantly lifts my mood; smells fresh and if you have a connection with Cool Water or GIT, it emotionally transports you. As a non-sweet enthusiast, it’s a year-round winner, not just for summer. Lasts about 8 hours on skin. Despite some criticizing it as synthetic, compared to GIT’s price, I’m more than happy.
