If Beau de Jour is a modern, seductive fougère, then Fougère d’Argent is less of a fougère but far more seductive. It has just enough greenery to pass as a fougère, but the lavender is overlapped and willingly wrapped in tonka, which sweetens the whole blend just enough to make it incredibly appealing. It’s a clean, versatile, and perfectly portable scent for a man of any age. It combines cleanliness and seduction at a 50/50 ratio. It’s like if they took Dior Sauvage Elixir, removed the balsamic notes, replaced them with soft resins, and diluted it until it became much kinder, less mature, and less constrained. Perfect for any season and an excellent signature scent. Performance is good for 8 hours with enough projection, yet nothing invasive thanks to its gentle nature. Exquisite.

Eternal love, as Juan Gabriel would sing about this fragrance that evokes incense and is absolutely sublime. Very sexy for a date. I’d love to have it in my wardrobe, but for now, my Ombré Leather won’t leave me. Everything Tom Ford includes sexiness in its ingredients, fragrances, and clothing.
