This is a complicated fragrance. At first, it smells like heavy smoke, like burnt tires, but after an hour it gets closer to an Aventus dupe, though the smoke remains. If you want something fruitier, this isn’t for you; it smells like pure citrus with no detectable pineapple or apple. I gave it a chance because of the ridiculous price ($16) and I’m not regretting it; it’s not for everyone. It lasts and does its job. I disagree with those calling it the worst, but if you just want to smell like honey and sweetness, you’ll hate it.

I would never buy it again! I bought it for the price knowing it was an Aventus dupe. It starts synthetic and dries down to horrible smoke that gave me a headache. It smells like a burnt cable. I repeat, very synthetic. Save your money and look for something better or a successful dupe like Montblanc Explorer. Daily use, but not for anything formal. Fragrance 2/5, longevity 3.5/5, projection 3.5/5. My recommendation: don’t buy it, go for something less synthetic or save your money.

I bought the 30ml tester version a few days ago to try it out. Rather than smelling like Creed Aventus, the first impression was that it resembles Vibrant Leather OUD due to that strange note that persists throughout the entire wear. I still prefer Vibrant Leather in that regard.

Given how terrible this monstrosity is, they released a flanker called Avant Silk that I haven’t tried and don’t dare buy for fear it’s another disaster. If anyone has tried Avant Silk, please share if it’s worth it, as it’s still missing from Fragrantica.

This is the first one I’ve tried from this brand, and it’s terrible. It smells like lemon degreaser mixed with something oily, followed by a burnt scent that actually gave me a headache. Are all of Maison Alhambra’s scents this bad, or just this one?

So far, this is the worst I’ve tried from Maison Alhambra. The opening is awful in both smell and quality, nothing compared to what’s available in perfumery. Dry down is just ‘okay.’ Better to pay the difference for any other Aventus dupe.

I tested it on blotter and skin, and although I rarely dislike Maison Alhambra scents, this is the exception. I didn’t sense anything green, fresh, or citrusy; quite the opposite, it smells like bacon fat or smoked charqui-style meat.

I don’t agree with the others; I don’t smell that smoke they mention. On the contrary, it’s fresh and versatile. It lasted its full 8 hours on my skin, though the projection is average.

Excellent if your goal is to smell like street fair sausage. The resemblance to the Aventus DNA lasts 10 seconds before transforming into one of the most awful perfumes I’ve ever tried.

Bought it a few days ago and it’s the worst Aventus copy I’ve ever tried; it smells weird, don’t buy it blind. P.S.: If you’re looking for a ‘no-likes’ scent, this is it.
