Perfect Elixir was my daily wear for a long time; I still have it, but I switched to Daisy Wild and Absolute. It’s a jack of all trades… master of none. Safe, nothing risky, long-lasting, and smells good. The opening is interesting (maybe intense) and the dry down is neutral, durable but not extravagant. It’s very pretty, but not spectacular enough to make an impact. Not controversial or intense; it offers a pleasant experience to everyone, but nobody gets obsessed. Now I wear it to sleep, as the last sensory pleasure of the day without distractions.

Perfect Elixir was my daily driver for years; I still own and use it, but I’ve switched to Daisy Wild and Absolute. It’s the kind of perfume that does everything without standing out: safe, risk-free, with good longevity and an interesting (maybe slightly strong) opening that leaves a neutral, lasting base—nothing jarring. It smells great, but it’s not spectacular if you’re looking for impact. It’s not controversial or intense; it offers a pleasant experience for everyone, but no one gets obsessed with it. Now I wear it to bed, as the last sensory pleasure of the day without distractions.

  3. The super fruity and fresh opening of this perfume was spectacular. Over time, it became sweeter, fitting right in with the other flankers. After about three hours, I sense a similarity in warmth and slight sweetness with Coffee Break; they don’t share exact notes, but they have a very similar olfactory profile.

  4. What a rich perfume. I’ve always found the ‘Perfect’ line to be meh, but this one is very particular. You can detect honey, a spicy touch, without losing its feminine air. If I’d had the money, it would have been an instant buy.

This is a gem. I went for a Gucci orchidee and tried this Perfect Elixir instead. At first, a weird, slightly synthetic scent that made me sniff it over and over. Then, a masterpiece: sweet, resinous, and ambered, a delight that lasts on skin even after a shower. Those who say they smell the same don’t know. I own almost 70 perfumes, and this one is unique. Who smells like this under their arm? I’ve never felt that aroma. I recommend testing it on skin and using original testers. There’s a lot of junk in original bottles these days that ruins the reputation of gems like this.

This is a gem. I went to the store wanting to try a Gucci orchid, and they handed me this Perfect Elixir to test alongside it. At first, it smelled weird, a bit synthetic, yet strangely made me want to sniff it over and over. After a while, it transformed into a wonderful, sweet, resinous, and amber scent that is pure bliss and lasts on the skin even after a shower. Anyone who says everyone smells the same has no idea how many perfumes share this vibe; I have almost 70 in my collection, and this was a scent I didn’t have. The next day, I ran to buy it. Now, who smells like under the arm? I’d love to know what kind of forest fairy can smell like that under the arm, because I’ve never felt that aroma there myself. I recommend testing it on skin and at a place where the tester is in good condition and original. Nowadays, there’s a lot of junk circulating in original bottles, and those who don’t know how to spot it end up ruining the reputation of precious perfumes like this.

Sorry, but it’s a disaster. At some point in its evolution (on skin or paper), it smells like underarm, goat, and rotten. Not just me noticed it; several people did too. In the end, it smells like a lot of other things… Enough with the flankers. They always do the same thing, break fragrances, or discontinue the ones that work well.

Sorry, but it’s awful… at one point in the evolution (on skin and paper), it smells like under the arm (goaty, rotten), and not just me, but several people noticed it. By the very end, it smells like something else entirely… Stop making flankers; they always do the same thing, break fragrances, or discontinue the ones that work.

The opening didn’t grab me, but after two hours, a sweet scent explodes and clings to the skin all day—I love it.

I didn’t like the opening, but after two hours, a sweet scent emerges that lingers on the skin all day. I love it.

  12. I loved it! My favorites are this one and Perfect Intense; this smells fruity with an almost imperceptible touch of talc, amber, and it’s gorgeous. Test it before buying; it’s one of the perfumes I’ve liked most recently.

  13. It starts with a pleasant fruity/floral opening that doesn’t last long. Then I notice rhubarb and patchouli. I didn’t detect the honey, and the amber with vanilla was barely there. On my skin, it stays dark, earthy, and resinous from start to finish—I didn’t like it. I’ll stick with the Intense version, which is luminous and warm.

  16. Too sweet for me. I stick with Perfect Intense, my favorite for fall. Don’t buy blind, but the trail and longevity are top-notch. I didn’t notice much patchouli.

  17. Opens boozy and cheerful with honey, plum, and orange blossom. As it dries, resin and vanilla emerge, no patchouli. Moderate trail and longevity, typical of the Perfect line. Smells good, perfect for daytime. Well-made but lacks innovation; there are better options like Gucci Guilty Intense with more facets.
