My first Trussardi fragrance and it pleasantly surprised me. The scent is intoxicating: it opens with lemon and geranium, gradually giving way to a medium-dry, slightly synthetic oud that’s nonetheless exquisite. Over time, that sweet, smoky amber becomes more apparent. It lasted nearly all day; I applied just four sprays in the morning, and while I sometimes couldn’t detect it, when I went for a night run, the amber and semi-smoky notes returned. Highly recommended.
First time trying one of Trussardi’s Italian scents, and it caught me off guard. It hits hard, opening with lemon and geranium before evolving into a dry, slightly synthetic oud that somehow becomes addictive. By the hour, that sweet, smoky amber really shines. It lasted almost the entire day—I only sprayed it four times in the morning, and even though I couldn’t always smell it, when I went for a night run, the amber and smoke notes were still lingering. Highly recommended.
Luxurious and charming perfume, similar to Ferrari Essence Oud but less intense—perfect if the red version overwhelms you. Both share a similar opening, though Ferrari leans into a resinous oud with powerful florals, while Trussardi offers a denser, leathier profile. Amber Oud is a delight, well-crafted: incense-leather floating in a cloud of soft Western oud, rounded off with a chocolatey touch. Elegant, smoky, noble, and minimally sweet. At first, you catch the oud surrounded by flowers and spices—a dark, sweet welcome that reminded me of geranium. The oud, the heart of the fragrance, remains present in the background with smoky, sweet balsamic resins. Important note: it doesn’t smell medicinal like many commercial scents; instead, it’s rich and chocolatey, ideal for cold weather and in light doses for fresh spring days. Maybe not for the office, but perfect for intimate evening gatherings. Intense projection at the start and comforting longevity, far exceeding the norm. With a competitive price, it’s everything you need to make it your signature fine fragrance.
