Very similar to Santal 33, smells amazing. The sandalwood and leather notes really stand out.
Green and vegetal aroma, reminiscent of that pencil shavings vibe, but more akin to Santal 33 and Book scents. It’s creamy, slightly humid, and matte. Mysore sandalwood gives it that creamy, moist touch; common sandalwood smells smoky, and African sandalwood is ‘rough,’ like Laudano Nero or Ajmal’s Santal Wood, which is my least favorite. The scent remains consistent from start to finish. Initially, the sillage was medium-to-low, and within two minutes, it was skin-level. I bought it blind and was disappointed—not so much by the smell, but by its poor longevity. It reminds me a lot of Montagne de Graphite: nearly skin-level sillage from the start yet lasting 10 hours. It’s semi-formal, perfect for transitional seasons, neither too hot nor too cold, given its scent profile and low sillage. I recommend testing it before buying.
