The woods, balsam of Peru, and labdanum give it that unmistakable sweet, ambery touch, with a frankincense base that’s not even listed but is definitely there, plus cedar. It dries down to smell mostly like frankincense (not oud). Very woody, dry, sweet, and elegant; perfect for the office or as a signature scent with a suit. Some compare it to Oud Wood (it doesn’t resemble it at all) or Dior Homme (no iris, not powdery, but it has that same vibe). More of a daytime scent than nighttime, with medium longevity.
