  • Jumillavino

Very good fragrance. I perceive quality amber with a cinnamon base. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money.

  • If you like Chanel’s Egoïste, here’s something very similar, if not even more versatile; the citrus notes accompany it in the heart, adding more brightness to a fragrance as dark as Egoïste.

  • Tramonte is sweet and ambered with a fresh, citrusy, sparkling opening that refreshes the transition into the sweet, ambered base with a smoky incense touch. It’s not cloyingly sweet or headache-inducing vanilla, but balanced and delicate, effortlessly transporting you to southern Italy. Performance is very good (8/10 hours) and projection is solid, especially during the first two hours. I recommend it to everyone; I see it as unisex, though it leans masculine. As always, test niche perfumes on your skin before buying and don’t trust dry-down notes on paper.

  • Ojos Claros

Smells like amber and wood, very similar to Grand Soir by Frederic Malle or Interlude by Amouage. It’s from the Murcia-based house Botanicae, and they use top-quality raw materials.

  • Ojos Claros

Woody amber, close to Fouché’s Grand Soir or Amouage’s Interlude. From the Murcian house Botanicae, with high-quality raw materials.

  • Maybe I don’t have the same olfactory sensitivity as others to notice all the notes… Botanicae’s DNA just doesn’t convince me… same as Matin à Mogador, which seems like pure art to me… this one feels dispensable. In this and other scents from the brand, I notice that powdery vibe I hate, and it just doesn’t convince me… it’s my taste, I suppose… but I don’t see the hype around Tramonte… it smells like things I’ve heard many times before. It seems they value it too much for that powdery base that gives longevity, but it doesn’t seem beautiful to me. I’d prefer En Route a thousand times over, even if it’s Adventus-style… that freshly cut grass scent is amazing… those with powdery bases, ew, nothing… in Highlands, the powder bothers me less and it’s well-integrated… in the rest where it’s prominent, like Chan Chan, they seem dated and overused… I like Matin, Mogador, En Route, Highlands, Stereo… the ones that step out of that powdery feeling are different… for now, I only have Mogador in 100ml, the rest in a discovery kit. It’s all about taste; Mogador might not suit you because of the cumin or whatever… but the originality and magic it has for my nose is on another level, plus it lasts and projects more… maybe Onda has a particular soapy scent when it dries, but it’s rich and clean… of the perfumes, maybe that fresh grass from En Route… or that Highland that captures that wild coldness and hay grass so incredibly well… a masterpiece. Anyway, as everything is about taste and brands add filler to appeal to a range of customers… you can tell the difference between unique works and rehashed or typical stuff.

  • Today was my first time, and I was surprised by the performance. Several colleagues said it smelled amazing, which is rare for me 😂. It indicates good projection, though I thought it would be more subtle; I guess it’s just olfactory fatigue. It opens with citrus and quickly transitions to incense, which is sweetened by amber, spices, and a soft vanilla touch.

  • Smells similar to Reckling’s Ich Habe eine Ganse Dorf, but softer and with less of that freshly shaved beard vibe. Curious and clean.

Sometimes a perfume reveals who you truly are. Botanicae’s Tramonte was exactly that. I went to buy something else, but while browsing, an intense amber bottle caught my eye. I tried it, and everything changed: my heart rate sped up. Warm, enveloping, exciting. It reminded me of Comme des Garçons Floriental, like a reunion with something lost. My partner loved it; we looked at each other and bought it, forgetting what I originally intended to purchase. It’s well-constructed: an amber base that’s warm, resinous, with vanilla and creamy reddish sandalwood. On top, there’s a soft, dark incense and nutmeg that balances the density with elegant spice. Cedar and yuzu add freshness without breaking the harmony. The result is sensual, balanced, almost therapeutic. The evolution is clear: it starts bright and settles into a warm, reddish trail. Lasts 8 hours with controlled projection. Tip: don’t overapply, max 5 sprays. I wear it in mild climates, for date nights or dates, to smell attractive without trying too hard. It’s the kind others come closer to, not the kind that invades. Highly recommended, a gem for amber lovers. Botanicae makes you want to explore more: quality, coherence, and care at a great price.

  • I’m obsessed. This is pure art that deserves more attention. Right out of the bottle, those sharp citrus notes balance beautifully with nutmeg. After 10 minutes, the incense takes over and reminds me of Versace Dylan Blue—not because it copies it, but because of that same incense DNA with a well-crafted amber and vanilla base that’s sweet without being cloying, just there to balance things out. It’s super versatile, perfect for anything from casual to semi-formal. It’s an Italian scent, easy to enjoy. Lasts 8-9 hours on skin; the projection isn’t beastly, but the first 3 hours are top-tier, then it settles into a pleasant personal bubble (you’ll notice it’s less than a meter away). Botanicae is niche with incredible value and top-notch quality. Scent 9/10, Longevity 9/10, Projection 7.5/10
