  • I hate to say this because, seriously, I love that Gucci launches novel and bold fragrances like Guilty Absolute, Cologne, or the latest Memorie. But this flanker has a note that smells like bleach to me, and I don’t know what causes it. It’s so grating that I can’t stop thinking about it, and it ruins the rest of the fragrance. Still, I toast to Gucci’s shift in direction for trying to make tougher perfumes that don’t fall into the easy traps of Abroxan, tonka, smoked pineapples, etc.

  • Gucci Guilty Love Edition Pour Homme is an aromatic, citrus, floral, and woody fragrance. Its opening is citrusy and aromatic, where you can perceive the freshness of some citrus fruits accompanied by fresh spicy notes like pink pepper and rosemary, plus floral notes like lavender. As minutes pass, a geranium note becomes perceptible, giving it a slight metallic scent, until reaching the drydown with some woods, particularly patchouli, though there’s also something that adds an earthy sensation, which I assume is due to vetiver. The overall scent retains part of the DNA of several fragrances in the Guilty Pour Homme line, being quite close to Guilty Black, where herbal elements predominate, bringing it near an Aromatic Fougere. This version of Gucci Guilty Pour Homme is fresh and aromatic, offering a very pleasant clean feeling, making it ideal for use during the day, outdoor activities, office work, school, or even indoors, since its projection is discreet. As for longevity, it lasts between 6 and 7 hours, and as I mentioned, its sillage is discreet. Guilty Love is a wearable and very pleasant fragrance, but since it’s a limited edition, I’d only recommend it to those who like the Guilty Pour Homme line DNA, especially if you know Guilty Black.

  • Gucci Guilty Love Edition Pour Homme is an aromatic, citrus, floral, and woody fragrance. It opens with fresh citrus and spices like pink pepper and rosemary, blended with lavender. A few minutes in, the geranium adds a subtle metallic touch, while the drydown features woods, especially patchouli and a vetiver that gives an earthy vibe. It keeps the DNA of the Guilty line, getting very close to Guilty Black thanks to its herbal notes, defining it as an Aromatic Fougere. It’s fresh, clean, and perfect for daytime, outdoors, at the office, or school, with a discreet projection. It lasts 6 to 7 hours with a contained sillage. It’s very wearable and pleasant, but since it’s a limited edition, I’d only recommend it if you like the Guilty Pour Homme DNA, especially if you know Guilty Black.
