This bears very little resemblance to Pacific Chill; the LV one stays almost the same and is super pleasant, but this one is super cloying and has that stench of Arab perfumes that I hate so much. I don’t know when to use this perfume, it’s super bad.

I agree with several people here: just because a fragrance is fresh, long-lasting, and projects well doesn’t mean it smells good. The opening is designed to hook the buyer, nothing that enchants or suggests something novel. It’s not memorable, nor is it the kind of scent you’ll be remembered for in 20 years. If you have more than 10 perfumes, this will go to the bottom of the drawer. The problem is the dry-down: after 45 minutes, there’s very little left of that sparkling citrus opening. Losing that is its death sentence. It smells plastic, medicinal, synthetic—something typical of Arab fragrances that kills naturalness. Even if it’s fresh and long-lasting, it doesn’t smell good. It becomes suffocating after a while, and some of us even find it repulsive, like the feeling mosquitoes get from repellent. I ended up washing it off with soap and water. I reached a point where I hated it. If you want to smell like a doll’s plastic, this is yours. If you hate being asked what your perfume is called, this is yours. But mine won’t be.

Another typical gym scent, like almost all LV and their dupes… Fresh, clean, and citrusy. Is it bad? No, but I prefer others. It lasts well, but the trail isn’t so great.

I’ll be clear and honest: it’s not a blind buy, and second, it doesn’t smell anything good; it’s the most hyped fragrance by reviewers, they get paid by the brands, it’s pure advertising. It’s a bitter citrus bomb, forget the fruits or sweetness… it’s citrus, bitter, dry. Does it last? Yes, a lot. Does it project? Yes. But I don’t care, if it doesn’t smell good, so what? Uses? At most for going to the beach during summer days, never for a special occasion or date; this scent isn’t attractive. It’s my opinion, tastes vary.

Don’t overthink it… the opening is spectacular, a refreshing and bubbly vibe like a grapefruit and lemon soda with sweet blood orange and a hint of mint. You get a bit of spicy ginger and durian for the first 10 minutes, then it disappears. The base is very light on wood, at the bottom, and suddenly a green leaf emerges. Sometimes it’s masculine, sometimes unisex, but it never crosses into feminine territory. For me, it’s a great inspiration for Light Blue Forever, better than Daring Blue. Definitely for warm weather, hot nights, or the beach.

With samples of Torino 21, Pacific Chill, and Rare Reef, I see this as a middle link—more citrusy and closer to Torino 21. It has too much citrus and lacks fruit to approach Pacific Chill. However, it’s delicious and high quality. If you like that citrus/herbal DNA, it’s a safe blind buy. Worth every euro.

It smells like that, and if you don’t like Megamare, forget it. The opening lasts a short time; the citrus is gone in under five minutes. It doesn’t have much trail, but you notice it occasionally. Longevity is the best part (if you like Megamare). The extract dry-down stays with you all day. For me, it was a disappointment due to the dry-down and because I was looking for something like Pacific Chill. If you like something metallic with sea touches, it’s good and long-lasting. But if you’re looking for a Pacific Chill dupe, forget it.

The performance is solid: between 7 and 9 hours of longevity, moderate to intense trail, and good initial projection (thanks to its Extrait de Parfum concentration). The best part is getting this quality at a very affordable price: you don’t need to spend a fortune to smell this good.
