Dear The Majestic Vetiver by Alexandre J, no beating around the bush: I LOVE YOU. Soon, you’ll be ‘our’ perfume for our anniversary. The first hour is a fresh, citrusy explosion of vetiver, but then it settles and transforms into a warm wood—that wonderful oud I only saw in Dior Homme, now right in your heart. After three hours on my skin, you radiate a scent I want to stay with me through the cold months. You remind me of Dior Homme, though you’re much more wearable for women thanks to your unisex character. You’re dashing, exquisite, luxurious—a dry chypre of scandal sleeping in a gorgeous bottle. I don’t know how long you’ll last, but I’ll enjoy every minute we’re together. We’ll be together in a couple of weeks.
