Interesting blend of lemon verbena, cedar, and green essences, quite original but with regular longevity. The opening is somewhat citrusy, with linear performance like most catalog fragrances. Interesting price-to-quality ratio.
Acidic sweetness thanks to the verbena. It doesn’t remind me of anything on the market. Here Esika played its originality: a fragrance from the late 90s, elegant, subtle, herbal, and unique.
Good quality for the price. Very masculine at the start, opens very herbal, then settles into wood.
Good quality for the price. Very masculine: starts with herbs and settles into wood.
An uncommon aroma, very herbal but very masculine. Esika nailed this; nothing sweet like many others. Lasts a long time on the skin and projects too much, especially at night. Unbeatable price and quality, and it earns compliments if you know how to spray it.
It’s an unusual scent, very herbal with a strong masculine edge. Esika nailed it—nothing sweet like the others, lasts forever, and projects like crazy, especially at night. The price-to-quality ratio is unbeatable, and even a few sprays always leave people speechless.
Smells like herbs and wood, strong for a tough, secure, and confident man. Nothing sweet or typical commercial. 8/10.
In my opinion, it doesn’t stand out much; sometimes I find it heavy and a bit soapy. I’ve always received it as a gift and avoided buying it again. Better choices are the Magnat Select or the Element by Esika, though they are different fragrances.
A catalog classic: good, beautiful, and cheap. Smells like very fine herbal soap, highlighting lemon verbena and chamomile with woody notes. Highly recommended, for a reason it’s one of Esika’s bestsellers. To me, it reminds me of Diesel Plus Plus in the box with cows. Good longevity and projection. Cheers 👋🏻🇨🇴
It’s the brand’s flagship fragrance. It seemed pricey when it was trendy, but I wasn’t surprised. It’s a vintage scent thanks to that cedar note that transports you to another era. A bit of hype and not enough substance; there are better options on the market for that price and marketing.
The brand’s flagship, which felt expensive and was when it was trendy, didn’t surprise me. It’s a vintage scent thanks to the aging lemon verbena that shifts through the decades. Lots of marketing but few nuts; there are better options on the market for that price and hype.
The last perfume my mom sold me before she passed. I can only say it’s a classic I hold so dear, and I keep that bottle, which is invaluable to me, costing more than the 50+ perfumes I own.
The last perfume my mom gave me before she left is a classic I carry in my heart; I keep that bottle like it’s gold, worth more than the fifty I have in my collection.
Right here, D’Orsay by Esika is rich; 5 hours of sillage and longevity, it delivers on everything. It smells like a designer fragrance: vetiver, oak, cedar, powdery notes, soapy, and refined. The vetiver is relaxed, herbal, sweet, and soft, with a particular touch of Aqua Universalis that doesn’t resemble Boss Bottled. It has a powdery, herbal, and soft floral cut, leaving me feeling great. I can’t quite recall which Puig it resembles, maybe a powdery floral spicy vetiver, but this develops differently. Rating 6 out of 7: it’s a modern, romantic, remastered classic. Not for kids living with their parents, lol. It’s for an established, professional, independent man who enjoys breakfast-in-bed dates.
It’s one of the best from Esika; my dad used to wear it, and now I do. I have so much affection for it; it’s delicious and memorable. The vetiver notes stand out, giving a sense of security, and women love it. I see it on men over 30, but I think it would suit anyone depending on the occasion.
It was my favorite for 10 years and brought back important memories; it was my companion. Now it’s time to explore new things. When this runs out, I’ll let it rest for a few years; if it’s still available, I’ll buy it again to remember those golden times.
I bought it again in 2021 to remember the stories from 2014. It’s still the bomb from back then. Not everyone enjoys it, but for me, it’s eternal.
It’s so dear to me; my dad gifted it to me at 20, and I’ve always held it close, but now I appreciate it even more. It has great projection and longevity, perfect for mature people. It’s the only one in the catalog I buy. I bought a black D’Orsay in 2019… I hope they bring it back someday.
Even though it’s been on the market for years, it smells amazing to me, and every time I wear it, I’m transported back to my youth.
It was my childhood fragrance. D’Orsay is incredible. Esika, you went over the top. The best in the catalog 😂
10 words: It’s the best of Esika and a true classic.
It caught me off guard; it’s super easy to like and smells different from the usual, which makes it awesome, plus the price is insane.
