Not recommended at all for blind buys. Its scent is very citrusy but of the sharp kind, almost like green lemon peel, so sharp. The moss and earthy aroma also don’t smell good. If you liked the classic Hawas and think this one is heading in that direction, it doesn’t resemble it at all; it’s like it’s a different brand with a different fragrance approach.
What can I say about this perfume? It’s exquisite and evokes a forest, with a very present moss that defines its character. It stands out for resisting heat: I live in a tropical environment with 36°C and high humidity, and yet Rasasi perfumes maintain great aroma quality and longevity. Upon application, the projection radius reaches three meters, drops to two after an hour, to one after five hours, and sits close to the skin by the sixth hour. I used it for two months and then let it macerate for another two; after that time, the grapefruit and pineapple notes intensify noticeably, while the forest and moss character remains, but the citrus notes are highlighted. So far, it’s the only perfume that has generated compliments and questions about what I’m wearing. I use it in all kinds of situations: work, gym, family outings. Great perfume.
I’ve only had the perfume for two days, and with how little I’ve tested it, I feel it’s a strong scent with a lot of personality, very masculine, dark, intense herbal, a bit heavy, with lots of character. I think I’m going to love it a lot.
For those complaining (every nose is different) so don’t disqualify anyone. It’s not the same as CNDI. At ten minutes, it takes a different path. The opening does remind you of it, then it leads you toward moss and wood; for me, little pineapple and just a smoky touch. Exquisite, mature. Quite versatile.
Spectacular. Lasts long, ages well, masculine. Great price. I’d love to try Hacivat; it must be impressive. From this DNA, I have Loewe Esencia EDP; it’s not better in scent but comes close in quality and improves performance. For this price, it’s a 100% winner. Versatile: if you moderate the sprays, it works for enclosed and discreet spaces, and if you go all out, you’ll stand out.
Just bought it but I don’t like it entirely. I feel very alcoholic on my skin, even after 2 hours, like when you put on alcohol and it feels hot. The scent reminds me of the vibe of some 80s perfumes my dad used, probably Azzaro Pour Homme. It’s an aromatic with moss and wet earth that dominates from application for several hours. As others mentioned here, the citrus notes aren’t noticeable at first, so I’ll wait a few weeks to see if anything changes.
Hawas Black: spectacular. Lasts forever, ages beautifully, and has a great masculine touch. For the price, it’s a steal. It’s versatile: a few sprays for enclosed or quiet spaces, but crank it up and you’ll definitely stand out. The longevity is insane; I can easily smell it after 7 hours. Projection is strong for the first 2 hours, then drops a bit but stays present. Note: not for young guys. It has a mature vibe, perfect for men over 30 looking for presence, performance, and something different. Bottom line: for the price, it’s a 100% winner. P.S.: I’d love to try Hacivat; if this is an accessible version, it must be crazy good.
Reminds me a bit of Hacivat but it’s much rougher, with overly sharp citrus notes. When it dries down, the moss is annoying, whereas Hacivat dries creamy and is addictive. I bought it hyped at a high price and sold it because it just didn’t work for me. For me, it’s a NO if you’re looking for a good Nishane dupe.
Another Aventus clone… and here we go. Rasasi couldn’t afford not to have one. It’s redundant if you already own CNDI or Afan SNOI. Précieux sounds like a better quality option to me.
I didn’t like it, it’s the same thing with more marked citrus. It’s a more citrusy Aventus; there are many DNA clones with this scent that surpass it in quality.
Terrible. Money thrown in the trash. My CNDI and a decant of Not Only Intense both crush it a thousand times over. Smells like floor-cleaning lemon. One of the worst I own, and I’ve tested around 200 perfumes.
Short and honest: the opening is brutal, you notice the pineapple a lot, then it evolves into a super realistic grapefruit. After two minutes, dense earthy woods project. It has Club de Nuit Intense EDT DNA but with more personality and for formal wear. It shines in warm climates. You’ll smell different and attractive, though it’s not for everyone. Try it before buying; if you collect, get it. Nice bottle, projects, and smells great. You need character to flow incredibly well with it.
What can I say? I love it. It has Aventus/pineapple DNA but doesn’t resemble anything else; the citrus is very strong and I like it. Evaluate it on its own; comparing it to Aventus Absolu or Hacivat would be dishonest given the price. It could be a cousin to both but presents the pineapple differently. It’s amazing, with 5 sprays you’re good, with 8 you become a bomb. It lasts a beast, especially on the nape of the neck; when you turn your head, it smells for miles. (Note: in extreme cold or heat, I wouldn’t use it).
Maybe the less versatile, more niche version of Hawas. Be careful, the mossy drydown is very noticeable; it’s not easy to wear but it stands out above others. The longevity of this beast is incredible. A bit heavy and loaded, ideal for formal days or special occasions.
I heard about Hacivat by Nishane and yes, they are 95% identical (tiny nuances vary a bit, but broadly speaking, they’re the same). First impression: ‘I feel wet earth’. A month after maceration, the citrus notes and smoky pineapple gain more strength. 10/10.
I haven’t tried Aventus or Hacivat… I have CDNIM. If they are similar, I feel this one is less synthetic and lacks that beastly potency, but it’s noticeable. It’s a rich and citrusy aroma from the opening to the drydown; the pineapple is quite noticeable. It’s not creamy, so despite projecting and having presence, it smells very fresh and nothing sweet or cloying. Very versatile for day/night in warm climates. Scent 8/10, longevity 10/10, trail and projection 8.5/10, price 8/10. Compliments: haven’t received any yet.
It’s quite Aventus. What I do notice is a woody note, not a woodsy one, like freshly cut wood, cedar, moss, and something very citrusy at the start. Perhaps the most interesting thing is that I used it about 9 hours ago and it still dominates. It lasts a long time.
I noticed it because of the reviews, and after trying it, I confirm I made the right choice. It starts with a citrus blast where the three declared notes and pineapple are well-defined; then it dries down to patchouli and woody notes that project strongly for the first three hours. Amber and oakmoss accompany you for at least 8 hours. It’s versatile, elegant, and masculine; you’re sure to get compliments.
The new dark horse? Longevity and trail above average in this genre. Honestly, it caught my attention. 10/10.
I bought it because they said it has the DNA of Club de Nuit Intense, and they’re right, but it has that mossy touch that reminds me of the earthiness of Le Male. If you like Aventus and Le Male, you’ll like this. I haven’t seen its full performance yet, I just got home and people told me it smells good. I’ll let you know how it goes later. Happy New Year. It’s already summer in Peru: lasts 18 hours on skin, two days on clothes, and still leaves a trail. It has the Aventus DNA. I recommend it blind if you like that DNA, Club de Nuit Intense, or Hacivat.
Top fragrance with projection and longevity that break the mold. Three or four sprays last you the whole day; if you overdo it, you become a bomb. Smells super masculine, blending Club de Nuit Intense and Supremacy Not Only Intense DNA, though it leans more toward the latter.
Spectacular perfume. Lasting power way above average and smells great. Powerful citrus opening that settles to reveal the woody notes. As it evolves, you notice the moss and amber. Elegant and fresh, but not for extreme heat. The scent is very similar to Nishane Hacivat. In my opinion, it’s the best in the Hawas line, alongside Kobra.
Amazing! It dethroned my beloved Club de Nuit Intense. It has everything for lovers of strong scents: 100% masculine smell. Why did it dethrone it? Because it’s much more wearable without losing intensity; you can tell the ingredients are higher quality. That moss is predominant but not overpowering; it gives depth and mystery. I love it, nothing sweet. Thanks. The JPGs are driving me crazy, and at under $30, it’s an absolute steal. It has everything a man’s perfume should have (I want to literally eat my man when he wears it). Clearly within my taste.
I bought it blind, knowing I might not like it, and I tested it a lot. When it arrived, I didn’t get an immediate connection, but over the days I gave it more chances and I ended up liking it. Note: I’m not saying buy it blind; some people will love it, but you should smell it first. It’s a perfume with a lot of personality, something formal or serious, not for every day but good for occasional use. Do I recommend it? Yes, but smell it first. P.S.: It opens woody with fruity touches, then takes on a more formal character.
It’s a Club de Nuit CN with a drier, earthier, and fresher dry-down, plus the quality of Hawas. A gem just for the connoisseurs.
Perfect for the office if you’re wearing a suit: lasts 12 hours, it’s dense and elegant, and makes you stand out. Opens citrusy, smoky, and woody; as it dries down, it becomes fresher. I don’t think it’s for 20-year-olds.
Incredible from the start. That familiar blend of bergamot, lemon, and pineapple, but executed very well. It’s earthier and woodier than Club de Nuit Intense, especially with better quality. Hoping it’s as potent as they say. It’s not the challenging or difficult scent many mention; it’s the most wearable I’ve smelled in months. Very masculine without falling into the ‘old man’ smell. Excellent purchase.
Light and dark. Fresh and warm, vital and attractive at first, deep and elegant at the end. It conveys maturity and sophistication. I love the citrus opening of bergamot and pineapple, and the warmth of the woods. It’s not for everyone; it reflects confidence and culture. Right between modern and classic.
Given the context of the DNA and the perfumes it’s compared to, I expected something with a bit more personality. It’s a very good smell, even when it dries down it improves quite a bit, but I insist, I feel it relatively flat. The woods are very prominent from the start and personally cedar isn’t the most pleasant wood for me, but fortunately it yields its place to more neutral and dark woods in the background. Definitely the dry down is by far the best facet and adds up, and its longevity is exemplary. Anyway, in this case, it’s heavily colored by a matter of perception and personal taste. I think with continued use it should please me more and more. In summary, a good perfume, very versatile and long-lasting, but nothing unique or novel.
Nice perfume, pleasant scent for summer or any occasion. Not the most innovative, but I thought it was very good.
To start, it smells like a male in heat, but when it dries down it becomes much more refined and elegant. It’s the real black sheep. If you have the Creed or any of its clones, you can easily confuse it and it’s no coincidence: Nishane cloned the Creed and added little woods so it wouldn’t be noticeable. Hawas did exactly the same but gave it nuclear longevity. Indeed, on clothes you can only take it off by washing it, and sometimes it stays impregnated. It’s a player for all courts: summer, autumn, spring; in winter a bit weak but worth it, also day and night. If I have to compare it to a player, this is Riquelme.
One of the best Hacivat inspirations: it doubles the latter in power and longevity, easily lasts until the next day on skin and projects strongly for about 3 hours or more, then continues to give bursts perhaps with less intensity. You won’t notice it because being so potent it causes olfactory blindness, but those nearby will perceive it. An exquisite perfume, compliments won’t be missing.
This is a beast. Smells delicious and powerfully masculine. A friend joked it brought the ‘7 Males’ (not to match the scent, but the vibe). Here, everyone smells the same, copying Aventus (The Black Beast or clones), and it gives me conflict arriving at an event smelling like 10 other people. I bought it because they say it’s closer to Nishane Hacivat, and they’re right: it smells different and high quality. Projects strongly for 3 hours, then fades a bit but lasts all day. Perfect for long events from noon to night. It’s among my daily favorites.
A masculine and elegant perfume, however, I wouldn’t recommend it for someone looking for great longevity. The first time I used it, I was disappointed: it smelled great, between citrus and defined woody notes, but I didn’t find good performance over time. I felt it only lasted a couple of hours comfortably, but well, I’m one to spray and leave it for a few weeks to see what happens. And yes, it worked. I started using it and I still love it, it lasts longer and I can really feel it. Not too overwhelming, it’s a citrus-woody that isn’t strong, but it’s good. I wouldn’t say it lasts more than 5-6 hours, it’s more casual-formal from my point of view. I don’t think it will catch the opposite sex’s attention if that’s your goal, but compliments from us men will come and I’ve had them. In itself, a rich, masculine, casual-formal, and very versatile perfume. Would I recommend it? Yes, but RECOMMENDED that you smell it first and don’t have high expectations of it lasting more than 10 hours.
It reminded me of the 90s with my father’s perfume, an Azaro, similar with that well-marked moss note, but with an update for the year we’re in, 2026. The longevity, honestly, surprised me; Hawas has good product and this lasts 8 hours on skin and a bit more on clothes. For me, it’s very well done.
Tested 2024 batch: long-lasting, strong, and intense. Within the variety of options in the Aventus DNA, it’s a standout in its price range. As a Hacivat clone, it stands out for its similarity, but in the dry down they diverge in ingredient quality.
Well, I don’t have the pleasure of smelling the original Hacivat, but I have Aventus and other Arabic clones. This smells totally like the Aventus DNA… if this is the case, did Hacivat clone Aventus? Haha. Then I read that it lasts forever, etc. Or my batch was bad, or this doesn’t last at all: 4 hours or so. If you read this and don’t like it or already have something similar to ‘Creed Aventus’, don’t waste your money because it’s more of the same.
What I feel most here is a patchouli in the forefront, very rich and high quality. It has the same patchouli as the dry down of Guerlain’s L’Instant EDP… I have them side by side, and it’s the same, the exact same. I don’t know how no one notices that what predominates here is the patchouli.
To me, it’s the most underrated Hawas. A very good, versatile perfume with great projection and a super characteristic and unique aroma. Unlike other Hawas, this is the most ‘risky’ because the Black is fully woody and mossy. You really have to like it intense and masculine. It’s definitely not a blind buy. It opens with a citrus pineapple note that isn’t strident at all, but mature and crafted, which then settles into a wet wood that makes it intense and masculine. Longevity and sillage typical of Hawas, so very well. You either love it or hate it, but for me, it’s a great option when you want to move away from the typical daily blues and look for something more mature and elegant. Personally, it’s in my top 3 Hawas along with the Ice and the Kobra.
I was looking for a spot for the old Hacivat and decided to try this (I’ll confess, I’m a bit of a dreamer). What I liked about the original was that floral heart that made it unique, something that has almost disappeared in the current versions; now it smells like Hacivat, yes, but sadder and flatter. But here I come to talk about this one: it’s the Hacivat base at full volume. The imitation is well done, with better longevity and presence than the reformulated original. In terms of aromatic quality, it doesn’t reach the original or even the reformulated version, but it’s not far off. The price-to-quality ratio is very good, that much I have to admit. For me, it’s a no, because I find it too strident and shrill, but I understand that for many it’s the best current substitute, especially for the reformulated one.
