This is amazing, please! I tested a spray on my hand and it smelled delicious. The opening is bitter citrus, not juicy; it feels like citrus peels, even reminding me of kumquat. I get the ‘green note’ mentioned in the description—petit grain or orange leaf. As it dries, an exquisite vanilla emerges, not cloying, with that ever-present ginger that reminds me of Ingenius Ginger or Ani, but with lower sweetness. If I’m being picky (though we’re already being exquisite, haha), it could use a bit more blending between the components; it feels like I sprayed two or three different perfumes at the same spot. Without diminishing the creators’ work, making a well-rounded and balanced product is complicated; perhaps with time they can reach Diptyque or L’Artisan levels. All in all, an exquisite perfume worth considering.
What a delightful perfume. The quality of the ingredients, the Polynesian evocation of Gauguin’s journey, the warmth of the dry down, the exotic citrus, the balance of musk and vanilla. It lingers for hours, accompanying without being intrusive—omnipresent yet elegant. Luxury at an affordable price, unisex, masculine, and evoking serenity and maturity. A lavish simplicity and perfect balance. Sweet dry down on skin without losing the spicy or citrus touch. I’d recommend testing before buying, but for me, it’s an emphatic yes.

Very puzzled by this scent. I’d heard it was a beast in projection and longevity, but it projects nothing for me and the sillage is almost intimate. It lasts about 6 hours, but always stuck to the skin; I don’t understand this performance in an elixir. I’ll let it macerate to see if it intensifies. The citrus opening is spectacular, but the transition feels off, and the dry down smells like luxurious powdery vanilla. Still, it doesn’t justify the 150-euro price tag. Out of all the Botanicae scents I’ve tried, none surpass Meraki; that one is truly a beast.
I’m quite confused by this scent. I heard it was a beast in projection and longevity, but it projects nothing for me and the sillage is almost intimate. It lasts about 6 hours, but always stays right on the skin; I don’t understand this performance in an elixir. I’ll let it macerate to see if it intensifies. Not much more to add; everyone has already said it. It has a great citrus opening, more zest than juice, but delicious. The rest of the trail comes on a bit abruptly and lacks roundness. Noa Noa isn’t groundbreaking or innovative, but it’s very pleasant. My opinion comes from two sprays in spring and summer. The downside is that, like other Botanicae elixirs (except Taro and Ebony), the longevity is short: just 6 hours on skin. For this price, there are better options, which discourages me from buying it. Maybe in the future they’ll make an absolute version. As always, don’t judge solely by the rating; test it on your skin: your body is the best validator.
Never heard of this brand until I attended a perfume event where those minimalist bottles caught my eye. I started testing the wood-cap collection and ended up here, with this one stealing my heart: it’s elegant and incredibly aromatic. I haven’t bought it yet because I fell even harder for Flower Café, which is now my signature scent, so I added it to my wishlist.
