Miracle Forever by Lancôme is an oriental vanilla fragrance for women. Launched in 2006, this composition was created by Dominique Ropion and Olivier Polge. The top notes reveal black currant, star anise, and peony; the floral heart unfolds with almond blossom, heliotrope, mimosa, and valley lily; while the base notes settle into vanilla, patchouli, incense, amber, and Virginia cedar.

I LOVE THIS PERFUME! I don’t understand why they discontinued it. I tried it and fell in love. I couldn’t buy it at the time and it turned out to be the last bottle, leaving me wanting to have it… I hope I get it someday.

Another delicious discontinued ‘olfactory dessert,’ more elegant than ‘La Vie Est Belle’ (though with similarities). It had the best fixative on the market: vast trail and lasting scent. Sweet, infinitely sweet: blackcurrant, star anise, almond blossom, intoxicating vanilla, and amber made it warm and endearing (the blackcurrant gave it an acidic touch) and the patchouli gave it character… Wow! I hope Lancome relaunches it. Highly recommended for sweet and coquettish women.

I owned it, what a delight. If I had known they were discontinuing it, I would have used it more sparingly, but I loved it so much I used it like crazy and only have the bottle and a little scent left so I wouldn’t forget it. What a shame it’s gone.

It was my first perfume and a true tragedy that they threw it away. Potent and very night-time; on me, what I noticed most was the incense, giving it a super oriental touch.
