It smells just like Montale’s Amber Musk, but lighter. I had to touch my hand to smell it; it didn’t hit me hard, so I’m sticking with the original.

Not A Perfume Superdose is a scent that’s hard to explain and smell, and I’m not saying it’s challenging. Upon spraying, you notice a somewhat abrasive synthetic note, but the amber peeks through. Once it dries, a clean musk emerges and that sharp feeling disappears. The issue is that sometimes you can’t smell it, not even on your skin, probably due to the cetalox. The musk is very clean, nothing animalistic. Once dried, it smells great, ambered, and even sexually appealing. It lasts 8 to 12 hours; the projection isn’t strong and is only noticeable for the first two hours.
