Honestly, I don’t detect the blackcurrant or pear; if they are there, it’s to support the delicious aroma of sweet mandarin, complemented by leather and jasmine, some perfect touches of patchouli and neroli. It has resulted in a well-balanced composition, elegant, provocative, and very pleasant to wear. It awakens in me the desire to look prettier, go to the salon, wear expensive clothes with that handbag you’re dying to take out… eat delicious food… indulge in fun chats… this fragrance awakens all that worldly and pleasant appetite in me. It also gives me a lot of comfort. Over time, it becomes creamy, very rich. It’s light but you can feel it on you and on others; I suspect there could be many compliments. At times, the residual scent reminds me of the smell of new cars with leather upholstery, when you turn on the air and that scent combines with your perfume… does it smell like “new leather”? hehe. I liked it 😀
Very likely, this is the best citrus fragrance for women I’ve ever smelled. I liked it instantly, all without losing its feminine touch. It’s elegant and sophisticated, but ideal for the office or those casual encounters that every woman faces. I agree with the reviewer before me: at times it becomes creamy, not powdery (which I appreciate, because almost 99% of women’s fragrances I’ve tried always have that flaw). I’m not sure if I’m being imprecise and beg your forgiveness, but I feel it smells very typical of the 90s, am I wrong? I liked it, having a woman next to you with this fragrance applied really lifts the mood.
Shiseido, I also read about the 90s version on an English website, but it doesn’t remind me of any known perfume. Yesterday I had the pleasure of trying it thanks to Annabel Lee, and honestly, I was surprised: at first, I detect mandarin, then a touch of leather mixed with something floral like tuberose; when it dries down, it’s surprising, very warm. It was an unexpected gift and I liked it so much that I’m hoping to get it soon. To me, it conveys joy and energy, it’s not loud, it’s fresh and warm. I already saw it’s by François Demachy, I love his perfumes!
Actually, I received this as a gift, and I have to say it’s a masterpiece. It’s perfect for everyday wear or any occasion; if you like soft perfumes, this is your spot. It smells clean, freshly made, very delicious, honestly. Plus, it’s an excellent gift option that many would enjoy. I recommend it.
I bought it blindly, mostly guided by the previous Fendi I owned many years ago. While it’s nothing like its predecessor, it seems more and more wonderful to me every day. I love it. Its longevity and sillage are very, very good.
For me, Fendi Fan is one of the best women’s fragrances. It wraps you in luxury, elegance, and modernity, giving me a sense of security when I apply it. Plus, it has great longevity and the trail lasts forever. I love it, and paired with its bottle, it makes it unique.
Fendi, personally, I love it; I’ve been using it for a long time. It feels extraordinary, wrapped in glamour and elegance; it’s particularly one of my favorites for special occasions.
I bought it not very convinced, but the saleswoman recommended it to me. And honestly, she wasn’t wrong. It’s a well-feminine, delicate fragrance, not cloying at all, and it lasts several hours. Definitely I recommend it, it’s one of my favorites.
I bought it not entirely convinced, but the saleswoman recommended it to me. And honestly, she wasn’t wrong. It’s a well-feminine, delicate fragrance, nothing cloying, and it lasts several hours. Definitely recommended; it’s one of my favorites.
The leather and patchouli base give this fragrance a touch of originality. ‘Fan di Fendi’ is a light fragrance, a playful fruity floral highly recommended for all year round. Personally, I prefer the intense version because it has the peculiarity of having a very intoxicating, formidable, and indulgent vanilla note. It’s sweet but not excessive, warm, but it tends to fade easily on my skin. The trail is light.
This perfume is truly interesting. I love the juicy orange note that lingers from start to finish, delighting with its sunny freshness and lots of joy… then it blends with flowers that add a silky elegance… and finally, there’s the distinctive note of leather, which gives this fragrance its finesse and richness; it’s a true delight. It’s soft but with character, elegant and fun at the same time. Very lovely. The bottle is gorgeous, leaning towards minimalist architecture; it makes the gold of the perfume look even more refined. Very Italian style, I love it!
VERY ELEGANT, SMELLS DELICIOUS, AND LONG-LASTING. I USE IT SOMETIMES AT NIGHT. IT GIVES ME A LITTLE HEADACHE, BUT IT’S SO GOOD.
I LOVE IT! It smells amazing on my skin and lasts forever. It’s a winter or evening perfume; I wouldn’t wear it on a summer afternoon… without a doubt, it’s my signature scent.
I had the chance to travel with my grandmother, and when we arrived at the hotel, I noticed she’d forgotten my perfume. She, on the other hand, had several bottles for every occasion. After smelling them all, I chose the one I liked best: Fendi Fan. My grandmother told me to apply it with lotion to make it last longer, so I listened, though I thought it was unnecessary. We went out for dinner, and everyone complimented my scent that night; I felt so happy. But right after I finished eating, a gust of wind brought a blast of Fendi Fan right into my nose, causing me nausea and dizziness. I’ve never used it since. It’s a spectacular and elegant aroma—I can imagine it with a black sequined dress and a diamond necklace, very Tom Ford style. What a pity that the dizziness won out over the experience of wearing it.
So original and elegant, the Fendi Fan is absolutely spectacular. It feels incredibly opulent despite its simple structure; it’s a perfume with great depth. While not overly nuanced, it has immense intensity. It’s very linear, but I love it that way—I adore how the notes hang suspended because the combination is fascinating. Smells like mandarin wrapped in leather, with just a whisper of white flowers and a patchouli base. The trail and projection are impeccable. It’s very elegant and intense, so I recommend using it in moderation.
How much originality and elegance there is in Fan de Fendi, I perceive it as spectacular. It feels so opulent; although its structure is simple, it’s a perfume full of depth, without many nuances but with a lot of depth. Fan de Fendi is very linear and I like it that way; I appreciate how its notes hang suspended because their combination is fascinating. It smells like mandarin wrapped in leather, with just a slight breeze of white flowers, on a base of patchouli. Its trail and projection are impeccable. Fan de Fendi is very elegant and intense, so I recommend using it with moderation.
It reminds me of Lalique, smells delicious, it’s a pleasure to smell so good. Its price is worth it. Moderate longevity, nothing cloying. I recommend it to women looking for an elegant and distinguished perfume.
Distinguished and elegant. A non-intrusive scent with just the right presence. I use it sparingly: at the office, meetings, outings, or romantic dinners where you don’t want to stand out too much. It smells of elegance, quality, and exclusivity. Moderate sillage, nothing cloying. On my skin, it opens spicy and peppery; the heart has woods and a shy leather; the dry down blends the woods with skin pH, leaving a soft scent with unusual reminders of school wooden pencils. Could be unisex or ‘plurisex’ for those over 25. Not for a teenager.
This fragrance is distinguished and elegant. A non-intrusive aroma with presence, but just the right amount. I own it and use it only on rare occasions. It could be worn at the office, a business meeting, for an outing, or a romantic dinner, in occasions where you don’t need to stand out too much. It smells of elegance, good quality, and exclusivity. It’s a perfume with moderate trail that is not sweet at all. On my skin, the opening feels spicy, peppery, and citrusy; in the heart, I sense a combination of woods and a timid leather, and in the dry down, the woods blend with the skin’s pH, leaving a soft scent with reminiscences of school wooden pencils, something quite unusual, as it never happened with any other fragrance containing woods. This perfume could be unisex or “plurisex,” as I like to call it, and be worn by people 25 years and older. It’s not a perfume a young teenager could choose, or at least that’s my opinion.
I don’t remember if I bought it or got it as a gift; I liked it but it wasn’t a wow. I wore it every day until I finished it and moved on. To my surprise, it’s one of the most praised perfumes; literally, people stopped me on the street, the taxi driver, on the bus, my friends, and at work. My experience was unremarkable. I don’t know if I’d buy it again, but my memory is just how much everyone loved it.
I was gifted this beautiful perfume 4 years ago and loved it. It’s a shame they discontinued it. It seems Fendi no longer makes perfumes for women; I only see men’s on their website. Does anyone know anything? Thanks.
I feel it smells like opening a makeup bag, but in a good way. It’s a pleasant, elegant, and discreet scent. Not invasive. I’d rate it as lovely: ideal for work or summer days/nights, vacations, or going out to dinner.
This is one of those perfumes where I think, ‘This IS my perfume!’ My mom gifted it to me years ago with the body lotion. I always wore it to important events; it makes me feel important. I agree it smells like makeup, but in a sophisticated way. Sometimes I get a hint of ‘Fairy Essence’: the scent when you sharpen a colored pencil. A few sprays and I can feel it all around me, present but not intrusive. I still have half a bottle; it’s a shame they discontinued it.
Fendi fan since I was 20. If French perfumes are great, Italian ones are the best. What a pity that most are discontinued.
Elegant all the way: the bottle hints at how delicious this fragrance is. It’s an achievement for a summer scent, one of the few with character and longevity usable in spring-summer, a season where designer brands don’t always hit the mark.
A Fendi house fan since my 20s. If French perfumes are great, Italian ones are the best. Too bad most have been discontinued.
Birthday gift from my mom, a beautiful surprise. It’s refined, feminine, and smells like luxury cosmetics, just like the classic Fendi by Fendi. No note is out of place; they’re combined exquisitely. It reminds me of the unmistakable fragrances from the late 80s and early 90s. Ideal for winter, with excellent longevity and sillage. Lots of presence without being overpowering.
After spending some time obsessed with having this perfume and searching for it by heaven, sea, and earth since it’s discontinued, I got a shock. It wasn’t what I expected, I didn’t dislike it, I feel it’s very feminine, however, it’s a man’s perfume, extremely potent, and I still haven’t learned to wear this type of fragrance, it gives me an extremely elegant aristocratic air. I ended up gifting it to my mother after giving it several chances, my head wouldn’t allow it as it gave me migraines, what a pity. If you like fine, extremely feminine, and overwhelming scents, it will certainly be a great success.
I’ve been looking for this discontinued perfume by Ciel, Mer, and Tierra for a while. Surprise: it wasn’t what I expected. It smells very feminine, yet it’s a stately and incredibly potent scent. I still don’t know how to wear fragrances like this; it gives me an elegant, solemn vibe. I ended up gifting it to my mom because it gave me migraines, what a shame. If you love fine, feminine, and overwhelming scents, this will be a hit.
