It’s a very well-balanced citrus blend. Feels like a fresh take on 34 Boulevard Saint-Germain. On my skin, that sharp verbena blends nicely with neroli and a touch of cedar and cinnamon. It recalls the original; the citrus is expertly crafted. Perfect for hot days, day or night, for someone classic yet free-spirited. Not for me, I prefer orientals. I like 34 more, though I admit it smells great on others. Right now it goes with pants and a shirt, so it’s out for a casual look. Good essences, evolves on the skin, not linear. Citrusy, refreshing, and substantial.
One of the best I own! On my skin it’s more herbal, fresh, and woody. Very little floral, but I love it. The fixative and trail are excellent, and I have no complaints about the longevity. I’d buy it again, definitely!
Starts very fruity, giving a citrusy, green, and fresh vibe, highlighting lemon and citrus like bitter orange. In the dry down, spicy notes, juniper, and lavender create a unique effect, similar to fig leaves. This fig effect evolves little; it feels quite linear. There are soft floral nuances, woody tones, and above all that musky touch Diptyque usually adds, leaving a very characteristic base. A pleasant, fresh, and summery fragrance; you buy it once and then order another. Rating: 4
