Glamour is a rich fruity floral that keeps Mugler’s DNA intact. The best part is that it feels more polished and balanced, with no single note overpowering the others. You can definitely detect peach, apple, jasmine, and rose, all with a very pleasant texture. The longevity is luxurious; it smells more feminine and works great in cool or mild weather. Since it has a designer version out there, it loses a bit of originality, but it’s worth comparing performance and quality to find the best representative of this style. Rating: 7.5/10. Tried on a sample from Mon Parfum, Chile.

I agree. It’s extremely similar to Alien; I identified it from the very first spray. When worn heavily in early autumn, it smells more refined, polished, and smoothed out compared to Alien. It’s ideal for people who can’t tolerate the reformulated Alien but still love the scent. The price difference is a downside. I stick with Mugler for the cost and the throw.

In my opinion, it’s the refined version of Thierry Mugler’s Alien, of course with its own nuances. If you aren’t well-trained in fragrances, you won’t even notice the difference in the first few hours. However, things change as it dries: Alien stays linear from start to finish, while Glamour suggests that true beauty lies within.

I received a decant of Lis. I tested it side-by-side with Alien, and honestly, right out of the atomizer, this one smells a tiny bit more refined, but overall they are very similar. I wouldn’t buy Glamour if I already own Alien, especially since the price difference is astronomical for something that’s practically the same 🫠

I received an 8 ml decant. After wearing it on my wrist for half an hour, it’s identical to Mugler’s Alien. If there are changes as it dries, I’ll edit, but if not, why spend so much on a copy when we already have the excellent original from years ago?

I tried it in a decant, and it’s super similar to Versace’s The Dreamer, especially once it dries down.
