Exquisite, undoubtedly a perfume that makes you want to hug it or fall asleep in it. Ideal for young people because it’s very sweet for mature women.
A total disappointment: I was given a sample, and it doesn’t last on my skin at all; the scent is almost imperceptible, nothing like the original which smells rich and intense.
It’s the perfume of the forest fairies. Feminine, romantic, charming, unique, and special, with a halo of magical mystery. I usually find Lolita Lempicka scents too sweet and dark; I prefer lighter ones. But with this new version, I’m thrilled because it’s softer and more suitable for me. Finally, I’ve fallen for the charms of Lolita Lempicka. Longevity: 7/10. Sillage: 7/10.
Upon opening it, the first thing I notice is the pear—sparkling and cheerful… then citrus and sweet at the same time, a delight. It seems very feminine and makes me feel flirty.
The 30ml bottle arrived and I absolutely didn’t like it; it smells like a generic cologne, I’m even embarrassed to give it away. It’s not for me, what a pity.
Another cologne that doesn’t say anything to me.
It opens with a Nashi Pear note and reminds me a lot of the pear in Dior’s J’adore, though this one is softer; then come the flowers and an acidic touch in the dry down, sweet but not cloying, more like the sweetness of pear with musk. Quite young and cheerful; in fact, it can lift your spirits on a cloudy day. The bottle is beautiful, as are all in the line. It was a blind buy and I have no regrets.
It opens notably with Nashi Pear and reminds me a lot of the pear in J’adore by Dior, though this one is softer. Flowers followed, and a tiny acidic touch at the base, sweet but not cloying, more like the sweetness of pear with musk. Quite young and cheerful; in fact, it can lift your mood without issues on a cloudy day. The bottle is simply gorgeous like all in the line. It was a blind buy and I don’t regret it at all.
It smells like baby powder… It seems very seventies.
This time you disappointed me, Lolita. L’Eau Jolie seemed different from most of your products, especially without licorice, iris, violet, or anise, fundamental notes in your house. It does have my favorite note, the peach blossom, but the pear ruined everything, just like Black Opium or Curious. It’s quite flat and linear, you know when the top, heart, and base come out. The problem is that huge, ENORME, banana shake aftertaste. Imagine milk, two chopped bananas, and sugar in a blender: that’s L’Eau Jolie. The conformist blackcurrants, the liquefied and pear-degraded peach blossom, and the ghostly cedar and neroli. It has no development or differentiation as it dries down. Instead of being aggressive like in the ad, it’s weak, playful, and edible. It has huge potential but ended up in a rude way. It doesn’t last long and has little sillage. It’s an ideal fruity aroma for summer, although I fear it might look like a banana shake and whoever consumed it didn’t brush their teeth. At least Midnight Couture is there to redeem Lolita after this setback.
This time you missed the mark, Lolita. L’Eau Jolie feels very different from your other fragrances, especially lacking the brand’s key notes like licorice, iris, violet, or anise. While it does have my favorite note, peach blossom, the pear ruins the whole vibe. It’s flat and linear—you can tell where the top, heart, and base are—but the mistake is another: it smells literally like a banana smoothie. Imagine milk, bananas, and sugar blended together; that’s L’Eau Jolie. The bland blackcurrant and blended peach blossom don’t make up for it, while the cedar and neroli are ghosts. It doesn’t evolve; it smells the same from start to finish. For a fragrance as aggressive as the ad suggests, it’s weak, silly, and edible—a conceptual disaster. It doesn’t last long, has a weak sillage, and is ideal for summer, but I fear it’ll make it look like you ate a smoothie instead of brushing your teeth. At least Midnight Couture will step up to defend Lolita after this.
Awesome, subtle and delicate—it doesn’t steal the spotlight. A delicious blend; I’ve only tried the original Lolita L (which is no longer sold), so if anyone has one, please pass it along. If you manage to get your hands on it, you won’t regret it; it’s pure bliss.
Marvelous, subtle, soft, and delicate, with no single note fighting for first place. A delicious blend; I had only tried the Lolita L, which is no longer commercially available, if anyone has one, please let me know. In conclusion, if you can get it, you won’t regret it, it’s a delight.
I tried it at the mall the other day, and without much desire, I was blown away: I loved it. Nothing Lolita has accustomed us to, a young and pleasant fragrance, perfect for everyday life, the typical one that puts you in a good mood! And the bottle, a lovely charm for the vanity.
I don’t know why it has such bad reviews; it’s not bad, it’s decent for summer. It’s watery, green, fresh, and light, somewhat verdant and acidic. The cherry is very natural, like freshly cut, not like the Kenzo one which is creamier and sweeter. The molecules are high quality. I liked it, not a ‘wow, wonderful’ level, but it’s quite decent for humid climates. As an eau de toilette, it’s feminine and youthful. It lasts more than 5 hours on hair; it lasted 12 on me. It doesn’t have a great sillage, but you can feel if a breeze passes when it’s cold. If it’s very hot and humid, it’s gone in 2 hours. It’s one of the perfumes that have complimented me the most.
I have a story with this: I was given it by mistake at the perfumerie when I wanted the classic Lolita, which I fell in love with. I was so frustrated and left it lying around until the return date, but they told me the classic was no longer available. To avoid stress, I kept it to gift, and weeks later, out of boredom, I sprayed it again and wow, I loved it so much. It’s not like the Lolita I loved; it’s different, but delicious. I sense it as citrusy even though it isn’t, and in the mid-phase, it smells very fruity, something rare in fruity florals that are usually just floral. I searched for years for a fruity perfume in the mid-phase and found it by accident. It smells like juicy fruits; I know it has pear at the start, but apart from that, I smell jabuticaba (will it be the blackcurrant?) and a bit of starfruit, a madness of my perception, just like this perfume that ended up winning my heart. The downside is the longevity, about two hours, you have to reapply, but it doesn’t matter because I have the whole bottle. It doesn’t reach semi-formal; I’d wear it at the office; it’s simple, linear, I’d associate it with a college student wearing it to go to university. It also works for jogging with headphones, it’s cheerful, lifts the mood, fresh, and sunny. I won’t gift it anymore, it stays very close to me 🙂
What a lovely fragrance! Powdery, feminine, delicate, and slightly creamy (not milky), it lasts all day and more. The fruits dance with the flowers over that woody base where the sap shines through. It suits all ages and genders, for anyone who wants to embrace it… How that blackcurrant flies above everything else, trying to make an impression! It seems like it wants to disappear but it’s still there. The aquatic note reminds me of cucumber, but it’s the sea pear that gives way to soapy musks. Cruelty-free, spring-like (I gifted a bottle at the equinox), charming, suitable for daily wear or work because it’s inoffensive. The atomizer has a heart with an arrow, like the one Geppetto drew for Pinocchio, carved into a tree that would come to life. The golden ivy adds a magical touch, symbolizing strong energy and repelling negative influences. Neroli, jasmine (even if it’s not there), and lots of white magic as you walk through deep forests. 🕯️ 10/10.🔥
The least ‘Lolita’ of the collection: it’s a generic fruity floral that dries down to a musky finish, the typical profile you’d find on any shelf. It smells great, it’s excellent, but as the busty vixen said: ‘It’s beautiful, but brainless.’ It says nothing, lacks personality, and its performance is barely there. Of my discontinued LL scents, this would be the last one I’d save.
My favorite.
