Angels' Share Paradis by Kilian is a floral-fruited gourmand olfactory family creation, designed for men and women. This new fragrance, launched in 2025, has been composed by perfumer Benoist Lapouza. I can’t believe it exists! I have no idea how it smells, but it has every note I’d want in a perfume. I doubt it will make it to Argentina, so I’ll have to buy it blind. Once I have it in my hands, I’ll let you know how it turned out. I can’t wait! Edit: It’s been a month since I got this fragrance. I must be one of the few Argentines who owns it because it’s super impossible to find! It cost me, but I managed to get it. For anyone considering buying this beauty, I must say the DNA of Angel’s Share is intact, but in this flanker, the raspberry gives it a twist, making the fragrance slightly sweeter and less “rough.” The rose also helps make the scent less “masculine,” although it is truly completely unisex. The longevity is impressive, and the projection is even more so. With 5 sprays, you have perfume for the whole day. It lasts hard on clothes for days! It’s impressive 👏🏻

It’s about 85% identical to the original, but with a touch of tart cherry and oak. It feels slightly more masculine and is no longer cloying (though it remains sweet). I like it better than the original.

  • I had the chance to test this perfume side-by-side with Angels Share EDP; although I liked the original a lot, Paradis completely won me over. I loved it more: in the opening, the cognac has a strong presence alongside the raspberry, like a raspberry liqueur, but as it settles, the liquoriness fades and the more fruity, natural raspberry comes to the forefront (zero artificial or syrup smell). I perceive it as slightly sweeter, less dense, a bit less creamy, and definitely less spicy than the EDP, but without losing its essence. In terms of longevity and sillage, Paradis performed better on me: after 12 hours, I could still easily detect it on my skin, and it projects with quite a bit of intensity. If I had to choose one, I’d stick with Paradis; I felt more chemistry with it than with the classic Angels Share, and strangely, I found it more versatile. I first tried it on a tropical spring night and it didn’t feel overwhelming in the least. Now it’s autumn in Argentina, and I’m dying to try it in this weather.

Di-vi-na! It’s juicy, playful, much younger and coquettish than the original. While the original is mysteriously and nocturnally seductive, this is clearly the sunny, summery face of Angels Share. What a great duo these two sister scents make. I think it’s a beautiful fragrance to keep summer memories in. The raspberry really stands out: a potent, fruity, and sweet opening with a slight acidic touch that makes it rebellious and mischievous, all set against the classic Angels Share character in the background. The bottle is a work of art, but the price is crazy.

  • I don’t care for Angels Share, but this Paradise is an absolute gem. It kicks off strong with plenty of spiced cinnamon blended with a fruity, sweet, and caramelized raspberry that lingers throughout. As it dries down, it leaves a dusty cinnamon trail (the only thing I find a bit excessive, though I still like it) paired with a syrupy raspberry that adds a resinous touch. Basically, it’s a cinnamon dessert with raspberry syrup. What I couldn’t handle in Angels Share was that powdery cinnamon; if it’s too potent or realistic, it turns me off, but here, with the raspberry, it doesn’t bother me much and I even enjoy it, although if they could dial back the cinnamon intensity a bit, it would be perfect. The longevity is insane: a couple of sprays and you’re accompanied for 14 hours buzzing, with the first three hours projecting so hard you can smell it from across the room. -Scent: 8 -Longevity: 10 -Projection: 10 -Versatility: 3
