This is the most long-lasting in my collection: over 5 days on clothes and 8 hours on skin without being cloying. I was surprised because it wasn’t what I expected. I tested it in summer (not its season) and with 4-5 sprays, it lasted forever. Got tons of compliments; I totally recommend it.

Back in 15, my first perfume was the 1 Million, and I went through about four bottles. Now at 29, after trying many, this one feels spectacular. It’s warm yet fresh enough for summer, but also works in winter. Hard to describe: a sweet tangerine citrus that yields to sweet sandalwood wood, finishing with a soft vanilla. It’s harmonious, pretty, and delicious.

You walk into any perfumery and smell this, the 1 Million and its versions. This scent overpowers everything around it. It’s intense and bold, it wore out my patience. They gifted me a mini and I gave it away. It doesn’t fill the room, not because it’s everywhere, but due to aromatic contrast. The vanilla adds creaminess, but the texture is that green tangerine peel over a hyper-sweet base. Ugh, not for me. Smells good overall, it’s a flanker of the legend, so I respect the classic 1 Million. I don’t mind others wearing it—in fact, I’d love to smell it on someone else, but not on myself. It makes me feel like Dr. Jekyll. Scent: 4.3, Projection: 8.2, Longevity: 8.4. Rating: 6/10 (69.6% perfection).

Compared to the first version of Million Gold: they softened the sandalwood, it doesn’t smell as dry anymore; it’s a fresher wood. It’s very different from Santal 33, but they turbo-charged the vanilla, turning it gourmand with something similar to Invictus Victory. The tangerine is almost imperceptible.

A perfume for going out and pleasing others, with predominant vanilla and a loud note simulating tangerine à la Scandal but failing to differentiate, all built on sandalwood. Everyone who smells it says it’s good, though they notice the sandalwood a lot (literally, or palo santo). If you hate sandalwood, try it or pass. In my opinion, it’s worth it. Performance is normal-to-good for a designer, though not a beast.

Personally, I love it. I see many reviews saying it’s the same old thing, but within what’s sought after today in perfumery, it’s a scent almost everyone will like. It has great performance, longevity, and projection, and the aroma is addictive: like a mix of vanilla with a touch of mango (even though it’s not listed, that’s what I perceive). Everything is very creamy, sweet without being cloying, and makes you want to smell it again… Another gem from Quentin Bisch.

A fragrance that presents itself as an authentic dessert in a bottle. From the start, you notice a fig accord (not listed) in the style of D&G K or Le Beau by J.P. Gaultier. What really dominates is a note of caramelized mandarin, giving way to an intensely milky, creamy, and indulgent heart. It evokes a sweet and soft dessert, very much in the line of Ferragamo Uomo but even more concentrated. It’s a sweet bomb with an almost edible texture: warm, enveloping, and deeply addictive. Ideal for informal night outings, in cold climates, and designed for a young audience looking to stand out with a sensual and comforting fragrance. It doesn’t have much relation to the original 1 Million; it has its own character, more modern and gourmand. Personally, it has surprised and delighted me.

A perfume with a quite strange opening; it doesn’t highlight the declared mandarin like in Scandal or Mandarin Sky. We don’t find a sweet mandarin, but a weird opening that transforms into a sweet but not loud perfume after a few minutes, and you start to feel the sandalwood, giving it a distinct touch. Personally, I haven’t tried the previous version (Million Gold), but I give it my OK. Longevity on clothes is excellent, trail is moderate, good fixation.

It doesn’t last long, but it’s so fresh.
