By the 10-minute mark, the vanilla is already dominating, and it’s clear it’s at full blast. Once dry, the leather takes the lead, blending seamlessly with the rest. It works perfectly for men, but not for daily wear—save it for nights out or autumn and winter afternoons. I was blown away by the longevity; it’s insane. I wore it last night and could still smell it the next morning. Plus, people can smell it on me; the projection is on point. It’s one of the few vanilla scents I can stand that actually smells incredible.

A heavy, super-feminine bomb of iris and white flowers. Exquisite and intoxicating, with that powdery vanity touch that gives the iris its unique character—I love it. Delicate and sophisticated. The base is subtle: dark vanilla and leather that add just the right amount of mystery. It’s a work of art. Not for me, but well done.

A wonderful contemporary violet, sublime with vanilla and sweet neroli. The opening is powerful and striking. The leather is just a name; instead, there’s a very soft, subtle suede holding the scent, paired with the powdery touch of lily and oak. One of the house’s best. Decidedly feminine, though a confident, ultra-elegant man could pull it off. Medium trail and about 7 hours of longevity. Test it on your skin and don’t shower afterward.

Let me clarify: I don’t think this truly captures her personality. While there is a suede-like leather and a lush, slightly green vanilla, they aren’t the stars; they just provide depth. The real showstoppers are the flowers. The first impression is overwhelming and intense, hugging you until you can feel your bones creaking, before it mellows out. It starts with a striking violet paired with pink pepper, then gradually, jasmine, orange blossoms, neroli, and an impressive lily emerge, all propelled by a creamy vanilla that pushes them into the spotlight. Later, notes of iris and velvety suede appear, finishing with delicious wood shavings and a comforting benzoin. Vanille Leather has the soul of a dusted classic that fits right in with modern times without losing its style. It’s elegance, distinction, and maturity. It’s powerful at first, but projection drops quickly, settling into a moderate, skin-hugging softness. That said, it lasts for hours. Once dry, what remains tattooed on the skin is creamy lilies with a lovely, natural vanilla over soft suede and bits of wood. Best for special and evening occasions, maybe year-round. If you’re a lover of classic florals, this is for you.
