Descripción

Vibrato by Sospiro Perfumes is an olfactive fragrance for men and women. Launched in 2022, this composition is signed by Christian Provenzano. The top notes unfold a vibrant accord of grapefruit, bergamot, jasmine, and magnolia. The heart reveals a spicy and green evolution with ginger, herbal notes, and talc-like nuances. The base settles on a warm and woody composition featuring musk, cedar, amber, iris root, and patchouli.

  • I absolutely loved it; I think it’s a superior version of PDM’s Sedley. You can notice acidic citrus, musk, and woods that have won me over. Be careful with the sprays because it can be overpowering. If you’re looking for an affordable alternative, Thurati Blue is perfect; plus, it doesn’t have that slightly annoying herbal note. Scent: 10/10, Longevity: 8/10, Projection: 7/10, Sillage: 7/10, Value: 1/10, Blind Buy: 10/10, Versatility: 6/10, Season: warm and temperate climates.

Vibrato is a grapefruit and citrus fragrance with talc-like and ambroxan notes. I find it very pleasant, vital, and cheerful. Although it’s associated with heat and summer, I don’t consider it light. For intense heat, I’m not sure I’d wear it; it has a density that gives it versatility and allows use with a bit of cool weather. The issue is that it’s hard to find in stores and also pricey. Although it can sometimes be found at a price slightly lower than Tygar. Personally, I don’t see any resemblance to PDM’s Sedley.

I already own Tygar, but I absolutely love the first two hours of Vibrato: a sweet, refreshing, realistic citrus, like those ‘Sparkling’ drinks—a better-improved version right out of the gate. It lasts more than 8 hours, but here’s the problem for me: those remaining 6 hours are terrible. A very strong Ambroxan with lots of Hediona that my nose finds unpleasant, and the patchouli adds a dirty touch. Unfortunately, the Bvlgari next to it is more restrained but justifies its price with the precision and quality (yes, synthetic) of its ingredients.

It lasts over 8 hours, but unfortunately, that’s where the problem lies for me: the remaining 6 hours are terrible, with a very prominent ambroxan and a lot of Hedione that smell unpleasant to my nose, while the patchouli adds a dirty edge. Unfortunately, the Bvlgari next to it is more discreet, but it definitely justifies its price thanks to the precision and quality of its ingredients (yes, I know they’re synthetic).

  • One of the best citrus scents I’ve ever tried. It smells natural and exquisite; perfect for mornings, daily office wear, lunches, and casual night outings in the heat. It’s one of the few that withstands extreme heat—I know because I live in Punta Cana, and this just refuses to give up. A tip: spray it on clothes already worn; it lasts forever regardless of the weather. It has good longevity and moderate projection, but it’s one of those perfumes that gives you energy every time you put it on. I’ve used it as a decant and will definitely buy the bottle, though I want to try the Basso from the same Sospiro line once I run out. Fun story: I sprayed it at 10 AM, by 3:30 PM at a store everyone else smelled better, but by 5 PM back at the office I was back to being the star. At 11:17 PM while writing this, I can still smell it and everyone else has already left. 100% recommended, I see it as unisex. A masterpiece. 10/10.

  • Well, it’s time to review what many consider the king of the moment. It’s the same DNA as Tygar but with steroids. It’s incredibly rich, lasts long, projects well, and leaves a beautiful trail, smelling luxurious like a blend of ginger and grapefruit with a modern molecular base that’s the key to everything, giving it that performance. From a distance, it smells amazing; up close, you might notice a slightly synthetic edge compared to Tygar, even a bit powdery, but I don’t see it as a problem. It doesn’t leave anyone indifferent where you go; it’s easy to like and very modern. The only tricky part is finding it at a good price, but if you love perfumes that make a statement like Imagination, an Aventus from 10 years ago, or Oud for Greatness, this definitely belongs in the Olympus of the greats. If you can try it, don’t hesitate and don’t make my mistake of dismissing it based on comments calling it bad and ultra-synthetic; that’s why I was late to the party, but now I finally have it in my hands. Before, I tested several versions with Tygar and Ingenious Ginger, and there’s no competition—this is the king of that DNA.

  • I don’t know if they’re worth it or not… But it’s an incredible perfume. Rich, powerful, and long-lasting. Plus, everyone who smells it on you likes it.

Okay, I’m not sure if I had an issue with my unit. Maybe a spray malfunction, and when atomizing it didn’t generate any scent other than an unpleasant ginger; I didn’t feel any grapefruit or bergamot notes, just that unpleasant ginger. After literally an hour, I couldn’t perceive any aroma. I hope the unit I ordered was defective.

First off, I’m speaking only from my personal taste. That it’s good, gets compliments, and has beastly longevity and sillage is all true. Objectively, it’s a good perfume, I won’t deny it. And yet, I don’t like it. It’s a totally personal preference, and I don’t intend to take away from Vibrato’s merit. I’m writing to encourage people to try before buying, because we all have subjective tastes and something can be good but not to our liking. Vibrato is citrusy and a bit marine. The two most prominent notes are grapefruit, which reminds me a lot of Daisy, and ambroxan, which isn’t listed but is obvious. The other notes act like a transparent veil, perceptible at times and not others. When I used the 5ml decant, I got so many compliments that I, who usually doesn’t notice, realized it. Anyway, it seems synthetic, plastic, and grating to me. I don’t know many others of this style except Tygar, which I also didn’t like. I think my issue is the olfactory profile, not the perfume itself. The longevity is insane; I’d put it on in the morning, and more than 12 hours later, I could still smell it clearly. It also has a huge sillage, and if you overapply, you can fill entire rooms, which I don’t find pleasant. For this reason, repeating a previous user, I wouldn’t call it light. Perfect for heat, yes, but it’s heavy, very heavy. I repeat: the best thing in perfumery is to try before buying a full bottle. No one has the same taste, and that’s fine.

The hype around this perfume is totally justified. Excellent projection and longevity, with a very nice scent.

Rich perfume, very easy to use and enjoy. Smells like soapy grapefruit, very airy and not dense. Easy for daily wear, a bit pricey for what it is, but within the niche it’s easy to like. There are three very similar ones: Sospiro Vibrato, Limmensite by LV, and Bvlgari Tygar. Vibrato is a youthful version of Tygar. In LV’s case, it’s more masculine, rougher, and sets itself apart from the other two. In summary: if you’re under 30, buy Sospiro; if you’re over 30, buy Tygar. If you want the best, buy LV. For me, Limmensite is better than the others; it smells more like a men’s perfume, 100% designer, nothing weird or uncomfortable. Top 1: Limmensite, 2: Vibrato, 3: Tygar. Keep in mind that Vibrato is the most affordable of the three, so it’s totally worth it.

  • I tried the 5ml decant because with all the social media noise, it’s hard to trust reviews and buy blind anymore. It’s a very good perfume, better than Perfumazo if you’re entering the niche like me; maybe this will lead you to luxury or even millionaire status—the ingredient quality is noticeable. I recommend trying decants and drawing your own conclusions; I’m already thinking about the full bottle. You can get it at a good price here in Panama, between $130 and $150.

I bought Vibrato after trying a decant and an inspiration (Vibrant Dreams by Dua), which helped me understand the profile before committing to the full bottle. The fragrance is beautiful: it opens with a luminous citrus and an elegant floral touch. Ginger appears almost immediately, giving it a vibrant character, while the musk adds a pleasant cleanliness and the cedar provides a woody base that balances everything. Projection is good for about 3–4 hours and lasts 6–7 on the skin, with clearly superior quality. It’s definitely a gem of modern perfumery and fits in any collection.

Citrusy, but leans more towards grapefruit than lemon, which is a relief because with its quality it doesn’t smell like cleaner. Lots of quality in the scent, perfect for compliments and very versatile.
