Share what you noticed: opening, drydown, sillage and the moments when it works for you.
Starts with a citrusy and spicy note, I think it’s ginger and pepper; the heat softens as it dries down, but the lemon and ginger linger until the end. Don’t expect anything sweet or woody—the projection and sillage are moderate, and it smells very similar to Lattafa’s Mahir Legacy and P. de Marly’s Sedley.
This perfume pays homage to one of the most famous stories from Dante’s Divine Comedy: the forbidden kiss between Paolo and Francesca. Passion and love led them to death when Francesca’s husband, Paolo’s brother, caught them in their affair and decided to end both their lives. Amans is a subtle, discreet fragrance, one of those clean, velvety scents that invite you to get closer. It’s not truly fresh, nor is it warm; it sits right between both worlds. It reminds me a bit of P. de Marly’s Sedley, but without that cold minty touch; here, cardamom, nutmeg, and the typical Tiziana Terenzi musk shine through. It’s elegant, unisex but leaning more masculine, lasting 5-6 hours with a discreet sillage. It doesn’t come to reinvent perfumery, but it’s definitely a scent you won’t stop smelling.
