A minimalist, simple, and very pleasant perfume. It’s sandalwood-based and invites you to disconnect. It’s discreet; if you test it alongside others, it’s the typical one that’s hard to smell and appreciate because it doesn’t stand out and fades easily. The scent stays close to the skin but lasts longer than you’d think, quite a while. As a fun fact, this perfume made me want to explore more fragrances with dominant sandalwood. It lives up to its name: it evokes cleanliness, whiteness, snow, and purity. When I finish my Pafory vial, I’ll probably buy the full bottle.
This one smells like things others don’t mention, so there must be nuances in the sandalwood I can’t identify. The opening feels herbal, aromatic, and spicy with a peppery touch, almost too strong for my nose—I threatened to sneeze if I got too close in the first half hour. Then it quickly shifts to a purely woody scent where the sandalwood takes charge. It also smells a bit like talcum powder, and over time, a velvety musk emerges that rounds it out. Moderate sillage and lasts about 8 hours. It’s unisex, though after the opening, it’s not one of my favorite wood scents. Scent: 6/10, Longevity: 8/10, Sillage: 7.5/10, Value: 6/10, Versatility: 6/10, Packaging: 6/10. Would I buy it again? I haven’t bought it.
One of the cleanest and whitest sandalwoods I’ve tried. Even people who usually don’t like this note might enjoy it. At first, there’s a super bright bergamot, followed by a very friendly musk—not too clean, not too animalic. On my skin, it dries down with a milky touch that’s very comforting. It’s clean but warm, ideal for daytime and 100% unisex. Lasts about 6-7 hours with a soft sillage. I liked it a lot, but since I already have similar ones, I’m not buying it right now.
Creamy sandalwood with a burnt note that conveys purity. It starts with a bright but fleeting bergamot, giving way to a musky sandalwood that’s a rare hit. Projection is moderate for about half an hour, then it clings to the skin until six hours. It’s very generic; for the price and longevity, it’s not worth it. Minimal and simple, but totally unisex. If you wear it with linen in summer, you’ll love it.
