In Mexico, there’s a powerful cockroach spray called RAID MAX. This Montale doesn’t even come close or resemble it. It’s identical, the exact same aroma. I bought it blindly, checked the box, the bag, the bottle, even asked my wife if she’d placed insecticide nearby. Test it thoroughly before purchasing.
Update as of July 15, 2025: Take an orange peel, remove the orange part, and chew the white pith; it smells exactly the same (if you could taste the scent, that’s what it’s like). Do not buy this blindly. The scent is super strong, I don’t know what ingredient causes it, it destroyed my nose, and my pH just doesn’t work with it.
It’s amazing—a flawless, well-crafted jasmine blended with honeysuckle and orange blossom that makes it shine. It transports you to the courtyards of southern Spain, with flower-covered dresses and ladies crafting brooches from them. Lasts incredibly long, leaves a trail without being overwhelming, and is only for those who truly love jasmine. If you want a pure, fresh jasmine scent like just-picked flowers, this is it.
