About Fouad
Fouad by Asdaaf: A Unisex Amber-Wood Fragrance with Spice
Fouad is a unisex fragrance from the house of Asdaaf, designed to be shared by men and women. It opens with a blend of saffron, lavender, and bergamot, creating a fresh yet aromatic start.
The heart brings together amber, cedar, and oud wood for a warm, creamy feel. The base of patchouli, musk, resins, woody notes, and leather adds depth and a subtle leathery edge.
This scent sits comfortably in the amber-woody family, with an overall character that feels both smooth and slightly spicy. Accords of lavender, citrus, and powder help balance the heavier ingredients.
The top notes are led by bergamot's bright citrus, softened by lavender's herbal touch, while saffron provides an early spicy kick. This combination makes the opening lively and engaging.
At the heart, amber and cedar form a soft, resinous core, complemented by the distinct presence of oud wood. The result is cozy and sophisticated, without being overwhelming.
The base layer is where Fouad gains its lasting personality. Patchouli and musk offer an earthy, skin-like warmth, while resins, woods, and leather contribute a dry, refined finish.
With an average rating of 4.48 out of 5 from 31 ratings, Fouad has earned a positive reception. It's a versatile unisex option for those who appreciate oriental-style compositions.
This fragrance will appeal to fans of woody and spicy scents, especially those who enjoy saffron, oud, and leather. It suits anyone looking for a warm, unisex signature that works in many settings.
All in all, Fouad by Asdaaf is a well-made unisex fragrance with a classic amber-woody structure. Its solid rating and balanced composition make it worth trying for enthusiasts of the genre.

I created an account just to review this amazing perfume. As Kea said, this perfume wasn’t listed here before, so I bought it pretty much blind a year ago. It was sold to me as a dupe of 212 VIP Black, but it’s far superior. It has excessive longevity, and you need about 5 washes to get it out of clothes. The projection is beastly, and the scent is exquisite for those cold winter and fall days. It can easily be used as an everyday perfume, because it’s neither cloying nor tiring. It’s probably the perfume that has gotten me the most compliments.
This perfume is incredible, a hidden gem that not many people know about. The price-to-quality ratio is unbeatable. Performance is very good: it projects very well for at least 3 hours and easily reaches 8 hours on skin. The opening has a dark citrus kick, in the style of Precieux, which gradually softens to give way to saffron, dry woods, and something spicy in the base. Although it claims to have oud, it’s very wearable, not like Opulance Oud. I particularly recommend it for daily office use; even though the notes may seem very strong, it’s a wearable fragrance with a sophisticated and clean character that attracts a lot of compliments, and at least in my experience, it doesn’t stain clothes ✨
A perfume I worked on, and I asked them to publish it, so finally this is the platform for the world to get to know it. It’s an original creation that doesn’t copy anything, and it has a ridiculously low price for the quality it offers. The scent is a saffron citrus over a woody base, a very oriental and elegant scent but also versatile, with very good longevity and projection. It has great balance in its composition; its equilibrium between weight and lightness is perfect.
