  • I don’t feel any floral notes; it’s more fruity; it smells like peeling a bitter orange all the time. I don’t detect rose or pepper, maybe a touch of vanilla, but mostly citrus with a talc finish. I tried it today in spring weather and think it’s ideal for fresh autumn or warm spring; in summer it would be too intense. I’m planning to buy another bottle soon.

I love it! It works for all seasons and for day or night. I’m very demanding and bought it based on other people’s opinions, and it hasn’t disappointed me.

  • I was gifted this and then gave it away myself. It has no citrus or floral notes at all, just smells like basic cosmetics. Plus, it fades flat over time and felt very heavy and monotonous to me. Maybe it’s a good option for someone looking for a moderate, stable scent that lasts all day.

  • They gave it to me, and I gifted it right back. Not citrusy or floral; it just smelled like a base of cosmetics to me. Also, it stays flat as the hours pass and felt very heavy and monotonous. Maybe it’s a good option for someone looking for a moderate, stable scent all day, but it’s not for me.

  • LaPetiteJuliette

I bought it blindly based on reviews and notes, and I was wrong on all counts. It’s just the same: sweet but smelling like a hair salon and cosmetics. I wouldn’t buy it again for anything in the world.

I have to talk about this wonderful fragrance. It’s not powdery in the talc sense, but rather powdery. Its opening reminded me of Lorenzo Villoresi’s Teint de Neige, and I left the pharmacy without it. It has a very distinct, unique base vanilla; the only thing similar to it is Trussardi’s My Name, but without the lilacs. It doesn’t smell like cosmetics or a hair salon to me like others say, what could they have smelled? It’s delicious and charming, a very fine and special rose. I struggle to distinguish the notes because they’re blended to create something unique and wonderful. I buy it in pairs, and sometimes it comes with a free dry oil. I’m thrilled!

Divin is divine! I discovered it through a sample gifted by Cnidaria, knew it was my style, and they were 100% right; it was a wonder. It reminded me of Flower by Kenzo but less sweet, with that powdery makeup touch (not talc) and fruity tints like banana that won me over. Unfortunately, it’s hard to find here and I gave up, but luckily Kenzo launched Flower Eau de Lumière. It’s the essence of Divin: not identical, missing that banana sweetness, but the resemblance is huge. Still, I haven’t lost hope of getting my little bottle of this divine perfume someday.

  • This perfume smells like sunscreen. It reminds me of Nuxe Prodigieux, which I already reviewed. It’s in the same line and I don’t like it either. It might be the musk or something else that smells like paraffin and turpentine to me. It’s just one part, but it gives me a headache. After two or three hours, it mellows out. It’s curious that perfumes that want to imitate the scent of a bronzer also imitate the chemicals they sometimes contain. As if we were so used to that bronzer scent that we wanted it in a perfume to evoke beach and summer. I haven’t gotten used to it and I use natural or low-chemical sunscreens. Well, I’ll stop rambling. In my opinion, it’s a slightly harsh and penetrating musk bomb with hints of citrus and rose (only if you look closely and well-musked), ultra-synthetic vanilla, not sweet, and more musk. Watch out, for me it’s not that “clean” musk from fabric softener. I have no idea where the cedar and pepper are. I read that some people talk about a resemblance to cosmetics. Yes, but mostly to a professional hair salon when they apply dye or extra-strong hairspray.

  • Smells like sunscreen, just like the Nuxe Prodigieux I reviewed before. It’s a shame because it has that musk note that smells like paraffin and turpentine to me; it’s the part that bothers me most and gives me headaches. It fades a bit after two or three hours, but it’s curious that to evoke beach and summer, they imitate the chemical scent of sunscreens so closely. I prefer natural scents and I’m not used to this. In short, it’s a harsh musk bomb with hints of citrus and rose (if you look closely), synthetic vanilla that isn’t sweet, and more musk. It’s not that clean musk from fabric softener, and I can’t detect the cedar or pepper. Others say it smells like cosmetics, but to me, it smells mostly like a professional hair salon with dye or strong hairspray.
