Descripción
Vince Camuto by Vince Camuto is a floral chypre fragrance for women. Launched in 2011, this composition was created by perfumer Steve DeMercado. The top notes of rum and osmanthus open the olfactory pyramid; the heart reveals leather, jasmine, and rose; while the base settles on patchouli, vanilla, amber, and musk.

Vince Camuto, chypre-floral? To my nose, it’s an oriental-floral with gourmand and boozy notes. The resemblance to Flowerbomb at the start is clear (vanilla and patchouli), but then it transforms into the coquettish girl who goes to a bar to drink rum. It has two facets: the sweet boozy side and the smoky leather side. In the dry down, everything blends well without competing. The amber adds depth and sensuality to the leather and rum. For those who fear patchouli, don’t worry—it’s ‘clean’ and balances the sweetness. The jasmine and roses are more subdued; in the end, the leather shines. If you love Flowerbomb but want a sweet ‘bad girl’ attitude, try Vince. Not for the office or hot weather, but perfect for feeling voluptuous and fun.
Intoxicating and addictive. I smelled it in a store while testing eight fragrances, and it captivated me instantly when I sprayed it on my sweater: something different, sweet, with patchouli and mandarin. Once I got home and took off the sweater, it became so much softer. Incredible. It’s not really my usual style, but I don’t care; I might buy it later.
Bought it blind with some hesitation, but it totally won me over. At first, it’s quite strong, but then it softens and stops being overwhelming. Smells expensive and elegant, with a unique scent and real personality. It’s vanilla-based and the bottle is gorgeous—I love it.
Cosa Bella is an incredible fragrance! Sweet, feminine, with great sillage, perfect for an autumn night. Out of 10, I’d give it a 9…
Beautiful thing! This fragrance is sweet, feminine, and has a great trail. Lovely for a fall night. Out of 10, I’d give it a 9.
It reminds me of Chanel No. 5 and Coco Mademoiselle EDT, but it’s not heavy or overwhelming. It’s very elegant and feminine, smells like an expensive perfume and has a good price. Thank goodness it’s not the ubiquitous classic sweet scent. I think it’s suitable for any age.
I don’t own it, but I know it through my mom; on her skin, I smell rum and leather, though I can’t distinguish the notes in the opening. It’s a characterful scent with great trail and longevity. It’s not my style, but I use it occasionally on cool days to feel empowered and draw attention, not to be sexy but to be strong. I’m surprised they compare it to sweet gourmand perfumes because I don’t smell that at all. I recommend it for spring, fall, and winter; in summer it can be intrusive and very powerful. My review is for the body mist; the perfume is surely a bomb.
The opening is potent, but seconds later the rum and then the amber appear. Despite everything, I perceive a slight sweetness, perhaps from the amber, but the rum really stands out. Good perfume.
I got it thinking it would be an affordable dupe for Flowerbomb, but they aren’t alike; they only share patchouli. Flowerbomb is youthful and floral, while I see this fragrance as something for someone 40+. It doesn’t seem sexy to me, but it is very strong.
I was looking for it thinking it would be an affordable dupe for Flowerbomb, but honestly, they don’t resemble each other, only because of the patchouli. Flowerbomb is youthful and highlights the florals more; this fragrance seems more suited for someone over 40. It doesn’t seem sexy to me, but it is very strong.
Unisex, strong, and long-lasting. Not for hot days. It was a gift I ignored for a while until I used it recently; it doesn’t resemble anything I normally wear, it’s a serious scent. I used it again a month later. It’s intoxicating; I think I’m training my nose to open up to new aromas I previously considered too old-lady-like. My mistake was going by the opening and dismissing it before reaching the heart, which is cozy.
I love it! It’s a perfect blend of amber, rum, patchouli, and leather. A refined fragrance that seems more expensive than it is, elegant yet bold and party-ready. A man can wear it, and on a woman, it gives an indomitable and fun character. Excellent and wonderful.
I love it! It’s an amber, rum, and patchouli with leather perfectly balanced. Smells fine and costly, elegant yet bold and festive. A man can wear it, and on a woman, it gives an untamable, fun character. Excellent and wonderful fragrance.
Spectacular! Out of all Vince Camuto scents, this is definitely the best. Smells like an expensive perfume even though it’s affordable. Great trail and projection; every time I finish it, I reach for it again. Feels festive and bright; I discovered that rum note. Undoubtedly it’s for nights of drinks and dancing. Great job!
I have this scent in the body spray version and love it for starting the day in winter. It basically smells like sweetened patchouli, less earthy. I’m not sure if the EDP has more nuances. The only similarity to Flowerbomb is the patchouli, but it’s much less sweet than the one in Viktor&Rolf. It reminds me more of Katy Perry’s Killer Queen. It has a soft sillage and lasts 5 hours on my skin. When I finish it, I’ll restock the EDP. Scent: 7/10, longevity: 5/10, sillage: 5.5/10, value for money: 6/10, versatility: 5/10, packaging: 8/10. Would I buy it again? Yes.
I have the body spray and love it for kickstarting winter. Smells like sweetened patchouli, less earthy than the EDP. It shares patchouli with Flowerbomb, but it’s much less sweet; it reminds me more of Katy Perry’s Killer Queen. Soft trail and lasts about 5 hours. I’ll probably repurchase the EDP. Scent 7/10, longevity 5/10, trail 5.5/10, value 6/10, packaging 8/10. Yes, I would buy it again.
Not for everyone, but it’s a great perfume: strong, elegant, with an exquisite blend. Feels unisex due to its masculine notes, but the florals make it delicious. Smells expensive and has a good price point, ideal for those over 30, not for daily wear or teenagers. Don’t buy it blindly, but I absolutely love it.
