The sour candies and rose are completely overwhelming; it’s an invasive beast that leaves a fruity trail everywhere it goes. Neither subtle nor elegant, it’s the epitome of commercial perfumery: confetti and sugar. It doesn’t work for me.

It starts very fruity—I love the apple, blackcurrant, and tangerine combo. On my skin, the blackcurrants embrace the roses, drying down beautifully with white wood and sandalwood. I like it for its fruity red roses that become soapy as they dry. It’s subtle, doesn’t invade, and isn’t overpowering. It’s a very shy body splash. I liked it for everyday wear, but I won’t buy it because it doesn’t last at all.

It smells like fresh roses with a barely noticeable sweet touch; the scent is pretty but it fades very quickly on my skin. It reminds me of those rose perfumes, like Lancôme’s Idole.
