Supremacy Silver by Afnan is a woody musky floral fragrance for men. Launched in 2013, this composition was created by perfumer Imran Fazlani. The olfactory pyramid unfolds with top notes of pineapple, blackcurrant, bergamot, and apple; a heart of birch, patchouli, Moroccan jasmine, and rose; and a base revealing musk, oakmoss, ambergris, and vanilla.

  • Exquisite, it surpasses Aventus and lasts longer. It opens fresh, moves into fruity and woody notes. Highly recommended.

  • Exquisite. It goes beyond Aventus with better longevity. Fresh opening evolving into fruity and woody tones. Highly recommended.

  • Great value perfume, but it leaves a bitter aftertaste in my mouth; I feel it could have gone further. I don’t know much about Aventus batches; I only tried one that seemed better because it was more stable over time, though it’s been years and many say it lost its smokiness. With this Afnan, the opening is excellent, though I’d like more acidity; the pineapple is a bit sweet, but the birch (very cool) adds formality. You can smell pineapple, some apple, and blackcurrant. The problem is that the birch and pineapple fade quickly, leaving a dry-down that isn’t bad but could be better or transition more gradually, not so abruptly. That dry-down smells like a cheap recreation of ambergris (ambroxan) with a hint of moss and musk, staying sweet due to the pineapple. I’ve heard Aventus compared to Sauvage; after testing this copy, I understand the comparison. In Sauvage, I notice a pineapple I associate with Nightflight and that ambroxan or amberwood, but Sauvage seems more unpleasant and synthetic to me. I’m definitely sticking with this Afnan. It lasts well and is noticeable for the first few hours, but with so many sweet ambroxan dry-downs nowadays, it would have been a win if the opening had lasted longer.

  • It’s a good fragrance with an unbeatable quality-to-price ratio, but it leaves me with a slightly bitter taste because I feel it could have gone further. To be clear, I don’t know about the Aventus lottery batches; I only know one batch, and it seemed better to me simply because it stayed more stable throughout the hours. That batch is a few years old now, so I don’t know how it is today; many say it lost much of its smokiness. Regarding this Afnan, the opening is great; perhaps I’d like it a bit more acidic. The pineapple is a bit too sweet, but the birch note (which is lovely) counteracts it, giving a more formal and serious vibe. It’s not just pineapple you smell; there’s also some apple and blackcurrant. The problem is the birch and pineapple fade, leaving a dry down that I must admit isn’t bad, but obviously could be better or at least change more gradually, not so abruptly. That dry down seems heavily loaded with a cheap recreation of ambergris (ambroxan), a hint of moss and musk, staying slightly sweet, perhaps due to the pineapple. I’ve read people comparing Aventus to Sauvage; since I don’t know the new Aventus batches (which might not change much and could be more myth than reality), I can understand that comparison now. In fact, in Sauvage I catch a pineapple note I associate with Nightflight, and that ambroxan (or as they say these days, amberwood). But honestly, Sauvage seems more unpleasant and synthetic to me. I’d stick with this Afnan, not just because of the price. It lasts well, and the first few hours are more than enough, but as I said, given how common these sweet ambroxan dry downs have become… it would have been a great point if that opening scent had lasted longer.

  • pedjalazaro

I like it. It starts fruity with pineapple and blackcurrant, balanced by the smoky tone of the birch, with a slightly musky dry-down. It’s a smoky fruity scent very similar to Aventus, with good performance, a bit synthetic, but with excellent value for money. It’s versatile: suitable for spring, summer, and autumn, both day and night. Longevity is long-lasting and the sillage is moderate.

  • pedjalazaro

I like it. Starts with a fruity blend of pineapple and blackcurrant, balanced by the smoky tone of birch, ending with a slightly musky finish. It’s a smoky fruity scent, very similar to Aventus, with good performance, a bit synthetic, but excellent value for money. Versatile. Great for spring, summer, and fall. Suitable for day and night. Long-lasting longevity. Moderate sillage.

  • Excellent opening; I liked it more than the actual Aventus, but the longevity isn’t great. It projects well for the first hour, but after that, it fades considerably. I’m not regretting the purchase, but I won’t buy it again.

  • From my perspective, it’s perfect. Better than Club de Nuit and other Aventus clones. It lasts a long time but is very subtle and synthetic. It’s worth trying given the price.

  • Yes, it’s another Aventus-like perfume, but this Afnan lacks that unpleasant lemon note found in Armaf Club de Nuit Intense. This one is better, IMO, by far.

  • It reminds me a lot of Zara Vibrant Leather but less fresh and more smoky. It’s not a beast in terms of longevity, but it performs better than Zara. What I don’t like about this fragrance is its dry down.

I’ve been hunting for Aventus clones for years, and finally got my hands on this Afnan once my finances allowed. Every clone has its own signature, but the original Aventus isn’t worth it anymore; this Afnan and Zara are the most faithful in scent and longevity. For the price, you can buy yourself a new bottle endlessly. My cost-performance ranking of clones: 1. Club de Nuit Intense (smoky citrus), 2. Afnan Supremy Silver (smoky fruity citrus), 3. Zara Vibrant Leather (lightly smoky fruity), 4. Montblanc Explorer (ambery woody citrus), 5. Club de Nuit Parfum (intense smoky citrus). The definitive ranking is: 1. Hacivat by Nishane, 2. Creed Aventus, 3. Club de Nuit Intense, 4. Afnan Silver, 5. Cedrat Boise Creed 2022. The last one smells good but resembles Zara and Afnan too much; earlier batches of Club de Nuit were closer to Creed, while Hacivat adds a distinct mossy touch with brutal longevity. In short: the Afnan has the Creed/Zara opening, then by 30 minutes it’s Club de Nuit. If you like Club de Nuit but hate its loud opening, this is for you. Longevity and projection are a bit lower than CDNI.

In my relentless and stubborn search for Aventus clones, I finally landed on this Afnan. I’ve wanted it for a while, but only now that my finances have stabilized could I afford it and others. It’s incredible how each clone has its own touch without deviating from Aventus; the more clones I try, the more convinced I become that Aventus sadly isn’t worth it anymore. This Afnan, along with Zara, is the closest to Aventus in both scent and performance. For the price, you can go crazy. In my top list of clones based on cost-benefit: 1. Club de Nuit Intense (smoky citrus), 2. Afnan Supremacy Silver (smoky fruity citrus), 3. Zara Vibrant Leather (lightly smoky fruity), 4. Montblanc Explorer (ambery woody citrus), 5. Club de Nuit Parfum (intense smoky citrus). And my definitive top 5: 1. Hacivat by Nishane, 2. Creed Aventus, 3. Club de Nuit Intense, 4. Afnan Silver, 5. Cedrat Boise. Creed 2022 is good, but it’s so similar to Zara and Afnan that even Club de Nuit is closer to Creed’s earlier batches, while Hacivat adds a distinct mossy touch with insane longevity. In short, this Afnan has the Creed/Zara opening; at 30 minutes, it becomes Club de Nuit. If you like Club de Nuit but hate its loud opening, this is for you. Longevity and projection are just slightly lower than CDNI.

  • For me, one of the best Aventus clones with much better longevity than Creed’s current version. I find it much more pleasant than its older sibling ‘Not Only Intense’ (though that one lasts longer and, in my opinion, is distinct). I recommend it wholeheartedly; the quality-to-price ratio is unbeatable.

  • Theangel2002

I bought it and it is definitely Creed Aventus. I’ll test it properly for Father’s Day as it should; I only sprayed 3 times on my left hand. I’ll do a full review after trying it over the next few days. Greetings!

Friends, this is indeed the Aventus clone, the Silver, not the Supremacy Not Only Intense (what an idiotic name, God) which has created huge confusion among the global Aventus tribe. For life ignoramuses like me, this Supremacy Silver doesn’t copy (much or at all) Aventus, but rather Nishane Hacivat or Mancera Cedrat Buasé. You’re kidding me, because according to the so-called olfactory professors who dominate the internet subculture today, all apprentices of Mr. Maestro Morillas, Dominic Ropion, and Jean Claude Ellena, the Not Only Intense ‘is more about soft citrus, delicate jasmine flowers, fine and elegant, and a tamer wood than Aventus, dominated by smoky pineapple, blackcurrant, birch wood, and musk’, hurray, hurray hurray, as the sacred modern perfumery Quran dictates. Problem: this Supremacy Silver of mine lasts less on skin than a Calippo in the middle of the Sahara desert. Look at the haters of Club de Nuit Intense Man: ‘what if its opening is horrible, what if it smells like floor cleaner, what if the bottle is too loud, what if it’s been reformulated 20 times to sell flankers’. Club de Nuit Intense Man is, was, and will be a powerhouse of a perfume that lasts longer than a Duracell battery. This one, however, as a Creed clone-inspiration, barely lasts on my skin. It reminds me of a famous Zara perfume I don’t want to name. I’ll go buy Sculpture by Nikos in an onanistic way, 16 euros, 100ml, in honor of Mr. Creed, Mr. Nishane, Mr. Mancera, and Mr. Mussa. Salut i força al canut.

What a perfume, YES it is an Aventus clone, same ingredients and worked in the same way, obviously when you smell it you notice the ingredients aren’t of Aventus quality, but here the longevity and projection are better than current Aventus, it’s a perfume that impacts, you and those around you, good for everything, I used it in autumn and winter, now I’ll see if it performs well when spring and summer arrive in Chile. The truth is, for anyone who likes Aventus clones or inspirations, this is a must-have. I recommend it blindly and buy it 100%.

  • I bought it and have been using it. To be honest, having tried almost all the ‘cloventus’ except ‘Not Only Intense’, I expected more. The opening is a bit confusing, disordered, and all ‘off’. Maybe a bit dirty, mossy, and earthy. You have to wait about half an hour for it to settle and the magic begins. Yes, after that half hour it starts to feel more present, and after about an hour when the dry down begins, it’s a beautiful aroma. I wish the opening was more like the dry down, but it’s not. The same happened with CDNI; the opening is aggressive and disordered, then it settles. Perfumes that require an hour to enjoy don’t work for me. If it weren’t for that, I’d give it a 10. Scent: 8/10 Longevity: 7/10 Projection: 5/10 Sillage: 5/10 Value: 9/10 Blind Buy: 6/10 Season: Warm weather and late spring.

An Aventus clone with a fairly fresh, clear, and bright opening. As it progresses, it gets darker and resembles Aventus more. Yes, I liked it. It didn’t drive me crazy either.

  • This is my first review. People talk about it in rapturous terms, but I didn’t have high expectations and was still pleasantly surprised. The opening is loud, a blend I can’t quite identify; I don’t smell apple, pineapple, or blackcurrant, but rather bergamot reminiscent of mandarins. In the evolution, it keeps that strong citrus with a metallic touch, and in the dry-down, that aroma dominates alongside leather and wood. I didn’t like it because it’s not my style and it smells very synthetic. If you want to turn heads, it works, but others will be confused. Don’t expect people to say ‘you smell rich,’ but rather ‘what perfume are you wearing?’ DO NOT BUY BLINDLY. Rating: 6/10.

  • This is my first review, and I want to share my impressions for those considering buying this perfume. People have told me nothing but wonderful things, yet I didn’t have high expectations and was still surprised. The opening is scandalous, a mix of scents I can’t quite identify. I don’t feel notes of apple, pineapple, or blackberry, but rather bergamot, a citrus that reminds me of tangerines. In its development, it keeps that strong citrus mixed with a metallic touch, and in its dry down, that ‘aroma’ is very noticeable along with the leather and wood. I didn’t like it at all because it’s not my style, and I feel it’s a very synthetic scent. If you want to turn heads, it’s good, but others will be ‘strange’ about the perfume you’re wearing. Don’t expect comments like ‘you smell so rich’ unless you ask ‘what perfume are you wearing?’ due to the weird and loud scent. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING BLIND. My rating is 6/10.

  • Similar to Aventus? Yes, in certain nuances. If you don’t know it, it’s very close to CDNI Intense or Montblanc Explorer. But this perfume smells more like ash than the typical smoke, which keeps me from buying it again. I’m sticking with CDNI Intense Man.

ORIGINAL DNA of Creed Aventus! After trying several alternatives and reading many reviews, I conclude that Supremacy Silver is exactly 95% of the 2010 Aventus. It has very good sillage and longevity, over 8 hours on clothes and skin, though you have to be generous with sprays, about 15 to be exact, but you don’t need to replicate that much. The scent causes olfactory fatigue, but others perceive it very well and pleasantly. I don’t think I’ll be looking for more alternatives; this will be my Aventus alternative while it keeps being made, as it’s more oriented toward fruity notes compared to Not Only, which has that dark, smoky part. If you love Aventus and want this to be your signature scent, I recommend Silver for daily daytime wear and Not Only for nights and outings. I understand that 100ml for less than $30 is crazy; in the English fragrance world, one of the top reviewers said that the day he runs out of his $300 Aventus bottle, he’ll likely buy Supremacy Silver to save $270!

  • I just compared it to Aventus and concluded it’s a complete Zara Vibrant Leather, meaning a Zara with the notes it lacked to give Aventus its weight. It’s identical to Aventus but with three differences: 1. It has a slightly brighter bergamot (if Aventus is 10 in citrus, Supremacy is 11), but it doesn’t bother like the new reformulations of Vibrant Leather. 2. Instead of the spicy smoke, it has wood that gives the same sensation without the itch. 3. An alcoholic opening that fades in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, it becomes more smoky or gives that impression, getting closer to Aventus (if Aventus is 10 in smoke, Supremacy is 7-8). If you like Aventus and Zara, it’s perfect because it has no weird notes; it’s a well-made clone. Edit: After months of use, I add that although the opening is explosive, it gives the impression of lasting longer, but it’s not true. That base left on clothes isn’t very noticeable. It lasts decently but doesn’t reach Aventus’ longevity, probably because it’s more citrusy and lacks smoke (it has wood that resembles smoke). Anyway, for the price, it’s a great buy.

  • As a friend said, it’s a complete Vibrant Leather; ZVL was missing the Aventus notes, and here they are. It’s more potent and evolves, adding wood and a soft smoky touch at 45 minutes. It’s a mix between ZVL and Loewe Esencia EDP. Supremacy Silver ends that ‘vaporous’ sensation of ZVL that offers little longevity and projection. You no longer need to spray ZVL 10 times like a freshener to make it last 3-4 hours. With 6 sprays of Silver, you last 6 hours—more solid results than Zara’s flagship. I like it more than Supremacy Not Only Intense, which is very sweet and incense-like from the start. Silver is citrusy, fruity, woody, and smoky, with acceptable longevity and better projection than ZVL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The search for the ideal Aventus clone is over. EUREKA! If you want something similar to Aventus at a good price, this is the best I’ve smelled (better than ZVL, L’Aventure, Club de Nuit, and even Not Only Intense). If you’re looking for something that improves on Aventus, go for Loewe Esencia EDP. Of the Arab perfumes I’ve tried, this is the most successful at cloning great creations. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED. It doesn’t matter that promoting its consumption raises prices and goes against my interest; it’s worth it, we’re here to share.

  • don chusmi

I bought this based on reviews comparing it to Zara Vibrant Leather but with better longevity. The opening is brutal, rich, and very ZVL, but it fades away after 5-10 minutes. The smoky note isn’t like Aventus or CDNI; it smells more like a campfire than leather, and I don’t feel that. I’ve thought about selling it several times and still have it. What a pity that such a rich opening doesn’t last the whole fragrance.

  • Cocometal: That’s very personal. I don’t like CDNI at all; its opening is less clear to me and smells like bad syrup; and I love this one. Grab decants of both before buying and compare them at the same time, one on each arm.

  • _joceleste

This is the best of the Supremacy versions by Afnan. An enveloping, long-lasting, citrusy, and fresh fragrance that leaves you smelling clean. An absolute delicacy. For the price/quality ratio, it’s insane.

  • _joceleste

This is it, this is the one. For anyone wondering which Supremacy version by Afnan is the best, SUPREMACY SILVER is the one. Enveloping, long-lasting, citrusy, and fresh fragrance that makes you smell clean and hygienic. A masterpiece. The price-to-quality ratio is insane…

  • I tried it in-store and it was a disappointment for me. I’d say it’s practically the same as Vibrant Leather but with a worse opening (more sharp and unpleasant) and then a slightly sweeter dry-down. As for longevity and projection, I can’t say much, but I felt it was much weaker and softer than I imagined from the reviews… For me, it’s not a good buy.

  • Good similarity to Creed Aventus. Very versatile, suitable for any season and occasion. It seems AFNAN took a bit of Zara Vibrant Leather, Montblanc Explorer, L’Aventure, Mercedes Benz Select, and CDNI to balance the Aventus DNA and create this gem. The opening is spectacular, well-packed, fruity, with a hint of green apple… a clean opening. After an hour comes that smoky dry-down, not strong, which keeps that pineapple and apple latent. A bit earthy and mossy when right on the skin. An excellent alternative. The trail is about 2 hours, projection lasts around 6 hours, and on the skin it can last 8 or 9 depending on the person. I’d give it a 9/10.

  • Richard$22

Better than ZVL, but still weak (on me). Great sillage, apply on clothes, perfect for intense heat.

  • I think it’s a very rich fragrance, but I feel its projection is weak. A strong point is that it evolves and becomes richer. I’m looking for CDN alternatives, but despite its good initial scent, I don’t think I’ll buy it again. I don’t feel it projects much; it’s more personal, and I don’t think anyone will smell it unless they’re very close. It’s fine for the office or school, or enclosed spaces where you don’t want to bother anyone.

  • Perfume en proceso

There’s nothing more to say compared to another Explorer or CDN Intense, but personally, it doesn’t smell like wet earth and moss like the other Aventus dupes that give me that characteristic scent. Buying it pushed me out of my comfort zone, but I have no regrets because I finally stepped into this ‘place’ I never wanted to enter. If you like it, buy it. It’s delicious, and a coworker said: ‘I didn’t like this smell at all, but the more I smelled it, the more addictive it became.’ That’s a huge plus. I agree with some comments on longevity: if it’s a bit disappointing, I’ll let it sit for a month to see if it develops other nuances and gains longevity. LONGEVITY 7.5/10 PROJECTION 8.5/10 SCENT 9/10

  • carloslopezz

After months of wearing both, my take: it smells BETTER than CdN but WORSE than CdN. From there, it’s up to you to decide. It’s much closer to Aventus than CdN, significantly smokier (especially after months of maceration), and saves you from the CdN’s initial air-freshener vibe. Bottom line: buy either one; you won’t go wrong.

  • I don’t see it matching Creed Aventus or CDN Intense; those two are much closer, especially in the dry-down. Supremacy Silver smells better at first—you catch the pineapple and wood immediately—but after 10 minutes, it turns into a boring scent with no projection. It lingers on the skin quietly for about 4-5 hours, but it’s just average. CDN Intense remains the best dupe.
