I loved this perfume, I used it for a long time. It smelled of licorice to me, I don’t know why, but I almost like everything that has freesia in it
My brother gave this perfume to my mom eight years ago, and it was a blind buy. When she opened it, she loved it, and so did I! In short, Lacoste Pour Femme is beauty and class in a bottle, a true masterpiece… I said it!
Very feminine… A subtle scent with presence, floral with a sweet touch. It’s delicate and, as I’ve said, extremely feminine. Plus, it’s one of those fragrances that rarely offend. I think it’s appropriate for any season, though I prefer it in spring. Highly recommended for those seeking sweet, delicate, and sophisticated floral fragrances. I like the simplicity of its bottle; it represents very well what the fragrance conveys… sometimes less is more. Simply beautiful.
It smells so good
Who else but Olivier Cresp, the genius behind Dune Pour Homme, could gift something like this? It’s one of the most beautiful fragrances I’ve ever tried. A charming floral invasion that captivates and makes people ask what you’re wearing. It’s hard to dislike; it generates pure happiness effortlessly but with immense power. It smells clean, impactful, and has an alcoholic touch that exalts femininity with grace and audacity. I’d define it as timeless and multifunctional: it adapts to any weather and occasion, formal or informal, and crosses age barriers. Its bottle, with its geometric and slender box, is pure minimalism. In an imperfect world, this fragrance touches perfection. If there were a top 8 of women’s perfumes, Lacoste Pour Femme would be on it. In short: feminine beauty made into perfume. Fragrance: 10/10 – ABSOLUTELY! Longevity: 10/10 Sillage: 10/10 Versatility: 9.5/10
What an elegant, sublime, ethereal, and feminine perfume. Femme de Lacoste is floral, woody, and very talcum-like, enveloping you in a soft, hypnotic aura. The suede, heliotrope, freesia, a beautiful violet, and sandalwood are very noticeable, all impregnated with incense. Wow, so much elegance and mysticism. The perfect woman for this would be Liz Taylor. Moderate sillage and eternal longevity.
What an elegant, sublime, ethereal, and feminine perfume. Femme de Lacoste is floral, woody, and very talcum-heavy, enveloping you in a soft, hypnotic aura. You can really detect the suede, heliotrope, freesia, a beautiful violet, and sandalwood, all infused with incense. Wow, what elegance and mystique. The perfect woman for this perfume would be Liz Taylor. Moderate sillage and eternal longevity.
What an exquisite perfume; I owned it years ago and bought it again, too bad it doesn’t last on me at all.
This fragrance reminds me of the CK ONE IN 2YOU POP limited edition I owned years ago. Delicious, elegant, and I love that blend of flowers and cedar.
I used Lacoste Pour Femme for a couple of years after its launch. I bought it again years later and discovered they had reformulated it. This comment is about the new version. First, the most standout thing about LPF is that it’s absolutely universal: for the office, for a walk, suitable for any occasion. Second, my personal perception is that it has almost no development: it’s linear, the same opening accord remains as it dries down. Talcum-like, velvety, soft as silk, and very feminine, slightly creamy with a spark of pepper. The notes that stand out most are suede, jasmine, and pepper, in that order. In season, it’s quite universal, though I prefer to wear it in autumn and spring when it’s not too hot. Moderate sillage and lasting longevity, especially on clothes. I feel that over time it will become a classic.
I used it two years after its launch, bought it again years later, and discovered it had been reformulated. This is the new version. First: it’s universal, perfect for the office or a stroll, suitable for any occasion. Second: it has almost no development; it’s linear, smelling the same from the first spray to dry down. It smells like talc, velvety, soft as silk, very feminine, and slightly creamy with a hint of pepper. My favorite notes are suede, jasmine, and pepper, in that order. It’s a seasonal staple, though I prefer it in autumn and spring when it’s not too hot. Moderate sillage and lasting longevity, especially on clothes. I think it will become a classic over time…
I was disappointed the moment I bought it. I had a sample of Lacoste Eau de Parfum pour Elle and thought this was the same one—sprayed it right on my forehead! But then I read reviews calling it ‘extremely feminine’ with ’10/10 longevity,’ and I’m almost certain my Lacoste is defective. I know it’s not a knockoff since I bought it at a reputable store, but for me, wearing this EDP feels almost like spraying plain water. I barely smell it, and it doesn’t last at all. It doesn’t seem feminine to me; more like unisex. Of the little I can detect, I do sense some suede. I wouldn’t recommend it.
I made a mistake buying this. I had a sample of Eau de Lacoste EDP and thought it was this one—I even sprayed it on my forehead first! But then I read it’s ‘extremely feminine’ and lasts 10/10, so I’m almost certain my bottle is defective. I know it’s not a knockoff since I bought it at a reputable store, but for me, it’s like wearing water: barely any scent and it doesn’t last. It doesn’t seem feminine to me, more unisex, and between the weak scent, I detect something like suede. I wouldn’t recommend it.
What a marvel! Feminine, fresh, elegant, and modern. My boss asked me about this amazing perfume and said he’s never smelled anything like it, even though he’s a fragrance enthusiast. Definitely keeping Lacoste Pour Femme in my collection 💕. Top-tier longevity and sillage. 10/10.
But what a delightful perfume. Another blind buy and what a great success. Feminine, fresh, elegant, modern… a marvel. The manager at my workplace commented: your perfume smells so good, I don’t think I’ve ever smelled it, and yet I’m a perfume fan. Definitely Lacoste Pour Femme will stay in my collection forever. Excellent longevity and sillage. 10/10
What a delight! Elegant yet informal, with a feminine and delicate touch, though it could also work for a more dynamic woman. It’s a very distinguished and rich floral. I absolutely loved it.
Bought it a day after testing it in-store: fresh, tender, and unique. It reminds me a bit of Dior’s Forever and Ever, which my mom wears; the Dior is deeper and sweeter, while this Lacoste is fresher and softer.
Not really my usual style, but I was hooked immediately and absolutely love it: tender, elegant, fresh, with a touch of talc, and very delicate.
The longevity and sillage are decent, but I barely used it because it has a very persistent powdery scent that drowns out the other notes. It’s just not my style.😕
Lasts well and leaves a trail, but I barely used it because the heavy talcum powder scent overpowers everything else. It’s just not for me.😕
It’s a very tender scent, like roses and suede, very pleasant. I wouldn’t buy it again due to the longevity, but it’s a nice fragrance to try.
I have mixed feelings. I bought it in-store because it seemed soft, delicate, and a white floral, perfect for starting the day… but when it reaches the heart, something bothers me. I’m not sure if it’s the pepper or the leather, but it gives me a heavy and acidic sensation. I regret not liking it because I thought it had everything to appeal to me, but it ends up being half-baked.
Something similar happens to me with another user: I like the opening, but then a discordant note (maybe the suede) kicks me off. I don’t detect the powdery aspect. It has all the elements I like, but the final result is disappointing.
I’m absolutely surprised. What a particular and pleasant fragrance; I found a real gem.
As a man, I see it as casual, feminine, with hints of seduction. I’m surprised it breaks the typical ‘SPORT’ mold so common for Lacoste. Alongside L 12 and Sensuelle, I think it’s the best from the brand. It’s floral, softly powdery with subtle suede and wood, versatile, and suitable for any age.
I decided to buy it blind based on reviews calling it versatile and addictive, but I’m not so sure. It’s rich, clean, and a bit powdery, with floral top notes and a woody base. The longevity is average (about 5-6 hours) and the trail is very faint; I don’t even notice it, and no one asks. I like it for being simple, but I won’t repurchase. I don’t think it’s a good blind buy because most people won’t like it compared to Lacoste Pour Femme.
I decided to buy it blindly based on reviews calling it versatile and addictive, but honestly, I’m not so sure. It’s a rich fragrance, a bit talcum-like and clean; I don’t feel it’s fruity or sweet, but floral with a slightly woody base. Lasting power is average (5-6 hours) and the sillage is quite soft. I never notice it on myself, and no one has commented on it when I wear it. I like it and use it frequently because it’s zero hassle; I’ll finish it but won’t repurchase. Contrary to other reviewers, I don’t think it’s a good blind buy. Really, no fragrance is, but Lacoste Pour Femme has few chances of pleasing the majority, in my humble opinion.
It’s nice for everyday wear, but honestly, it doesn’t last more than half an hour on me, which is a pity.
If beige had a scent, it would be Lacoste Pour Femme. It’s soft, sensual, and warm thanks to that suede note that creates a skin-with-flowers-and-woods vibe. It evokes deserts and wild meadows, perfect for autumn.
To me, it’s a linear fragrance: at first, the pepper stands out, but then it gives way to a floral bouquet with suede, sandalwood, and cedar. It’s elegant, versatile, and works great in winter, at the office, or for everyday wear.
I bought this years ago and a guy always asked me to wear it. Now that I got it back, I notice it changed a bit due to the reformulation, but it’s still a beautiful scent.
