Hello everyone! This perfume blew my expectations out of the water. I first tried it in the discovery kit because I was curious about ‘Chemin d’Amande,’ which disappointed me a bit; it smells nice but is very linear and doesn’t last on the skin despite being an extract. In contrast, Jardins de Misah -Extracto- was love at first sight and won me over from the very first spray. The notes are perfectly combined and tell a beautiful story throughout the hours. They are all very balanced, especially that green rose, the honey, and the dates. Every time I wear it, I fall in love all over again. I’ve used it a lot in spring and summer evenings, and I can’t wait to see how it performs in autumn. It’s worth noting that it’s very similar to its older sibling, Jardins de Misah, but here the dates give it a delicious plus that the original lacks. Plus, the longevity on skin is much greater. Since I could choose between the two, my decision was clear: the extract. It has become one of my favorites for 2025. If you like florals with a sweet touch but not cloying, this is a great alternative. Jardins de Misah -Extracto- is ideal for discerning profiles: it’s exquisite, lasts for hours, and has an interesting sillage without being invasive.
The evolution of this perfume is something to underline; seriously, it blew my mind. I have to say that all the extracts from this brand have surprised me with their development. In Jardins de Misah, the opening has dates, flowers, and honey; it’s okay, but personally, I didn’t like it because it’s an oriental gourmand that isn’t one of my favorites, plus I’ve spent the whole summer smelling similar things like OJAR. But when it dries down, it changes completely, giving surprising prominence to the rose—not just any rose, but a notably green one. A 180-degree turn that pleasantly surprised me and earned the perfume many points. That said, in my opinion, it’s clearly a feminine scent.
In the opening, I sense the saffron note; nothing harsh, it’s soft and beautiful. Then the heart notes emerge: a rose combined with honey; I don’t detect much of the dates, but there’s a green note that keeps the fragrance from being too sweet. I don’t know the original ADP, but this is a discovery: it’s not heavy or overwhelming, everything is very well balanced. It’s not as sweet as other fragrances, so I see it as unique… wow, it blew my mind, it’s gorgeous.
