I just smelled it and it’s an absolute knockout. I loved it at first; it smells a bit acidic, but then that floral note really comes through. It’s not a heavy flop—it’s attractive! I have to say, I really liked it. This will be my next purchase.
I have to admit, this perfume hurts my wallet. The opening is delicious and totally fruity; even though it’s marketed as floral, I was captivated by the bergamot and freesia. I tried it once and immediately said I had to own it, but by the end of the day, it had vanished. I thought maybe it wasn’t sprayed well, so I tried it again days later and it was the same: great opening, it’s my type of scent, but it didn’t last more than three hours on my skin. Not a single trace of patchouli remained, just a hint of honey at the end that reminded me of DKNY Nectar Love’s final moments. What a shame about the price; I wouldn’t buy it for myself.
I have to confess, this perfume hurts. Its opening is delicious and totally fruity; although they say it’s floral, I was captivated by the bergamot and freesia. The first time I tried it, I said I had to have it, but by the end of the day it smelled like nothing. I thought it wasn’t sprayed well, tried it again a few days later, and it was the same: excellent opening, it’s my type of perfume, but on my skin it didn’t last more than three hours. It left no trace, not even the patchouli, just a bit of honey at the end that reminded me of DKNY Nectar Love in its final moments. What a pity for the price, I wouldn’t buy it for myself.
I loved the opening: fruity, clean, and fresh, like just out of the shower (though I did detect a hint of artificial pear). After 40 minutes, it fades slightly and settles into a floral note that’s a bit bitter compared to the start. Perfect for feeling fresh and clean on a casual spring day.
A delicious fragrance from this Dolce line, in my opinion the sweetest one. On my skin, peony and rose dominate the opening; the fruity sweetness with honey and ambroxan is well-balanced, avoiding any harshness. It’s youthful, elegant, and feminine. Ideal for sweeter skin types since it’s not cloying. It lasts about 6 to 7 hours, just like the flankers and the original. Although many complain about the longevity, I recommend testing it on your skin because chemistry varies from person to person. For me, it’s exquisite for spring and autumn, perfect for semi-formal occasions and simply beautiful.
Delicious fragrance from this Dolce line, the sweetest in my opinion. On my skin, peony and rose dominate the opening; the fruity sweetness with honey and ambroxan is well-balanced, avoiding any sillage that’s too loud. It’s cheerful, elegant, and feminine. I loved it the moment I sprayed it! A fruity, sparkling, cheerful, and delicious perfume. After half an hour, I only smelled roses… and after an hour or two, I barely smelled anything. What a pity because the opening is really good.
I’m sorry, but I didn’t like it. To me, it’s similar to Victoria’s Secret body mists; both have the same quality and originality. It’s an EDP floral-fruity, with pear and peony accords standing out, but its scent is quite synthetic (smells cheap). I can’t identify the honey, patchouli, and pink pepper notes. Longevity and projection are poor, almost non-existent. In Mexico, it’s an expensive perfume; for me, it’s not worth the price. There are better options on the market.

An interesting version, though with low longevity like the rest of the line, except for Dolce Garden. As its name suggests, the peony takes center stage, accompanied by fruity accords (pear and plum). In the dry down, honey takes a secondary role but with a hint of stardom, boosting the sweetness and blending everything together. Too bad it’s a short film (note: longevity improves a bit if sprayed on clothes).
An interesting version, however, with low longevity like the others in the line, except for Dolce Garden. As its name suggests, the peony plays the starring role in this story, accompanied by fruity chords (pear and plum), and in the dry down, honey manages to play the supporting actress role with air of a protagonist, whose role (well executed) is to greatly enhance the sweetness of the aroma and blend the union of the other actors. Pity it’s a short film. (It should be clarified that longevity improves a bit if applied on clothes).
No, I can’t… I thought I’d never get this much attention from a perfume again after Black Opium, until I tried Sweet Peony. What is this? Love at first sniff, you can’t… it’s so rich! Very coquettish, very feminine, very addictive. I’ll say it: it smells like my purple color conditioner with a touch of sugar and lemon, with rose and honeysuckle in the base. What a fantastic scent! I love it. I thought the patchouli would make it loud, but not at all. It’s strong but playful… and very fresh! I love it. I’ll buy it as soon as I can… what a beauty!
No, no way! I thought I’d never get so much attention from a perfume again after Black Opium, until I smelled Dulce Peony. What is this! Love at first sniff, can’t help it… it’s so delicious! Very coquettish, very feminine, and very addictive. I’ll say it because it’s true: it smells like my purple color conditioner, with a bit of sugar and lemon, with rose and honeysuckle in the background. What a blast of an aroma! I love it. I thought the patchouli would be loud, but nothing like that. It’s strong but coquettish… ahhh, and very fresh! I love it. As soon as I can, I’ll buy it, what a beauty!
Its aroma is exquisite, felt from start to finish: sweet and floral. It smells like peony, very similar to Victoria’s Secret perfumes, same style as Bombshell, but it has terrible longevity. It has a powerful opening that lasts only about five minutes and then drops. The trail, with a lot of luck, lasts almost two hours on skin. The scent is indeed delicious, sweet, and purple, but for the price, it’s not worth it.
I smelled it and it was love. I bought it without thinking twice. The fragrance is exquisite, sweet and fruity due to the pear, but with that peony very present (I adore it). It’s for a casual day when you want to feel fresh and cheerful. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t last long, about an hour or two; afterward, it leaves a very skin-close, subtle clean scent. For the price, I expected it to last longer.

Oh, what a disappointment! 😭😩🤧 I’ve been thinking for months whether to buy this perfume or not. Today I went to a department store and saw it on the stand. I couldn’t resist and wanted to take the opportunity (and the price, jojojo). I opened it in the car and smelled the cap; it smelled delicious 🥰. I hadn’t even sprayed it yet. I got home, put a little on, then a lot on my wrists, and ohhh, nooo!!! Mistake and horror 😩😭. I was begging the heavens this perfume wouldn’t disappoint me, and here it is! It happened. On me, it smells like cigarettes, leather (like a leather jacket), incense… I don’t know, nothing floral and certainly not fruity 😔. I’ve tested 20 perfumes (samples) and this D&G Peony, and ALL OF THEM SMELL THE SAME ugly to me 😭😔😩😩. I don’t know why. Help! What can I do to improve my pH? Can it be improved? I wanted to buy the LVEB Flowers of Happiness but I can’t even think about it now because of the high price… what if it doesn’t suit me either? 😩😔😭😭. Lucky are those whose perfume suits them well 🤞🏼😔
Finally bought it at its real price and it was worth it: a unique aroma that reminds me of spring’s sweetness mixed with honey and a touch of green tea, with a slight nod to Mon Paris. It doesn’t resemble anything else; I just mention the green tea because it reminds me of the freshness in Dolce Peony. It’s a luxury house scent worth it for the packaging and the smell. Great gift if you love someone who enjoys sweet and fresh perfumes <3 I loved it!
Exquisite, I loved it. Fresh and timeless. My daughter bought it and let me try it. The only thing is I notice a certain similarity to Light Blue… I’m not sure if it’s worth owning both because of that. But it smells amazing.
Just tried it and it’s lovely, but I can’t handle the pepper; I smell it strong at first. It’s not for me; I prefer simpler scents, plus this one is a bit pricey.
