  • Not for me. It’s an acidic pineapple, not sweet, with incense, oud, and birch. I didn’t notice much evolution; I was expecting more sweetness. The performance is good, lasting about 7 to 8 hours with two sprays. It’s very similar to Aventus, that fragrance that is now being imitated left and right.

  • What an amazing scent! Beautiful. It has similarities to Aventus but with its own distinct differences. I absolutely loved it; it’s meant to be enjoyed. I wore it for the first time today and received tons of compliments.

  • Great fruity, woody, and smoky notes. A fantastic alternative to Aventus, which is overrated; this has a much nicer bottle. The scent is dry, acidic, and woody—ideal for the office or with a suit. From this line, I prefer Cedrat Boise, which isn’t a clone but belongs to the same family. Orion is worth it if you’re looking for something Aventus-like with better quality and longevity, though it is expensive. For budget options, try Zara Vibrant Leather for the sweet side and Club de Nuit Intense for the smoky side. Creed was the pioneer, but if you want quality, Orion is a great choice, even though Cedrat remains my personal favorite.

  • Hyper-realistic, rich smoked pineapple. Top-quality ingredients and totally unisex. It’s pricey and maybe not for purists who prefer a very masculine style, but its scent and quality are undeniable. It lasts over eight hours with a strong sillage. I’m not buying it, but I recommend trying it.

  • Hyper-realistic, rich smoked pineapple. First-quality ingredients and totally unisex. It’s pricey and maybe not for purists who want a strictly masculine vibe, but its scent and quality are undeniable. Lasts eight-plus hours with a strong trail. I won’t buy it myself, but I recommend trying it.

Top fragrance to buy blind. You can tell it’s linked to Aventus, but here there’s more sweetness, even reminiscent of Nishane’s Ani. If you already have one of those, try this first to avoid smelling repetitive.

  • For me, owning both Orion and Hacivat isn’t redundant; they’re two distinct jewels. While they share DNA, both are exquisite in their own right.

  • Bright opening, smells like pineapple and the sea. Then the oud takes over, bitter and ochre under a delicious sweetness. It’s a very special fragrance with lots of character. Sweetness and freshness for those who usually don’t like that kind of scent.

  • Bright pineapple opening that smells like the sea, followed by oud taking over. It’s a bitter, ochre oud under a delicious sweetness. A very special fragrance with great character. Sweetness and freshness for those who don’t want the typical stuff.

  • Excellent aromatic quality. It’s fruity and woody, easy to enjoy, but I wouldn’t recommend it blind due to its complexity. I love the smoky pineapple with oud, but every nose is different. Good longevity and moderate sillage.

  • As another said, it’s not redundant with Hacivat. They’re similar, but Orion dries down to a delicious smoky balsamic finish. Projection and longevity are top-notch. I don’t mind it, but others do. 100% recommended if you like Aventus-style chypres.

Irreplaceable. I pray they keep making it. I thought Aventus was the ultimate scent and I was wrong. This is the best pineapple scent I’ve ever used. I’d put it in my top 5 every time. Fantastic for summer and all year round.

Unbeatable. I pray they keep making it. I thought Aventus was ‘the scent’ and I was wrong. That’s all. This is, without a doubt, the best pineapple aroma I’ve ever tried. I’d rank it alongside my all-time favorites that are still in production. The fact that it’s an extrait de parfum makes it even better. In summer, Lyric Man; in autumn, Café Intense; in winter/spring, Bleu de Chanel, with a touch of Terre d’Hermès depending on the season; maybe a Chanel Soir on a rainy day. If I had to pick my top five perfumes, this would always be in the group. Nothing beats a summer day, and I wear it all year if I want. Fantastic.

A Terenzi flagship. Is this expensive niche ‘clone’ worth it when there are cheaper options that smell the same? Think about it. There’s a lot of hype and charlatans exaggerating. This is only for wealthy collectors or serious perfume addicts. Afnan Supremacy Not Only Intense gives you the same experience for half the price.

  • For me, it’s the Aventus version with the best longevity. It’s a Tiziana Terenzi perfume extract, with interlaced notes and a touch of Hacivat, though this one is less sweet. I highly recommend it.

Having both Hacivat and Orion isn’t redundant. They share DNA, but Hacivat is the explosive, rebellious young one, while Orion is elegant and aristocratic thanks to the oud. I enjoy both.

  • I bought it blind based on good reviews, but it didn’t impress me at first. It smells like an old pineapple-scented bathroom air freshener. It lasts all day, but it gets cloying by the end.

  • RicardoPowa123

Smells like Hacivat but with oud and incense. Hacivat is much happier and fresher, while this one has more character.

  • It’s my summer signature. Aventus doesn’t last even an hour anymore, but this Orion captures that pineapple and smoky birch vibe without being a clone. If you’re looking for real quality and longevity, give it a try; everyone loves it, men and women alike.
