From the very first moment, it wraps you in a Terenzi-style ambergris, dense and animalic musk—nothing aquatic. It balances with oud and a fresh touch of pepper over a bed of sweet musk that isn’t cloying. On top, a lush, full-bodied rose. Spicy black pepper, like in Toy Boy, keeps it in check with dry birch. It’s powerful, dense, and well-contained. The evolution is calm but exquisitely delicious. Pretty, fluffy, and playful; it just works. A CAS signature from Terenzi—if not his best, certainly one of his finest musks. The official price is a rip-off. Scent: 8.1. Projection: 7.8. Longevity: 9. Originality: 8.1. Price: €440 (100ml). Recommended: Highly, if on sale.
The bottle is one of the most beautiful on the market. Paolo Terrenzi doesn’t stand out for originality but for quality; he improves known aromas, and here he succeeds. It’s that oud and rose combo, but with pepper, green pepper, musk, and amber giving it a more masculine, timeless, and attractive twist. Works all year round. Projection: one meter. Longevity: 12 hours.
