They gave me some vials of this perfume when I bought the Pleasures, and I loved it. Time passed, and as usually happens with my favorites, it’s no longer sold; it’s discontinued. But its scent is tropical, summery, paradisiacal, and exquisite. I really hope they bring it back.
I received it as a gift and used it more than the ‘Exotic 2007’ edition, although my mom kept stealing it from me. It’s warmer, comforting, floral, and natural—very feminine with a romantic vibe, like a ‘summer love’. Perfect for recreating warm sensations when it rains or gets cold. The base notes and flowers like peony and hibiscus give it a different, more wearable touch, suitable for more than just going outdoors. In short, it’s better than the 2007 version, but it didn’t particularly win my heart, and I wouldn’t buy it again.
This is one of my favorites: fruity, fresh, and tender. I love it more than any other in the Pleasures line, but it’s such a shame they don’t sell it anymore.
