I tried it yesterday at the Guerlain counter in a department store. I don’t have much experience with violet scents since my mom never wore one with that note. Sometimes they smell like teenagers or something childish, and I feel like for a woman over 30 it can take away some maturity. But on my skin, it smells like violets and sandalwood, which is very uncommon and stands out from everything I know. I still haven’t decided whether to wear it daily or for special occasions. It seems to last well, it’s original, and has a mystical touch, though it’s not for everyone and doesn’t hit me as hard as I expected.
