Eclat d’Arpege opens with fresh green tea and floral notes, then introduces lilac, peony, and a citrusy petit grain touch. It also smells of jasmine (I think osmanthus). The base is amber and musky, with a very soft cedar. It’s a fresh, green, and cheerful perfume. Courtesy of @jerry drake.
Pure class and elegance. A scent that doesn’t overpower, with a super balanced note structure that, together, sounds like something new and delicious. Although it seems subtle, it’s very persistent and never fully fades. So beautiful.
Romantic and spring-like; the lilacs and wisteria give it that touch. It brings back memories of the gardens in Prado, right here in Montevideo. My mother would have loved it. Note: don’t wear it in temperatures above 25 degrees.
Rich, fresh, floral, and youthful… but it didn’t leave an unforgettable impression on me. Still, good longevity, though not much sillage. Ideal for summer and for anyone who likes to stay comfortable.
Incredible fragrance! I gave it to my mother years ago and she loved it, I did too. Great sillage all day long, fresh, semi-sweet, elegant, sophisticated, and unmatched.
