For me, this version is less intense than A La Folie and even less than the classic, though the latter is already very intense. The opening smells like potent, sparkling, sweet cherry like a candy, wrapped in a rose that makes it feel younger than the classic. The problem is the cherry lasts very little; it arrives and leaves quickly. Then it has a lot of classic DNA mixed with A La Folie, but it doesn’t last as long as previous versions on my skin. I’d use it for night outings or cool days in winter due to the sweetness. I wouldn’t recommend it if you already have A La Folie or are looking for something truly intense. Better to test it on skin to see its evolution.
One of the most sophisticated and sexy variations in the Trésor range. I don’t think it adds much compared to previous versions, but I like it. It’s not my main scent because the sweetness sometimes feels heavy, but among the sweet, sexy night scents, it’s one of my favorites. Personally, I don’t buy into the trend of releasing flankers every year unless they land.
As a fan of the line with the full collection, I couldn’t not have it. I was eager, and when I opened it in the car, I got a wave of sweet almond followed by well-sweetened cherry. It reminded me of Guerlain L’Homme Ideal but less masculine. Only at the start does the name ‘Intense’ make sense. After 20 minutes, the intensity drops and it sits right on the skin. In the dry down, it loses its magic and is just the classic base: dark, sweet, and linear rose. It lasts about 7 hours, sticking to the skin and requiring you to sniff close. The sillage isn’t overwhelming. I loved the opening, but I’m sorry it disappears. The creatives started well but should have kept that magic. From ‘Intense’, nothing. It’s not a bomb.
Based on the notes, I thought it would be sweeter. I tested this and A La Folie, and this ‘intense’ one isn’t intense at all; it’s less flirtatious. I don’t like them; they’re too spicy. The cherry feels too weak to be worth it. It’s less creamy than A La Folie and while it tries to be more modern, it didn’t succeed for me.
Cherry and almond Nuit Tresor? I bought it blindly. The first spray sounded familiar, like echoes of Petite Robe Noire, Lolita Lempicka, or LVEB Intensement. It ends up being a juicy, fresh, acidic cherry with rose; there’s probably violet too. At the one-hour mark, the almond and subtle, enveloping vanilla appear without any woodiness. The name ‘Intense’ is bad marketing; A La Folie is much more intense.
I haven’t bought it yet, but I tested it on skin and blotter. The opening is almond with red fruits and I loved it. Then it smells like Nuit Trésor and I’m enchanted, but later it becomes a mix with La Vie Est Belle. I’m undecided because I expected something more impactful. The bottle is beautiful and it lasted six hours, but I would have loved to feel more almond.
The bottle is gorgeous and the scent is pretty, though nothing spectacular. On my skin, it’s delicious—sweet cherries and almonds like candy, almost marzipan, which really cheered me up. After 20 minutes, the almond fades and a calmer cherry emerges with delicate rose and vanilla. But after 4 or 5 hours, it smells smoky, like someone is smoking nearby. I like it for the childhood nostalgia, but don’t buy it blindly.
It’s super sweet and delicate; you can tell there’s cherry, but it’s not overwhelming and very wearable. It smells almost identical to Givenchy Live Irresistible Delicious.
As a fan of Nuit Tresor, I bought it blindly and it was a mistake. It feels heavy and suffocating; the cherry note overwhelms everything. It sounds like a perfume for people over 50, nothing like the classic.
It slipped into my collection without making a sound. The scent is super common, with zero sillage and longevity, and it has nothing to do with the original Nuit Tresor.
I was greatly disappointed by this perfume; honestly, I expected something stronger, more potent, and intense, but it had nothing to do with its name. My favorite remains La Nuit Tresor à la Folie. I just sense a bit of rose and cherry right on the skin. I don’t recommend buying it blindly. Remember to test it on your skin before purchasing so you don’t end up disappointed. Cheers!
This perfume came as a sample to my mom when she bought another Lancôme. When I tried it, I was struck by it; at that time, I wasn’t very interested in perfumes and only had a few I considered the best, so it was rare for me to like a niche fragrance since the ones my mom had seemed too heavy to me. I must admit, I like sweet perfumes, and until recently, niche ones didn’t do anything for me. The two that made me pay more attention to scents were super sweet grape ones I bought on a trip to Mendoza (Argentina); that’s when I realized my tastes are quite youthful, which makes sense since I’m young, and things were even more so back then. So, over time and through trial and error, I started getting to know famous perfumes like this one, Idôle by Lancôme, and others that I actually liked. I realized I had never paid attention to my personal tastes, that I do like niche perfumes and not just cheap, super-sweet ones from flea markets or Avon magazines, and I started diving deeper into this world. I still have a lot to learn about my preferences and types of scents; I don’t know exactly which notes I like, but I do know the ones in this perfume are on the list. A few months ago, I started falling in love with the world of perfume, and I know I’ll keep advancing. And this perfume was the beginning, which is why I like it so much: I went from disliking most perfumes to entering every perfumery I could, and at first, I was just there to smell this one because it has something super addictive. Luckily, my mom bought it for me as a gift for my 18th birthday, and honestly, it surpasses any perfume I’ve tried in my limited experience. Although I’m not sure, I don’t think it’s easy to replace it with another; it’s special, it has something I can’t quite put my finger on due to my limited knowledge, but it blows my mind. On my skin, it’s delicious and has great longevity. I’m not a fanatic about anything; I don’t like fanatism and I’m not interested in being obsessed with the perfume world. I enjoy it and it interests me a lot, but I don’t want to get obsessed or put all my money into it. However, deep down, I’m very happy to have opened my mind, and this perfume was an essential part of that. It’s a marvel, and I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of it. I’ve heard many things, some negative, but they don’t add up for me. I know it’s not the most admired perfume, but if I describe it in a few words, I’d say hypnotic and attractive.
Come on… how do I explain it? The moment I put it on my skin, it immediately smells like La Nuit Tresor but with cherry as the star, making it different and very attractive, just like its predecessor. I won’t criticize it; the scent is very pleasant, and its projection and longevity are excellent. Yes, I liked it.
At first, I thought it was too sweet, almost unbearable, since I don’t usually wear gourmand perfumes. Over time, my opinion changed, and now I tolerate that mix of rose, cherry, almond milk, woods, and vanilla much better. To me, it smells a bit synthetic; I’m not sure if it’s the vanilla or the cherry. I only wear it at home occasionally to test it out. On my skin, it lasts about 4 hours with a trail of around 1.5 meters after 3 sprays.
I absolutely love it! It’s an intense cherry opening. Otherwise, it smells almost identical to La Nuit Tresor; it reminds me of it so much.
I didn’t like it at all. I received a sample with products I bought from Lancôme and I can’t find anything pleasant about it. I wouldn’t wear it to go out; it’s quite unpleasant, especially as time goes on.
I’m testing this fragrance and so far it’s the one I like most among the new cherry-scented launches this year. The cherry is very noticeable at first, and throughout the evolution, I feel it blends well with vanilla and almond milk, ending up sweet without being cloying. You can’t miss the rose, that hallmark of all the Nuit Trésor line and Lancôme in general.
To me, it’s gorgeous—a blend of La Nuit Trésor, Petite Robe Noire, and Girl of Now that I absolutely love. The longevity and sillage are powerful. It all depends on the skin; everyone experiences it differently. I bought it blindly, scared by the negative reviews, but it was a total hit.
Bought it because when I tested it, the almond notes clung to my skin for over two days—totally incredible! Now that I own it, the opening is full of roses with tart cherries; while those usually fade quickly in other perfumes, here they last well. It’s not a complex fragrance, fairly simple, but has a sophisticated, sexy touch that becomes sweeter over time. It’s one of the few with such longevity on my skin, alongside CH’s 212 Vip Rose. The sillage is moderate, nothing heavy, and it tends to please almost everyone because it’s so straightforward; definitely recommend it for dates since it’s super romantic. Get it if you like Lancôme roses, cherries, and almonds, because even though it’s simple, it’s executed very well; but don’t buy it blindly because it’s pricey and doesn’t try to impress anyone. Longevity: 10/10 Sillage: 8/10 Value for money: 8/10
BEAUTIFUL SCENT!!!
POWERFUL: What a powerful perfume, with all the letters. Finally, an intense commercial scent that truly smells intense. On my skin, it projected and left a trail for over 8 hours; when the trail fades, the softened scent seems to stay forever. We’re already past 16 hours, including a shower, and I can still smell it. Incredible. As for the aroma, unfortunately, it didn’t blow my mind: it’s rich, but I don’t find it anything special or among my favorite La Nuit scents. I’m not a huge fan of cherry in fragrances; I’d prefer others from this collection. In fact, sometimes I felt overwhelmed by that intensely strong almond-cherry combo. I enjoyed it mostly, but it didn’t obsess me like I’d expect from such a memorable scent. I find it not very versatile and quite overwhelming, a super-winter fragrance I might wear during the day, but I mostly notice it as a night scent. Sweet and super warm. Because it’s so strong, the best advice is not to overspray; it’s one of those that risks making you dizzy if you apply too much. You don’t notice it immediately after spraying, but rather after wearing it for several hours on the skin.
A beauty in every rule!! A complex, mysterious fragrance with touches of light. Simply wonderful. People compare it to La Nuit Trésor à la Folie, which is indeed a deep aroma where vanilla reigns, but I don’t think they are actually that similar. At La Folie, the vanilla is less blended, the queen, with just a shy rose trying to peek out. Intense is a combination of combinations where no single note reigns supreme. The touches of almond, rose, and cherry are masterful. I bought the 50ml version, but without a doubt, I’ll be back for it because I adore it. Lancôme never fails to surprise me. Longevity on skin is 6 hours, moderate sillage.
Recently, I tested this perfume on a blotter and loved it; moreover, after days, it still smelled on the blotter. I was left wanting to try La Nuit Tresor. Yesterday, I tested it on skin, just like La Nuit Intense. I must say that La Nuit Intense on skin started to smell worse as time passed. The almond milk mixed with the acidic cherry stands out a lot, which ultimately results in something very unpleasant for me. They missed the mark mixing gourmand with fruity-floral. That’s why I recommend testing it several times, and especially on skin, because you might be surprised in this case for the worse. As for the classic Nuit, it has too much patchouli and zero longevity. Of course, this isn’t for me.
I tried it again in the store today… I have to admit I was caught off guard and totally surprised. Previously, I had tried it several times, and no matter how hard I tried, I never perceived the cherries 🍒; I could only smell 👃 something similar to praline and the excessive sweetness of the first LNT… In fact, I thought it was 99% identical… But today was different… Almost instantly, I got hit with the cherry… a cherry slightly similar to LPRN but very subtle. Juicy and a bit acidic, paired with the super sweet praline accord I felt on other occasions. I must admit that cherry 🍒 is one of my favorite notes in perfumery, and if you go into my closet, you’ll see that most of my perfumes have it. So, finally having this accord on my nose in a perfume I’ve been waiting for so many months… well, it makes me happy. As soon as I can (💸), I’ll go get the bottle before it runs out. 🙏
Imposter fragrance. The opening is so beautiful and boozy cherry, but it disappears after 30 seconds, leaving behind a substanceless, boring, tedious perfume.
Excuse me for what I’m about to say, but this one did seem like a lady’s perfume to me… It reminds me of one of my grandmother’s perfumes. Based on the reviews, I expected to feel a super cherry scent, yet the cherry lasted only two seconds; instead, I smell powdery notes. It’s been an hour since I applied it, and it’s almost unnoticeable. Nothing like the original Tresor, which floods the room you’re in! With the Intense version, I feel this perfume has nothing. It has an extremely soft dry-down. It’s nice, unfortunately, not what I expected. Too soft for my taste! I like perfumes with presence that you can feel and that leave a trail. This one doesn’t. It doesn’t smell like cherries to me, nor does it remind me of the original La Nuit Tresor (that one really delivers). It was a blind buy; I hadn’t tried it, but I trusted the brand and the reviews. This is the first time I’m using it, so if my opinion changes, I’ll let you know later!
Well, three hours have passed since I put on the perfume, and I have to say I barely smell it on my clothes. I was quite disappointed…
My history with this perfume line is a bit toxic…hehe. I saw hundreds of YouTuber reviews praising La Nuit Tresor (the original) and bought it blindly. It wasn’t the right time, and I hated it after just a few sprays. It felt too sweet, vulgar, and childish. I sold it and it went to the shelf of the past. Recently, I craved something sweet again and decided to try this Intense version. It turned out to be an absolute delight—sweet but not suffocating. It starts with a light aroma of cherry lollipops, then transforms into a delicious veil of almond cream with frosted rose that caresses the skin for hours. Finally, I detect a delicious, slightly powdery vanilla that, along with the rose, reminds me of the papyrus note in the original, which this one lacks. I think it’s highly recommended: a divine, feminine, seductive, and mysterious aroma suitable for almost all seasons (except summer). The sillage is medium to high for the first few hours, then drops to low until it fades. In my case, it lasted about 8 hours. The blotter I sprayed first lasted several days. So much did I love it that I bought the original La Nuit Tresor again, and it’s back in my collection like an old lover who stirs everything inside you when you look at them.
Today I wore this perfume in winter while riding my bike as usual, and honestly, it felt incredibly rich. I really detected the almond milk and juicy cherries. I sprayed a bit on the back of my neck and a little on each earlobe. Honestly, that was enough for me to feel it projecting very well. Eight hours have passed, and I can still smell it. I sense that rich vanilla; unlike La Nuit Tresor, it’s a bit less intense—don’t get me wrong, the scent in Intense is strong, but the feeling is slightly fresher compared to La Nuit Tresor and not as heavy. I’d use it for work on very cold days, outings with friends, dates, or work gatherings, but always in a cold environment. I wouldn’t say La Nuit Tresor is my favorite because honestly, each one works perfectly in different situations.
What a marvel, a cherry that turns boozy despite having no liquor notes. It’s the cherry I was hoping to discover, not the ones that make your head hurt or smell like Vick’s syrup like the Tom Fords. A well-crafted perfume, intense as its name suggests, where you can feel the quality. Ideal for nights and cold days, a sensual bomb. I imagine it for a romantic dinner with intense red lipstick and lots of cold. Wow.
For people who are fans of moderately dark, boozy cherry. It’s like the evil twin of Yes I Am, but shyer. It could be the scent of some drink.
I’m super sad because this is a perfume I always wanted, but it didn’t work for me :(. I find the rose too sharp and overwhelming; I just can’t handle that note. Maybe it’s just too prominent for me. Beyond that, it’s a lovely fragrance with great longevity, feeling both sexy and elegant at the same time. Ideal if you like warm scents with rose and a touch of cherry!
Sorry, but the notes made me buy it, and I feel it falls short… and honestly, it’s a wonderful perfume. Boozy without being strong, sweet without being cloying or olfactory exhausting. On my skin, I smell a sweet cherry with a slight acid finish at the end, with a touch of liquor. I know it has almond, but this boozy base reminds me more of cherries with amaretto bathed in mature, nocturnal vanilla—nothing pastry-like, all this on a freshly cut wooden tray. I want to drink it. On skin, it lasts about 8 hours with moderate sillage at the start and more intimate later. Ideal for cold climates; I wore it to the office because it doesn’t overwhelm, its versatility surprises me, I’d use it to go out too. Beautiful presentation. In summary, 10/10.
I picked up La Nuit Tresor Intense in tester format a few days ago, blindly trusting the brand and reading reviews, even watching videos calling it the eighth wonder, but it didn’t convince me. I smelled the cherry note from start to finish, but it feels like a personal indulgence, somewhat matronly. I see a refined woman, not too young, around 45 and up. It’s coquettish and elegant, better for cooler climates. I love perfumes with red fruits, sweet-alcoholic vibes, but for a dressed-up woman, young and over 30. To me, this feels more serious and lordly. I also detect a lot of rose alongside the cherry as dominant notes. Longevity and sillage are lamentable. For Lancôme, it seems like a huge waste of money. Don’t buy it.
Paradoxically, it smells like the EDP original to me but softer. It swaps the brash rose note I perceive in the opening of the first one for a persistent cherry. It’s a very pleasant scent, but the sillage and longevity are poor for my taste. I’m sticking with the first one.
I loved this perfume; it has the DNA of the original but is fruitier and sweeter on my skin. Longevity is 8 hours, good sillage, and great clothing fixation for 24 hours easily. I love all the La Nuit Tresors and fleshy fruity scents like this. Longevity 10/10, sillage 8/10. I’d buy it a thousand times over and take great care of my 100ml bottle. I’ve already ordered Le Parfum.
I have the mini version. I smell the almonds intensely, as if caramelized with cherries, and a bit of rose in the opening that gives it a nocturnal, sophisticated touch. I find it a super sweet and elegant scent, though it feels quite matronly, like a rich, moneyed lady. It’s incredible, lasts for hours, and the quality is amazing. Someday I’ll buy the big bottle because the packaging is beautiful.
Personal opinion: UGLY. I tested it on blotter and skin, and both were horrible. It smells like super artificial, syrupy cherry, like cough syrup or cherry MenthoPlus. Only as it fades slightly do you catch a hint of bitter almond, but it still carries that false candy-cherry cold-menthol vibe. It’s one of the ugliest perfumes I’ve ever tried. The price isn’t friendly, and the scent is stridently fake. It wouldn’t even suit an older lady due to its intensity. Heavy sillage, medium longevity, high price (in Argentina, all imports are ridiculously expensive), ugly scent, zero naturalness. If you wear it in summer or autumn at noon, you deserve to be lynched for the headaches you’ll cause. 1/10.
This is a beast of a perfume. The rose isn’t for old ladies; it’s sophisticated and exquisite. The cherry is delicious with a rich chocolate base. The almonds come through as it dries, very welcome, and the vanilla wraps around you. It’s velvety, a true marvel that conquered me, even though I don’t usually wear this type of fragrance.
I always say the Tresors are a marvel. While not everyone tolerates certain notes, this version is hard not to like. It’s elegant, just like the whole line, and out of the three I own, this is my favorite. It’s not a dark cherry, but rather youthful and elegant—perfect for important outings or nights out. It’s 100% vanilla and almond cherry, sweet and addictive. If you can get your hands on it, don’t hesitate.
