I heard the original Woodissime was a challenge, but this flanker is quite ‘cute’ in a bottle. The packaging is nice, and it smells of sweet fruit, slightly chocolatey with a sweet oud base, without any real drama. It seems the reformulation took all the edge off. If you’re looking for something super woody, this isn’t it. Good performance, though I think it’s more for ladies, although it suits a guy well too. 5/10, wouldn’t buy it.

Although the line is unisex, this scent leans more feminine and targets an older woman, with sandalwood and fruity accords dominating. It’s an old-school classic that, despite its quality and price, lacks any real standout notes and feels a bit heavy to me. If you’re a man looking for something woody, look elsewhere, as there are better options out there.

Although the line is unisex, this smells more like an older woman, with sandalwood and fruity notes. It’s a good-quality, reasonably priced old-school classic, but to me, it lacks spark and gets heavy. If you’re a man looking for something woody, look elsewhere, as there are better options.

I’m surprised they say otherwise; for me, it’s a delight: a fruit cocktail over a base of sweet oud, sandalwood, and patchouli that gives it a chocolatey touch. The longevity, sillage, and projection are notable; although sweet, it’s far from current trends without being cloying. I have the 2017 version and don’t know when it was reformulated, but the ingredients denote quality and performance. Ideal for cool or mild days and totally unisex. The Les Exceptions collection is a real find: as Mugler’s ‘private’ line, it outshines the hyped ones like A*Men Kryptomint or Pure Malt, perhaps because it’s almost unknown here in Mexico. The bottles are made of thick, heavy glass with metal plates, very pretty and substantial.

I don’t align with the comments here, but for me, it’s a delight: a fruit cocktail over a base of sweet oud, sandalwood, and patchouli that gives it a chocolatey touch. The longevity, sillage, and projection are notable; although sweet, it’s far from current trends and isn’t cloying. The one I have is from 2017, so I don’t know when the reformulation mentioned took place. The ingredients denote quality, which improves the performance. Ideal for cool or mild days and, in my opinion, totally unisex. The Les Exceptions collection has been a real discovery; as Mugler’s ‘private’ line, it outshines the hyped ones like A*Men Kryptomint, Pure Wood, Ultrazest, or Pure Malt, perhaps because it’s almost unknown here in Mexico. The bottles are made of thick, heavy glass with metal plates that add weight and make them quite beautiful.
