Maybe it has what people usually look for in terms of longevity and projection, but honestly, this is an insult to perfumery. It smells terrible, like damp skin that won’t go away even after washing your hands. I know tastes are subjective, but I can never forgive this one.

Where is that delicious grapefruit hiding? It’s everywhere in this citrus fragrance, giving it a special vibe and lasting moderately. I think Declaration could even be used to declare love; the sweetness of this citrus is beastly. The pepper also does a great job. I believe all ages can wear it; my 14-year-old son tried it and was enchanted. It’s a formidable trail, really enjoyable, and I recommend it to everyone.

First off, L’Eau de Cartier has nothing to do with Loewe’s 7 Natural. In my opinion, it’s the updated version of Declaration. It’s the fresh version of the excellent Declaration Parfum from 2018. Both share the same vibe, but while the Parfum goes for leather, L’Eau goes for freshness. It’s been an excellent fragrance for me, perfect for hot days, very clean, persistent, and refined. It’s very well assembled with excellent performance, performing efficiently in any setting. It’s one of the few I see that works in all four seasons. To complement, beto_ruiz’s review is very accurate. Great job by Cartier, in my opinion.
It’s a very simple citrus. So simple that it’s not worth expanding on the review further.
I tried it again today and honestly, I liked it more. It has a citrus scent with a slight bitterness, probably from the grapefruit, which combined with the other notes is truly fresh and addictive. I don’t think the three stated notes are the only ones, as it still retains the DNA of the original. This one is more casual and fresh. Ideal for weekends, family parties, weddings, etc., but for daytime use. The original might be better for the afternoon. Among current citrus fragrances, highly recommended.
Déclaration de Cartier is by Mathilde Laurent and the original is by Jean-Claude Ellena, and as is obvious, this one drops in quality in revisions she should never have made.
Not much to say, not because it’s bad, but because it retains much of the original’s essence, just more citrusy and lighter. Ideal for hot days and daytime use. Sillage and longevity are medium-low. If I had to choose between the two, I’d stay far with the original, though there will be those who prefer this version for being less dense.
